Good place for general Auto stuff. They didn't have the part I was looking for and just wanted to order it. I don't usually have time for that or I would just order it online.
I stopped in for a headlight bulb after I was shopping at marshals and as soon as I walked in jake greeted me and made sure that I got the right one for my car. Definitely coming back after that kind and caring experience. 😊
I needed some brakes a few weeks ago and the experience was fantastic, i don’t know much about cars and the guy who helped me, i think his name was jake, not only helped me find the brakes i needed but he didn’t make me feel idiot so if you’re planning on coming here ask for jake!!
Went in looking for coolant for a 2021 VW Tiguan. The young man tried telling me that I could put ANY coolant in my vehicle, which I know is not true since VW takes a special coolant. During my visit to the VW dealer in Rome, NY, the next day, I posed this question to the service tech who said to never mix coolants and to only use VW approved coolant as mixing them could cause them to congeal resulting in bigger problems. Sounds like Advance Auto should train their staff before they potentially ruin people's cars. Will not return here.
Advance Auto is a piece of work I believe in treating people as you would like to be treated I tried to order online could not would not let me so I call the store they can take payments over the phone so I can have the part picked up by someone that doesn't have money so I customer they cannot help me either neither person or either under the phone knew anything about the part what a world we computers will be the death of us and stupidity is always going to be people are getting stupider and stupider pray for them I don't know how why would my thermostat charge extra big deal no I have to order another part and they want to deliver the gasket and me and me go pick up the thermostat I thought I Twilight zone sherburne where I lived there is no auto parts store well people I pray you have a better day than I am
At a last min break in a bracket for my caliper my brother called advance and said he would race down to get the part. The manager said ok and as my brother was walking to the door about 10 feet away from it the manager locked the door while looking at my brother.. and wouldn't not open it and now I can't make it it to Buffalo for a job interview that is at 9 am tomorrow mornimg!! Bad review right here

They need to get people in there that knows car parts. I live 20 minutes away. They gave me wrong parts then had to go back. And the lady looks it up and got the right parts
The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful and efficient. I didn't know what my vehicle needed and he not only helped me figure it out, but told me about a sale that saved me over $10. I'll be back!
My car conveniently broke down in the Advanced Auto Parts parking lot. While I was waiting for a AAA truck to never come, I wandered into the store to see if they could help me. Dan could not have been more helpful... he took time to stand in 90 degree heat and work to jumpstart my car, which was no easy feat. To top it off, he helped again when my car wouldn't start down the road. He sold me the battery I needed and installed it so I could get to where I was going safely. I am so grateful for his going above and beyond.
Has everything needed, and very helpful staff. As soon as I walked in someone asked what I needed and got it to me immediately. Could not be more satisfied.
bought a wheel bearing 4 months ago with a one year warranty and they would not honor the warranty. told me i was 45 days over the warranty. dont see how i will never buybanything there again
