My daughter bought a later model Subaru less than one year ago. It needs a transmission. These people are mistakingly giving her the run around. The Attorney General's office is up next.

Stopped just to look at a car. 3 days later it was mind. They are awesome. Answered any questions about the vehicle. Very very helpful, getting the loan. They made it so easy. Prompt and excellent service, also.
Bought my car there in 2019 and was treated very good. They found a loan for me and the warranty for my car is a year longer than my loan making my experience very pleasurable.
Very happy with these guys ..stopped because my serpentine belt was shredding apart ..had to wait a little while but they got me in and the belt changed.Nice jobs guys and thanks again
I stopped at the lot a couple weeks ago.tp look at the vehicle selection you had in your lot while the business was closed, and at that time I had filled out an application as well as sent an email and have not heard back from anyone as ot yet.
I put an inquiry online for a vehicle. The application did not ask me about a second source of income. It didn't ask about a cosigner either. I never received any type of response from the dealer. They ran my credit but never contacted me. I emailed them to see the status and again, no response. Obviously they don't care about helping the customer or selling cars. Don't waste your time! Garbage!
This place is terrible! They had to replace 4 motors! Every time they made up an excuse to what caused the motor to blow to void the warranty! If you want to waste your money these are the guys for you! But they will be straightened out when the attorney generals office shows up! Oh yea they don’t like to provide receipts for the so call work and parts they installed
Purchased a vehicle from here about two years ago and it was a great decision and experience. All the staff are great. Recently had my brakes go; Mavis wouldn't touch the car and the local Chevy dealer said it would be almost two weeks before they could take a look. Reputable got my car in that day, found the issue and got it fixed quick and the price was way lower then I expected. I highly recommend.
I had a couple of minor problems with the truck i purchased from them. They fixed everything and i did not pay anything. I would recommend them as a very good place to puchase your next vehicle.
Not worth the one star!! The cars are junk. The so called saleswoman is dumber than a box of rocks and very unorganized!! I purchased a vehicle and now the vehicle frame is no good. They are horrible at getting things in for your appointments and make you come back another day and still don’t have the parts!! Don’t waste your time looking at a vehicle here! The salesperson also has no problem being unprofessional and rude!! The manager also never try’s to help solve any issues cause he is never available, how convenient!! Will never refer or go back there again!! DON’T waste your time!!
Worst dealer I have ever encountered in my life. Tried for 3 weeks to buy a van. The saleswoman shows up when she wants. And refuses to wait till 130 on a Saturday, even tho posted hours say theyre open till 2. Don't waste your time! They dont really sell cars here!
Dave and Ruthann at this dealership are far the best sellers I’ve dealt with I bought my truck there and if somethings wrong they go out of there way to try and get it fix and back to me. I give this dealership 5 stars this is the only dealership I’ll go to in till they do me wrong. So if you are thinking about going but not sure go anyways
