These guys were super helpful! I tried in so many different ways to dispose of large computers from back in the 1960s my mother used to use for her work with NASA. After several failed attempts and running out of options these guys were a life savior. They didn't have a problem with the weight of these, they even took on the appliances that I had to get rid of, they took typewriters, old TVs, so much stuff that was outdated and I could not have done it without them. They arrived on time, with the right equipment and help to move these on to the truck. Super efficient and easy to work with! Will definitely be using them again for any recycling services! Received an unsolicited junk fax today advertising their services. Luckily, you can report junk faxes to the FCC (which I have done). If this is your way of marketing, I have to say it doesn't come across to me as very professional. I'd never hire a company that advertises via junk faxes.
The customer service provided at SAMR was excellent. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with discarding and recycling old technology I had such as laptops. They were very friendly and I would definitely recommend them!
