The telephone communication would be better if you could deal with the same person each time you call. At 83 years old it is just more comforting to work with one voice, but everyone did their job well

Why do you hide the truth and mislead people in your commercials! I was considering donating my car to you, thinking it would help all children. After doing a little research, I discovered that roughly 90% of your funds go solely toward educating Jewish children. Are other children not worth educating?

YOU HAVE A KID SINGING "DONATE YER CAR TODAY" WITH NO MENTION OF HOW KIDS ARE HELPED BY YOUR ORGANIZATION! THAT IS WRONG! THEN YOUR COMMERCIAL HAS A MAN SAYING THE COMPANY NOW ACCEPTS DONATIONS OF LAND, HOMES AND BUILDINGS! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD GIVE LAND AND REAL ESTATE TO A COMPANY THAT RUNS GREEDY COMMERCIALS WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHAT IT DOES TO HELP CHILDREN?! TERRIBLE!
the entire process was smooth as nothing
they arranged to pick up the car from the mechanic parking lot the next morning. i didnt had to worry about anything beside removing the plate from the car and sign the title and that it and drop off the plate the DMV. the process was so smooth.

The gentleman who picked up my car kept me posted about where he was and let me know when he got the car. He also left the license, easy pass and house key at the garage (I don't know if I asked him to do that, but it was exactly what I needed).

I immediately received an email to confirm my donation after which I was contacted by the towing company to schedule a next day pickup. I told the driver this donation was the final wish of my fiancée who is on Hospice. As you can see the tow driver paused to allow a last photo. ?

It was fast but I wish I had some kind of acknowledgment my car was picked up. Only proof is when you get paper work in mail. No email confirmation after car is towed. That doesn't sit well with me. But experience was good.
Nice easy website to work with. Got a call from Eddy within 3 hours. Set up pick up within 24 hrs. Very friendly & responsive. Picked up car same day! Tow truck guy Kris was very nice. Took the plates off for me. Here’s a picture! So glad to be helping the kids. It was a great Buick for a long time. I’m sad to see her go but happy too!
I emailed Kids for Kars to pick up a vehicle that we had. I received an e-mail back that someone would be in contact me and they also gave me the phone number of the company that would pick up the car. They called and gave me a date and time. The company came as indicated and picked up the car. A couple of days later I received a receipt for the value of the car.
I was happy with with the donation process. However the towing side was horrible, the lady I spoke to was not so friebdlyand did not give a chance to clearly explain the signing process on the title, it was like a bother to her. Can she improve her people skills, we speak differently therefore, patience is a virtue.
Very easy, a quick e-mail and phone call was all it took. Pick up was scheduled at my convenience and completed quickly. In two weeks car was sold and I had my receipt.

Dont consider donate your boat to them. Been dealing with them for about a month now, sent them all pictures and documents that they requested, then Jason no longer responded. I had to call in their hotline to find out that they put a cancel status under my donation. I would have give away sooner or donate to others if i have known about it.
