My truck developed an issue with its 4 wheel drive while driving in town. I pulled in and went to service where I was promptly greeted and offered options to have my truck serviced. They were able to diagnose fix it that very same day. No pushy sales, no offering a ton of things that I didn’t need just good honest work. This wasn’t my first visit and certainly won’t be my last. Thank you!

The guy on the phone was much better to deal with and is working on getting my truck fixed. This was most definitely a better experience then I had earlier hopefully they can make it right and have the truck fixed for me I’m much happier now than before

I bought my truck last year from nick! Wanted something bigger. Nick took care of me and listened to what I wanted and put me into a new Silverado! Nick and the team there were incredible not only the first time but this time again. We would definitely keep buying from them and recommend them.

Sam was a very knowledgeable salesman. He was courteous and not pushy at all, which was a plus to me because a pushy salesman will make me go elsewhere. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and he found it. He offered me other suggestions in case they couldn't find exactly what I wanted. They didn't have the color I wanted, so he reached to other dealerships and found the one I wanted. He put up with my numerous phone calls while they were looking for the trailblazer I wanted. All in all when I go looking for my next vehicle I will first see what McCredy has to offer and if Sam is still working there I will go see him first. Thank you Sam and McCredy Motors.

I tried to take a vehicle there to get warranty work. I researched the issue ahead of time and knew this was a basic warranty repair and the service guy refused to even attempt to fix the issue. He started over the phone telling me it’s an unheard of issue and they work on my style of truck all the time and never seen it. My truck is a 2023 new generation, if they’re constantly working on these trucks that’s a separate issue but I don’t believe they do he just wanted to downplay the issue to avoid fixing it. Another Chevy dealer is going to fix it under warranty without trying to belittle. Maybe it’s because I didn’t buy the truck from them but last I knew GM doesn’t have a if you don’t buy here treat customer poorly policy.

Took a drive down to Norwich in order to visit McCredy Motors. I visited other dealerships but they did not have what I wanted or they wanted to tack on lots of extras. I was specifically looking for a 24 Silverado Crew Cab with the standard bed. McCredy had a 2024 Silverado Trail Boss that fit my requirements. The purchase was quick and easy. Took the truck for a test drive, received a fair price for my trade and they gave me clear numbers for financing. They didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything that I didn't want or need. They were able to handle everything quickly; the entire process was finished efficiently and I left with my truck the same day. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

He was efficient with the entire process from negotiating a fair trade in price on my Equinox to meeting the terms and conditions I wanted met for the purchase of the Blazer. Stellar job, Sam!

I was vacationing in Oxford NY from South Carolina. I was traveling and noticed engine light was on. I called McCredy Motors and explained my problem at which they said bring it in. I brought it to them and they explained they would look into it after they had completed 9 other vehicles in front of me which I understood. Also being a holiday weekend and it being a Thursday they might not be able to get to it until Tuesday. I again understood and explained that we were pretty much stranded. We left the vehicle and within 3 hours they called and said it was complete and covered at no charge. They went above and beyond to help me and my wife. Thank you all very much!!!

I received a flyer from this dealership and was excited. I thought I had won 1000 bucks. Promotion type deal. I thought it was too good to be true but I figured we needed some new vehicles.. I'll drive down and check them out. Absolutely worst customer experience of my life!!!!! I walked the lot before I walked in and saw a Subaru I was interested in. I walked in the sales room and it was packed! Mostly with people trying to figure what they won. I happened to be in front of a group of people and was used as a example after I told the guy I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. The Salesman asked who was there to buy a vehicle and who wasn't....I was waiting to speak to someone! NOBODY PAYED ANY ATTENTION! I was thrown a pair of 1 dollar ear pods... And that's when not only they lost 1 customer but my family as well. we usually buy around the same time. I spent 45 minutes one way to come check this dealership out. I highly recommend you don't do the same

Madison was a wonderful salesperson. No pressure sales which was appreciated and she also made sure no one scratched my vehicle before I could pick it up. The owner Mike knew I was purchasing a sports car in the winter and offered to store my car until spring no charge. Nice dealership all around!

The best experience I have ever had when looking to purchase a new car. Everyone was very welcoming & friendly. Our sales person, Madison Breslin, was just wonderful. She was professional and did not pressure me at all. The entire time there - about 4 hours - was actually a lot of fun! I got to drive home that day in my new Trax!!!
