This company was a lifesaver. After waiting almost 5 hours for a tow from AAA, I ended up calling this company to assist. They showed up approx. 30 mins later and this was at 11:30pm. Rapid service, great communication and phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend!!!!

Above and beyond service! Excellent communication. Chris went out of his way to jump start my battery and wait for to me drive it on around to hopefully charge up so I didn’t have to take to dealership. Chris waited the block over and was very patient with me. He and his partner were both honest and educational about my situation. On top of that initial experience… an oversight on my end I gave them wrong address. Chris was very forgiving and understanding to me and went out of the way to find the correct service station to bring my car to. The correct station was further away and Chris did not ask me to pay additional fees for the longer trip. Chris even FT me and I was able to take screen shots to ensure my car is safe and sound! Thank you so much for turning my stressful situation into an enjoyable one with solutions!

Chris was a great respectful and helpful guy. He helped me and my dad take my car out of the pound for a reasonable price. We intended to pick up the car out of the pound on 1/24/23 but the place was closed and he didn't get mad for already making the trip there. We went again on 1/25/23 at 11am and although he said he barley had rest last night, he was willing to come help us again. ALSO.. he has a special license that allows him to take out unregistered vehicles. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services in the future
Awesome service!! Chucky is a life saver! He came super fast to tow my van out when I was stuck in the sand at Breezy Point last night. He is a pleasure to deal with and most importantly his prices are fair!! Other tow companies were trying to charge $400 to tow my van about 8 ft! Chucky arrived, immediately latched my van to his tow, pulled me out in no time, and did not charge me an arm and a leg! 100% recommend his services! Great customer service, great pricing, and excellent communication!
