All terrain towing company was awesome! They got my car out when it was stuck in water due to the rain. The tow truck driver went above and beyond. He gave me a piggy back ride to not get wet due to how high it was. Would 100% recommend.

I locked my keys in the car. An individual from All Terrain arrived within the timeframe via text notification. The initial automated systems are clunky, frustrating and actually quite time consuming. Yet much more frustrating was the lack of competence, tools in poor condition & lack of certain tools! The person dispatched was unable to unlock the door which he blamed on the vehicles security system. He also could not get the visible keys from the console. Things get worse... he damaged the truck! He tried, repeatedly, unsuccessfully with 2 different thick metal rods (standard equipment) of which the rubber coating which protects the vehicles was missing in areas. In this case the individuals equipment plus lack of skill added up to no keys retrieved, scratched paint on the drivers & passenger side, a torn rubber gasket between door & the window glass! This went on for 1.5 hours. A co- worker was called & began to do the same thing with the same compromised equipment. At this point I said good bye! A different company is on the way! Ramiro,, with Reliable Towing, arrived extraordinarily quickly! The door was unlocked in less than 2 minutes with similar rods that were not bent out of shape, with a good hook on the end and that were fully covered with the protective rubber coating. Did I mention the bumper was falling off the small beat up yellow pick up from All Terrain? Nothing like one sign after another to instill confidence in rattled folks in need. But more importantly this person was unable to get the job done plus unbelievably damaged the vehicle! I wonder if keys locked in vehicles, a frequent occurrence, are not a high dollar & time priority for professionalism & skill? Do not call All Terrain or allow AAA, Roadside

Called the morning after a snow storm to get my 4wd vehicle pulled out of a ditch. At 10:30 am I was told a truck was on the way. No show, no call, didn’t pick up the phone or respond to two voicemails asking for clarification as to when they would be arriving. No truck was in the way, no truck ever arrived. The level of indifference and neglect was a bit mind boggling.
Brandon at All Terrain towing was fantastic. Arrived so quickly to tow our car from Santa Fe to Albuquerque, offered us a ride back with him, and engaged in friendly conversation the entire way! Made the unfortunate flat tire situation so much better. Would 1000% recommend this towing company.

USAA insurance contacted a dispatch service who contacted All Terrain Tow. We called also, just to be sure someone was coming out to get us. We had been driving for nearly 10 hours when our transmission started acting up and possibly went out. Brandon with ATT came out quickly, about an hour (we were 84 miles out North of ABQ, not sure how far for Brandon to drive). He was at the drop off location before we were and competent and so polite the entire time. THANK YOU USAA, TAA & BRANDON!
My engine failed right outside Glorieta NM, and All Terrain Towing were the ones my insurance had come tow my car to Albuquerque. It did take some time for them to get there but once they did, Brandon was nothing but nice and professional! This happened late at night so he delivered my car to Hyundai but they were already closed. He called to confirm what he should do. I highly recommend this company!
Long story short, I found myself 2 hours away from Albuquerque (where I rented a car from) at a remote location for a friend’s wedding weekend. I lost my car’s rental keys and I needed to get home. No other tow companies wanted to come get me due to the remote location. Then Brandon arrived to save the day. He was friendly, professional, and patient with my stressed self. He got my car on his truck bed and we took off for the airport. I then enjoyed a 2 hour ride with him back to return my rental car and got to learn about him. He is a hard working, curious, driven, and kind human being and he owns this company. If you want great service and want to support an incredible human being and new business owner, use All Terrain.

Brandon was able to take our Tesla from Santa Fe NM all the way to Las Vegas Nevada. From start to finish less than 24 hours for the whole process. He communicated during the entire process and worked with us on a drop off time. Highly recommend for the long distance tow!! Thank you.
Driver was very professional. He was quick to get the car up on the truck. He was even kind enough to offer us a ride to my Parents home. Which was a decent ways of course. Fast, friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an issue with my car at 1030 at night. The space Brandon had to work with was very tight, but he was able to work his magic and get the car towed. He also was able to store my car overnight, and then come help me take it to a tire shop early in the morning. Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly. If you ever need a tow, definitely call him!
Brandon is professional, curtious, and remarkable at conveying his location and any pertinent information. He was kind of enough to allow me to ride along with him. It was a late night accident on the highway, almost to Albuquerque, he drove from Santa Fe to get me. We were stranded on the road over memorial weekend after our pop up trailer had a blowout and bent the frame. We called several tow companies and one even hung up on us. After finally calling the team at All Terrain Towing they were professional and responded as quickly as possible. They came and fixed the frame and changed out tire. They were awesome and saved our long weekend trip.
Stranded at night when my car gave out. Other tow companies wanted me to wait 2+hrs and wanted crazy amounts of money. I called all terrain towing and 30min later, my car was being loaded. Brandon was super helpful, professional and quick to help. I hope that I never need another tow, but if I do, I will only work with All Terrain Towing.
