First time going in to Autozone in Norwich looking for replacement wiper blades for my VW. Josh was very attentive and professional. He quickly found the blades I needed, got them installed w the special tricky clips VW is known for and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Would definitely return to this store! Thanks so much!
Let me tell you why they are three the people that were there to help me did not know anything about any of this products I'm not saying much but she did not know everything about the products I was asking but there are people there that know the products but they just weren't there today
Better place to get parts. Advance Auto parts almost always go bad fast and a lot of times are sold the wrong parts. Don't have that problem with AutoZone and can almost always get GM products instead of knockoffs.
Excellent experience. My battery was done for and the gentleman that assisted with testing it and changed it out for me was very helpful. Definitely will return if I need to
staff was very rude. There's 2 men in their 30's that told me i only had 30 days to return an unused battery when company policy is 90 days and told me my battery was froze when a fully charged battery won't freeze until -76 degrees.
They had what I was looking for but their customer service needs to improve. Not everyone needs help in an auto store, but just simply being asked if I need any help would of helped out a lot. I wouldn't have wasted 5 mins with a clueless look on my face.
This is a great place for auto parts and a great deals on the parts that you need for any vehicles you have a nice respect to their customers and their friends who enjoy going back for more sweetness and kindness to everyone who loves them
They were very accommodating with our requests to pay over the phone. When we got there, we gave them a call & they left the receipt & item outside the door. They were friendly & knowledgable about the products we inquired about.
The guy working helped my boyfriend look at my car and even changed my battery terminal for free. Great service, friendly staff, small town attitude with a big town reputation. This place is the best. We're always come here for our auto needs.
Quick easy stop , to get warrantied part ( while out of town away from my reg AutoZone store). Staff at both the norwich and owego branches made sure i would be mobile again in fairly short order.
