I needed to move some inoperable vehicles out of my yard ASAP (HOA). I called Reliable and they sent Mike Vigil. Mike was at my house perfectly on time and was super courteous, helpful and professional. Whenever I need a tow I'm calling Reliable and I'm asking for Mike Vigil!

We were on our way to work early in the morning. My friend was driving and her alternator stopped working. Google recommended various businesses, however, Reliable Towing responded quickly and with compassion. Rich was incredibly professional and responsive. Tow truck showed up a little late to the scheduled time due to construction traffic. But once there, Christian was a very nice guy and quickly loaded my vehicle onto his truck. Drive went great to the destination and I enjoyed conversing with him on the way up there. Christian is very knowledgeable about towing and did an excellent job overall. I would recommend Reliable Towing to anyone in the future.

Christian called me that he was on the way. He got here right away tried to see if it was just my battery to help me but unfortunately it wasn’t. He got the car up and to my mechanic in a fast time. Very friendly I highly recommend him .

Christian did an awesome job. He called to confirm the location and the service needed. He came very fast and when he put my spare tire on it was done within five minutes. He let me sit in the car since I was hot and he greeted me when he got there and shook my hand. Very honest man. The lady I called to request someone was very nice too. Breaking down on the interstate during a cross country trip sucks. Reliable towing does not. Christian showed up in less than 20 minutes and loaded our truck in less than 5 minutes. Definitely knows how to do his job very well. He was kind, efficient, and has impressive skills.

Broke down on I-25 near Santa Fe. Christian from reliable tow came right out. Loaded up the vehicle and got us to a mechanic quickly and safely. Definitely an ace driver. Dispatch was great getting us a driver. Highly recommend!

Christian picked up my car after a minor accident, got there quick.. way super nice and extremely professional. Helped the other guy in the accident pull his bumper straight and then got my car to the spot with zero issues and the price was not bad at all. Definitely would recommend these guys,. I had the unfortunate experience of needing a tow after an accident. Spirits were down. It wasn’t a good day at that point I called Reliable Towing they sent out Christian he showed up prompt was very professional Very Caring. Talk me through the whole process answered any questions I had and even made recommendations that landed up leading to get my car repaired. After he dropped the car off at my house my whole day and mood was back to how it was before the accident he made me forget about the whole accident It’s nice getting service from people that actually care and do their job with pride .will definitely use them again Next time I need Their service highly recommended.

I just moved to Santa Fe and my truck wouldn’t start. Christian, at Reliable, came to jump start it w/ no luck, so he towed it to the dealership where it sat for 5 days- I gave up and had him tow it to a garage. He was so prompt, professional, kind and reassuring. He even called after to let me know it was safely delivered. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic customer service ! My daughter was in a car accident last night and the insurance was unsuccessful in locating any companies for road side assistance and were about to schedule me to wait an additional day for pick up. Luckily Sandra was able to guide me and help me get my daughter’s car picked up in less than an hour . She offered multiple suggestions on my towing options and explained how far my insurance covered . The driver Christian was friendly and quick. Thank you both !!

I left Santa Fe headed to Dallas on 40. Got to Clines Corner, took a rest break, got back in my car, started it up, car sounded terrible, message came on: drivetrain problem, drive moderately. Knew I wasn't going to try and drive car on that lonely 60 miles back to Santa Fe. Called BMW SF and they gave me # for Reliable Towing. Called RT, dispatcher was very nice, and in barely an hour Christian and his flatbed were at Clines Corner loading up my car for trip back to SF. Reliable and Christian made a really bad morning end well for me. My car was dropped off at BMW SF and I was delivered back to my house safely. Thanks so much for helping me, my cat, and my car in getting back to Santa Fe!

I just witnessed one of the most impressive tow recovery situations of a *very* stuck delivery van wedged between a residential garden wall and a sloped retaining wall and coyote fence on a tight, steep hillside neighborhood driveway in Santa Fe. Thanks to the Reliable “A-Team” of three, Richard, Mike, and Melanie, this van was expertly un-stuck in no time. They arrived quickly after being summoned, assessed the situation with calm expertise, and were able to gently get the van positioned properly by clever use of the tow line as a come-along. My hat is off to these three skilled people. I hope to never find myself in this situation, but should I ever need them, Reliable will absolutely be the tow company I reach out to. Bravo for an amazing job expertly done!

When their competitor left me stranded in the cold all night, Gene came and picked up my car and took me all the way home from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. When we arrived at the repair shop, it was out of business. Gene went the extra mile and took my car to my home at no extra charge. Gene is truly a cool dude !

Finding Reliable Towing is the BEST EVER answer to needing to get towed for a breakdown. Gene could not have done anything better in rescuing me and my 1995 4Runner. He provided stress-free, professional, capable, friendly service. It was easy setting up his arrival with his frequent communications...right away I felt secure. His equipment is in great condition and he's a pro at operating it. I thoroughly enjoyed talking-to with him on our 2 hour ride. I will use Reliable Towing for any future needs I may have. Mike helped us after some trash on the road tore our ABS cables out of our car. We called for a tow and within 10 minutes he came to help us out. After talking to him about what happened, he called backup to get our car on the tow truck because our wheels were locked up and couldn’t roll. Mikes quick problem solving got us to the service shop within an hour. For reference, our tow across town was $120 bucks - I hope I don’t need a tow again but if I do I’d be happy to work with Reliable!

My car wouldn't start and Reliable Towing got out to me within an hour of submitting the claim. Anthony was the driver and he got to my less-than-ideal parking spot like a pro and was very respectful when popping in and out of the cab (quick-dusted his clothes, took off his work gloves) while getting my car up on the truck. He also took care of communicating with the shop so I didn't have to accompany the car and get stranded overnight. Really good service and great timing!

Gene and his team were very courteous and came quickly. It was not easy to get our car loaded as we couldn't get it into neutral/car wouldn't start, but they did it. They took great care with our vehicle and were very pleasant to us! Definitely highly recommend them! The Range Rover dealer recommended them to us. Very positive experience.
