Having used their services, I can say that they provide honest service. They are not a fly by night organization and do everything with integrity and honesty. I've read reviews from people who are obviously on the wrong end of legality and you can tell by the reviews that they were the ones that were in the wrong and took a swipe at this honestly run company and its owners even though they were the ones that were on the wrong side of legality. I can say this from personal experience that I know that they document every single transaction with photos time stamped to back up everything they do as proof in case, you know, sombody wants to outright lie or skew the story in their favor. Im proud to have done business and will continue to do business with them!!
Pretty pathetic that my daughter is 16 an visited her grandma for 20 mins to take mail an knight's towing went over there knowing the car hasn't been there for days or over night called owner he acted so pathetic an claimed needed the money charging 500 dollars when the car was there for not even 20 mins and towed it not even more than 3 miles away from yard And will not work with me that being said there wasn't even a sign there where the vehicle was parked these guys are out to get your money and are very rude and disrespectful i would never recommend them considering I own an insurance business. I will never refer this company ever
Locked keys, phone and purse in my car. This was such a stressful situation, but JJ showed up quickly, got the car unlocked in just a few minutes and was so friendly. I cannot express how grateful I am for his fast, competent and professional service!
Got a flat tire on the side of the highway and this tow truck company answered in seconds, arrived quickly and dropped us off at our destination with no fuzz. Jersen, the man who towed us was friendly, informative and polite!! Definitely recommend them if ever in need of a towing service

There is rarely a good time for your car to break down, but Jersen made the whole experience so much less stressful! From coming to get us on a late night call (and driving us back to our apartment), to coming to bring my car a couple of days later to the mechanic, everything was flawless. The communication was top notch, the service was efficient and very professional, and Jersen was very friendly throughout. I hope to not need too many more tows, but I’ll definitely be calling Knights Towing if I do!

Complete Rip offs!! Be careful with these people. They operate under 2 different names “Alert Towing” “Knights Towing” very very rude and unprofessional. My motorcycle was stolen and they just had to call these guys!! They should be ashamed of themselves! $750 to tow a motorcycle 3 miles!! Do yourself a favor and call ANYBODY else!!
Quick, efficient, caring, safe, and smart. What more could you want in a tow? I felt like part of the family. These guys turned one of my worst days better by making sure we were okay and safe. I really like the service we received and highly recommend giving them a call in your time of need.
Very personable and helpful and reasonably priced. Jersen let me know on the initial call that he was working alone and it would be a wait, as he was coming in from an out-of-town tow. It was longer than expected, but it was a beautiful day and the service was worth the wait ?
Our car was showing a gear box fault. Knights Towing showed up and thought it might be the battery. He jump started our car and it turned on. No charge either. Great and friendly service!
My daughter’s car broke down in Santa Fe NM this evening and we called Knights Towing to see if they could bring her car back home. Jersen showed up in about 30 minutes and brought her car all the way home for us. He is an amazing person and did an excellent job for us. Stranded on the side of a rural highway after midnight- Jerson was a great communicator, provided accurate arrival time estimate and got me home safe! Perfect gentleman with a nice clean towing rig.

We broke down south of Sante Fe, and we're not from the area, so definitely panicked a bit on who to call, and glad we chose this service. Jersen was a life saver. He was friendly and professional. Was there in an extremely timely manner. Offered to look over the car for us and able to give a diagnosis. Was able to accommodate our group of four for the tow back, and as a bonus was kind enough to give us a ride somewhere while we waited for someone to pick us up. Definitely appreciate this towing service for making a stressful situation manageable.
Jersen was extremely nice and he was able to accommodate all four of us when the engine blew. Also has his one shop and saved a trip to a dealership for a diagnosis. He even drove us somewhere to while we figured out what to do and helped load the car onto a trailer of ours for us to take back.

I ran out of diesel 20+ miles from the nearest gas station with a trailer, car, and motorcycle loaded. I called Knights Towing and they showed up within 15 minutes. Great, quick service! I was stuck in a low reception area in the middle of nowhere, and was towed relatively quickly. The guy was really amiable and we had a great conversation while he brought me back to my hotel.
