Over. All ok e kept the site manager telling me he would not do the work I requested because it would cost a lot more than I was quoted. Needed back 3 spark plugs and fuel filter changed parts supplied still in packaging from factory and in auto parts bag . We normally don't install coustomer supplied parts . He did do feel filter 97. 00 for a 5 minute job . To put 3 spark plugs i.n he said 300. Dollars. I was quoted 189. Plus tax for plugs and filter . His reason we have to remove the manifold to do back plugs 2 hour job.

Would not recommend this place service is trash and store manager will talk behind your back even when you don’t see it coming, just a bad business for any type of work you would like on your vehicle and the rate per hour is outrageous. Hope one day they can do things differently

Did what they could to get me heat in the cab of the truck. Little heat but didn't last long, part of the day. No complaints

Brought in my ford Escape with exhaust damage into the shop and the staff did a great job in a short period of time and it was also on a holiday! It was greatly appreciated!

They could not give me the full service and rotate my tires. They could not get my lug nuts off. Then I had to take it back the next day because the oil pressure light was on say it was low. They have no idea what they are doing. I have been going there for years They have no record of me. They had to ask ne what kind of oil to use in my Jeep!.

I am satisfied with the quality of workmanship on the repairs .There was some confusion on the original diagnosis and the original estimate was not correct. The mechanics and manager were professional and courteous. The repairs were done quickly, i thought the price was high on the parts .overall it was a good experience, i will go here again if i need to

Online scheduling was easy and I got a oil change and requested a check for a noise and it went pretty quick. Good service and good people.

Dusty and Ryan have taken care of my cars for 4+ years from oil/filter change to breaks and tire replacement to shock absorbers. Good workmanship, reliability fast, and well priced. They got me right in which was great had a fill in manager from Endicott great guy but on the other hand the employee that changed my tires forgot to balance them I had to say something to the manager then he didn't put my center caps back in my rims and he tried to steal my wheel lock tool I had to go back and argue with the kid to get it and he said he never used one only to find it hidden in his tool box. I was considering stopping back after work to put in am application for work but after that not a chance

The technician went far above and beyond my expectations! They worked on my vehicle until it was better than it's been since I've owned it! Thank you all.

Very disappointed at Manager of the place.Unprofessional approach to me as customer.With setup appointment day before,manager wanted me to reschedule for next day.Tires he promised me day before we’re not available apparently any more and day were on promotion and that’s why i chose Monro in the first place.End up paying $200 more for 4 tires with the installation.The employee who performed installation was very nice and professional.Only because of his work i can give two stars.Manager less than zero.

This place is absolutely horrible!! The manager is a joke and shouldn't have a job there! Worse experience I have ever had in any shop I have ever been to! I would take more time to call cooperate but isn't worth my time. Would give 0 stars if I could! Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any reason!

The new manager is very honest. He was very helpful and took the tine to explain everything.

I was able to get a same day Saturday appointment for an inspection, and the staff was polite and efficient.

Cheap and quick. Staff was nice and it was a lot cleaner inside then it use to be.

The manager was yelling at his staff, other costumer was getting sick of it. As the work was great. Just need new manager

Absolutely rediculous how I was treated tonight by the manger at this location. The way he spoke to not just my wife and I but this employee’s as well. I will never be giving him another dollar.

Dropped my car off in the morning. They never told me it was done. Guy at the desk calls me at 6:30 at night, the same day, demanding I pick my truck up and I have to pay immediately.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. HORRIBLE experience both times we went. This last time I dropped my car off @9 am and I didn’t get my car back until 5-6 pm just to put tires on. They DESTROYED my seats and it reeked of cow manure in our whole car. The black tar stuff they use for tires was all over our rims. They also charged us when we paid online. I told Dennis at the front desk multiple times we paid and he was unprofessional and rude the entire time they just want your money. So I got the website on the phone and she told him to refund us and we would get a check in the mail. We called corporate and come to find out they DIDNT refund us so now every one of them will be being reported. Horrible place don’t ever go to them unless you want them to steal money from you!!

Great communication. I appreciated them taking the time to explain everything to me. I would take my vehicle there again. They got my truck in and out in a timely manner.

I needed a muffler put on my vehicle and they set me right up with an appointment. They explained what I needed and the price and I agreed. They completed the job in one hour. Very nice and friendly men. I was very happy and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had an appointment. I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and waited for 10 minutes in the hall. Then, someone approached me and instructed me to sit down and wait. I continued waiting for 40 minutes, but nobody came out. During my wait, another man briefly entered and left since there was no sign of activity from workers. Eventually, a woman discovered that the workers had decided to take their dinner break at 3:50 p.m. After waiting for a total of 40 minutes, I decided to leave. I had significant car repairs to attend to, and your store could have earned a few grand. However, at this point, someone else will receive my money. Enjoy your meal!

Too bad there are not negative star ratings - Made an appointment to have my van brakes replaced, dropped it off 3 days later. Never got a call all day so just before they closed I went in to be told they don’t do brakes on my van type because it is too complicated. I watched a YouTube video and although there are a few more steps to the process it is not at all complicated. Especially with power tools and a lift. It is a Ford Transit, there are thousands of them out there it’s not some exotic vehicle. Never said this when I made the appointment or when I dropped it off. Furthermore they never even moved the vehicle from where I parked it the night before. What a waste of my time not to mention my safety. Now I have to find a real shop to take it to and risk my safety until I can get another appointment! I will never return to this shop. The guy at the desk went on to recommend another local shop stating that is where he takes his own vehicles. Great marketing folks, maybe this guy should be your national spokesman………
