My car battery had died at the santa fe airport after a very long day of traveling. Alert towing was there for another reason. I asked him if he could give me a jump. Thank God he said yes. He was very polite and professional.

I was just reading through some of your reviews and I noticed you told a young lady that your prices are regulated by state mandatory Tariffs? But when I picked up my motorcycle that was stolen I was told your company “alert towing” and “Knights Towing” same companies just scamming the system to get on rotation with multiple company names. The driver was adamant that you had your own tariffs and charged me a ridiculous amount of $750!! Be aware these predatory tow companies will gauge you for every dollar possible. Nobody will do anything about this problem there all corrupt!! Especially these liars!! Explain to me the charges I was charged? Thank you.
We ran out of gas 5 miles from Santa Fe on Sunday afternoon after a long drive in from Texas. The gentleman came within 20 minutes of us calling, pulled in behind us to protect us from the traffic and put enough gas in for us to get to town. Highly recommend them.
I got my camper van stuck off the side of a narrow mountain road. Gene came by and didn’t even need to use the winch to get it out - he just maneuvered it around for a bit and drove it right out of the spot unharmed! Also very friendly guy and easy to deal with, with 29 years of experience. If you get stuck in a tough spot, Gene is your guy! Highly recommend.
These people engage in predatory towing practices with various apartment complexes in Santa Fe. They charge exorbitant prices to get the vehicle out. When they do something by mistake they don’t own up to it
Javier was amazing! The wait time for a tow was an hour and he got there in half an hour. It was a Sunday and everything was closed but he was able to get our car fixed in about 20 mins. He was kind, professional, honest and took great care of us. Highly recommend his services!
I called for a battery charge. I had a broken headlight which they said they could fix. They also fixed the other one that was yellow and fogged up. This was all done finished the day after the battery boost at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future.

Ended up with a flat out in jemez... had a locking lug nut and no key to remove it so I was unable to change my tire.
Roadside assistance said they called everyone else and they said they couldn't help. When they called Alert i was notified they were coming, and they made good time considering how far away I was.
I'd definitely recommend them! When other companies say they can't choose Alert to get the job done!
These guys are awesome. We broke down in a RV on I-25 at 4:45 pm. Busy after work traffic. Within an hour and a half they were there with 2 tow trucks. And safely got us moved to their lot (where they let us spend the night in our RV.) and got us repaired 1st thing the next morning . Great job..
Total scam. They tow your rental car in the middle of the night from empty lots, claim they are giving you a good rate (but don't tell the boss... sir, we know you are the boss), and have terrible customer service. Its a highway robbery scheme they are working. By the way, this sign says "final warning." There was no other warning. We were literally visiting from out of town, sleeping at this simple hotel, parked in one of the spaces nearest to the hotel and somewhere between the hours of midnight and 8am we were towed. This isn't a legit business if they are willing to take $230 from tourists willy nilly like this. Oh and while waiting for our Uber we watched him tow two other hotel customers. This is run like a third world county. This is our first time to New Mexico, but I can't wait to get out now.
Jersen was fast and had room for everyone in my car to ride to the lot, so no one was left on the side of the road. He even took us to the mall to wait for our ride so we were out of the heat. Great service from some very nice guys!
My Ford diesel truck towing a 5th wheel trailer broke down on I-25 near Santa Fe and Javier came out with his tow truck. He towed me some 40 miles and since it was late in the day we went to his yard. Javier called an Uber for me. The rig stayed in his tow yard for several days while things got figured out and repaired. Jersen who was referred by Javier, helped me get things figured out. Both guys were incredibly helpful, honest and fair with me. When you have to be towed while traveling it can be a scary feeling. Will they be honest and fair with me? Both Javier and Jersen were very honest and fair with me. No surprises at the end. Thank you to both of them. Very honest and trustable guys.

I had a blowout on my front passenger 4x4 truck after hours going home from work. I was in a dangerous place and I tried to do it myself. My stupid jack that comes equipped with my truck was useless. I called Alert towing and they came immediately as promised. JersenI the man that helped was very good. His jack didn't work either but he had ingenuity and used his tow truck to lift my truck. He got the job done in no time. And sent me home to my family safe and happy ?
Jersen did an awesome job. Our pickup broke down while towing our 26' RV. He came promptly and towed the combination rig to the campground. He then neatly backed both the pickup and the camper into our slot. He was friendly and is even helping us find a mechanic. If I could give him a 100 stars, I would!

All other “24/7” towing companies didn’t answer or over charged or had over an hour wait time. Alert towing came for us in 20 minutes and brought us to a wheel shop near by. Mind you this was at 11pm on a Holiday!!! Affordable price and excellent customer service! Super recommend!!
Javier and Cody were extremely helpful and respectful. They answered all the questions we had and even offered to help us get the vehicle to a collision center for repairs. We have used the services multiple times (day and night) and have had great experiences all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of services.
Cody and Javier are amazing! They are both incredibly skilled at what they do. I had a fifth wheel that was going into a very tight spot in the Woods. They made a 5th wheel bracket and attached it to a bobcat to get around tight corners. They executed the job with so much ingenuity and precision. very kind and professional, I highly recommend alert for all your towing needs.
If you are near Santa Fe and need a tow, Alert Towing is company to use. My F350 broke down north of Santa Fe and Alert and Cody rescued me. The tow truck arrived quickly loaded my truck and hooked the trailer. After getting to yard, the gave assistance with rental vehicle. This had been such a stressful event and Alert and Cody made it bearable. Thank you so very much!
