Had warranty plus other work done. Dropped off 8AM. Expected to take most of day but got call less than 3 hours later to pick up. It cost less than I was told. Really appreciate as I am on fixed income.
I particularly like that my concerns were acknowledged and I was consulted before any work was to be performed. The entire experience was professional.
I was looking for a new service shop near my workplace. They were willing to pick up my car and were able to return it before I left work. I bought my husband's current pick up truck from there, and my husband is very happy with it. My husband and I have never had trouble explaining our concerns and having the employees understand what needed to be done. Recently, the employees listened to me and willingly checked my vehicle and corrected the problem. As a woman, that is appreciated.

If you need anything welded, I wouldn’t recommend. Had an exhaust put on and the hangers broke off the same week due to low quality welds. (From regular vehicle use).
I needed to get a more reliable car for my mother.
First thing that should have been a big red flag is that the car I wanted to buy was listed well above Blue Book value and Chris wouldn’t take a penny less. Not a penny.
When I test drove the car, I noted a “clunking” sound from the front end when even going over the slightest bump. The car also smelled terribly like cigarettes. After the test drive I notes these things to Chris, who said he would address the “clunk” but was non-committal about the smell. (I get it, though, cigarette smell is tough to get out).
After picking up the car the clunk was still there. And it didn’t seem like there was any appreciable effort to address the smell. I decided to forget about the smell but asked Chris about the clunk and he insisted that he and his guys went over the front of the car in great detail and found nothing. I took it to my mechanic who said, after driving for a couple minutes, that it was a bad wheel bearing.
Chris INSISTED that there was no way it was a wheel bearing and offered, not to fix it, but to prove that it wasn’t.
Fast forward a couple weeks and I finally get frustrated with the fact that, not only is the clunk still there, but the car will not accelerate when the gas pedal is pressed, creating very dangerous situations in intersections.
A few hundred dollars and a new wheel bearing and ABS sensor later and, lo and behold, everything’s fixed.
In all, Chris was a nice enough guy and his mechanics were polite and courteous. That said, not being able to diagnose a wheel bearing and high cost with no flexibility, I would not purchase a car from this seller again.

Called to make an appointment to buy a car. Only time i have available is noon time lunch break was told they close down for lunch and could not accommodate me. Guess they dont need a customer!!!
Mine and my partnern's car died on the side of these narrow country roads and while we are trying to get it towed by the insurance in our beautiful remote wildness this pretty boy thinks he can advertise hours he is open to get away with not being and not expect irratation. Then over change and try to be an extoritionist and keep my plates after I pay. Guess he will never sell me a car, or anyone I can tell about his bad attitude.
Norwich Auto Sales is a really great place to get your car serviced or to purchase another vehicle. Chris and Arnie go out of their way to provide extraordinarily excellent service. In this 21st century era very few people are dependable, but they always provide honest and fairly priced auto service.
