I wanted to make an effort and counteract some of the bad reviews here. My insurance company sent me Damian to replace a flat tire. They were at my car about 30 mins after putting in the request online and Damian took care of the issue within 10 mins. Thank you 😊
I was told over the phone that they would be able to tow me in 45 minutes, then again when I called back they said another 30, and then when I called again they yelled at me and hung up. All told it took about four hours for the tow truck to arrive when my car was only a 30 minute drive away from the shop, and their communication about the timing was terrible. I'm only giving two stars instead of one because the driver was great when he finally arrived and I'm sure it wasn't his fault, but it really seemed like this place has a management problem. If your insurance roadside assistance system sends you to this company, find a different option.
My auto company sent Xpert Towing when my car would not start. They were great communicating with me and Wallace was polite professional & knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly
My experience with Xpert Towing Co & Son was extremely disappointing. The driver initially called to say he would be there in 10 to 20 minutes, but he never showed up. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I tried to reach him twice, but he stopped responding.
When I finally called the company's office directly, the person who answered informed me they had “other priorities.” I expressed my frustration, noting that I paid a significant amount for insurance coverage specifically to receive roadside assistance. His response was that I wasn’t paying him directly, but rather the insurance, and suggested I take it up with them.
This lack of communication and prioritization was unacceptable. I cannot recommend Xpert Towing Co & Son based on my experience.
My car needed service in Denver, and the dealership submitted a towing request Monday morning. I received delay notifications all day, and only in the evening did someone from the towing company finally call to ask what tow was needed. The car was picked up that night, and by Tuesday the tow was marked as “completed” — but my car didn’t actually arrive in Denver until Friday.
During that time, I had no idea where my car was. When I called the towing company, they wouldn’t confirm or deny if it was still in Santa Fe. Roadside assistance even suggested I file a police report. It wasn’t until I texted the company Thursday, telling them I was about to involve the police, that they assured me my car would arrive in Denver Friday.
While the tow was eventually completed, the process was confusing, stressful, and handled in an unprofessional manner.
My driver that came and locked my Lexus, 2007, which gave him problems with the security features not to mention the time of day where the sun was at the highest point the dude was professional his name is Damien didn’t get his last name, but professional and excellent Was really happy with it. Performed well under extreme heat.
USAA requested to towed my car with this company. They called me to tell me that they can’t come because the address was wrong by 2 miles. I changed the address with USAA and they never reached out to me again. Called them 2 hours later to find out they didn’t even leave the place to come get us because they were waiting for me to change the address. Guy was very rude over the phone saying that if the address is wrong they wouldn’t get paid. I even told them I had 3 kids in the car. I had to request another tow truck from a different company.
Our insurance company contracted this company and after waiting in the side of the freeway for over three hours, we finally had another company come to rescue us. We did try to contact Xpert over the phone, and the one time someone answered and told us we would get a call back, we never heard from them again. our insurance company also reached out. They failed to answer their phone after the initial communication.
Was very professional and respectful he went out of his way to call and make sure that I still needed a tow. He offered me a ride to see where my truck will be and to the hotel I’m staying at. Very family oriented which it makes his business more of a reason to use for towing. He took good care of my truck as he loaded it on to the flat bed. Dominic and His wife had the best customer service ever. Thank you Xpert towing Co & Son
State Farm dispatched XPert towing . We waited 3 hours. Never called us nor did they ever show up . State Farm was awesome and found another towing service that showed up promptly . I would not recommended xpert towing ..
Xpert towing helped me out with a tow, and it only took them less than 10 minutes to come and tow my vehicle. Dominic was very professional and had great customer service. I highly recommend Xpert Towing Co & Son LLC They are Very fast and on time to help there customers.
X Pert Towing Co & Son left me standing outside in the cold waiting for a scheduled tow for over an hour. Never answered any of my calls after my appointment time and only called me back after I called the insurance company for a different company. I'm very disappointed in the service and professionalism. I hope they are able to learn from this and at least give customers a call when they are unable to make it.
Edit: They apologized for the miscommunication but is still does not change my experience.
My truck broke down on my way from Texas to Colorado. I was stuck on a off ramp with a horse trailer blocking an intersection. Not only were they quick but they got their team out to help rescue me and get my vehicles and myself to safety for the night.
Their shop assisted with speedy repairs to get me back on the road the next morning.
I cannot be more grateful to this family team who went well above and beyond to help me late at night. They were lifesavers and I will recommend them to everyone!
This company was assigned to my road side assitance request through State Farm. They left me sitting for 2 hours called me and said they were sending someone and then ignored all phone calls and left me stranded with no assitance. Absolute trash.
I have used Xpert Towing for a few tows and every time they have been very quick to respond. Dominic, as well as his drivers, are always very friendly and professional. And his new truck is amazing! Clean and easily got the job done. I recommend going with Xpert Towing Co & Son any day.
