Express Towing was absolutely amazing! Chris and his wife went above and beyond to help me after my Sons’ accident. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way, and took the best care of my Sons motorcycle. I live out of State, so this process was challenging, but not with Express Towing, they made this a very smooth process. I cannot thank them enough! If you need towing services in Santa Fe, I wouldn’t go anywhere but here! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
i wrecked my car and needed help. i am handicapped and cannot do a lot of dailychores, etc....express towing were a major part of myexperience here and they could not have been better. patient and helpful, the tow driver was the best. like having your best frienddoing this job. i reccomend in the highest degree!!!!

I just had one of your drivers almost sideswipe me near Coors and Montano around 4:10pm on September 22nd, 2025. As I swerved around and hit my horn this man had the audacity to stare at me like I was the problem. He was on his phone and not paying attention. Traffic was flowing around 40-45 mph and he comes out of the shopping center like he has all the space in the world. Then, as he was approaching Paseo Del Norte, he swerves into the merging lane as if he was going to get off on Paseo but then changes his mind and cuts off another car to stay on Coors. I kept watching him for around 15 minutes and he never got off of his phone and continued to make stupid errors while driving that big truck.
Wonderful person who truly cares about his customers. I was stranded for hours on highway 599 near Santa Fe. Chris was able to work around his schedule and go the extra mile so that I can get home to my family.
My husband and I were stranded 40 miles from home at night outside of Santa Fe after being in Texas for a funeral. Chris from Express Towing answered the phone quickly and came and got us (and our dog) along with our vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and had no problem getting our giant truck on the flatbed. We enjoyed visiting with him on our way back to Santa Fe and he didn’t even need GPS to find our address since he had been towing here for 33 years! Really a great experience.
