Unfortunately I can't leave a review with no stars but that would be my preference. We had a horrible experience with this towing service despite the good reviews we saw online. As most of us don't have a lot of time to read lengthy negative reviews, here are all the negative points:
- The emergency brake was almost left on for the tow as the driver did not check it
-The driver needed to gas up his tow truck after he hooked up our vehicle
- The driver made another stopped at a convenience store for a snack/cigarettes
- He took a much longer route to avoid toll roads despite the fact that our windshield was completely smashed and it had started raining
-And the best was when he didn't see a center divider on the highway and hit it with the rear tire of our vehicle completely ruining the rim and tire
After a call to the company, it was agreed they would replace the rim which they did almost a week later after many phone calls and texts. The replacement rim needed to be soaked for a day by our mechanic because of all the corrosion on it. The delay caused us to incur more expenses that they agreed would be paid for but to date we are still waiting for that payment.
