This was a really enjoyable experience, from the beginning, when I emailed the dealership to find out about a particular car, unlike other dealerships, they were very forthcoming with all the information (Christine) that I was asking for, even giving me an out the door price without stepping foot at the dealership. When I got there, everything was exactly like we discussed. There was no haggling, there was no trying to get me to add stuff that I didn’t want. Frank, made the experience, especially enjoyable. He Has a great attitude, answered all of our questions, took time not to show me every single button that was on the car, and even did an extra bit of detailing to make sure everything was up to his standard. I definitely recommend the dealership, but in particular, Christine and Frank.

Purchased a 2026 Honda Passport TS on 2/21/26! This SUV is so nice, roomy, and all around enjoyable to drive. Pete and Dan were very professional and I feel like I was treated fairly with a nice deal. The process was very smooth through the financial department with a quick delivery. Thank you so much Janeen. Called Honda the day before I got the car, and I got lucky by Janeen answering the call. I had a ton of questions before I even came to the dealership. And Janeen was very insightful with her answers. She gave me all possible options so I can weight them out before I went in. Once I got there the process was very smooth. Janeen and her manager were able to get the car I wanted within the price range I wanted to be at. I’ve gotten a car before from different dealership, but Honda at Turnersville, really made the process extremely easy. Again thank you janeen!

The lease on my 2023 CRV-EXL was reaching its maturity date, so I reached out to Janeen Callahan, who has been my go to sales person for many years (even before her Honda days) to see what, if anything, she could do for me. As I was over mileage, I wasn't confident that she would be able to get me what I wanted within my budget. However, as usual, she went over and beyond and I got to pick up my new 2026 CRV Hybrid Trailsport lastnight. Thanks again, Janeen (and the finance manager, Bill), for an absolutely wonderful experience! 🥰

I been with Honda for over 25 years. I take my Honda to the dealership for service in turnersville, NJ. 02/13/2026 will be my last one. That I will setup an appointment for service. The service was totally unacceptable, when I pulled up and drove inside the service area garage. I was the only vehicle inside so I'm waiting in my car for someone to come and take my vehicle information. So I get out my car to see if things have changed and I have to go now to the service desk. I walk over to the desk his name was Boyd. He didn't acknowledge my presence until I said excuse me sir and then he had a nasty attitude as if I was disturbing him and finally looked up and said just wait in the car. My gosh really, so I stood there and looked at him at that time i was ready to take my car out of the garage and leave. I got in my car and was ready to leave and then a young man wearing a black or brown leather bomber jacket came over to my car with the attitude of didn't want be at work. No good morning no friendly presence nothing but a pissed off attitude and finally looked and said after he asked for the keys you can just stand in the middle of the sliding doors. As i stood patiently waiting, I knew Boyd probably wasn't going to wait on me and yes I was right and he didn't have a customer at his desk. As I was standing there it was one customer being serviced by a female worker at her desk. A service man by the Exit door said surprisely sir hey I'm sorry can I help you I see you there standing. Either my wife or myself brings our Honda in for service. How i was treated we will not be back!!! Totally disrespectful and unprofessional with the service boy and Boyd. The gentleman that help me knew I was a little upset and he was very professional into getting me service with my appointment. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED

Highly recommend Honda of Turnersville. You want to work with Orlando - he is the best!!! Great communicator, he got me in the exact car I wanted with the exact payment I was hoping for. I test drove the car on Friday and purchased it on Saturday. I did the credit application before I got to the dealership and I was in and out in about an hour and a half!!

We got 2 cars from Honda of Turnersville. Always had the best experience with all of the employees from HT. First car we got from HT was few years ago, so we decided to get our 2nd vehicle from here as well. Again it was only the best experience start to finish. Our sales guy was great he answered questions we had, helped us with everything, and even stayed a little later for us to finish our sale on a Saturday. I definitely recommend going here to get your next vehicle. When it's time to get a car again I already know I'll go back to Honda of Turnersville.

It was a very good experience, it was pleasure having Sal as our salesman. Everything went as smoothly as we had hoped - we test drove the vehicle, Sal answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle, we agrred to the price, and we were out the door in a little over 2 hours! Sal even took about 30 minutes to go over all the features and programmable settings before we left the lot.

My husband and I went around to many dealers. We were looking at Honda's and Toyota's. Meechi (I think I spelled that right) was wonderful. He worked with us to get a great deal for what we wanted. The service was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend Turnersville Honda and check out Meechi for some great service.

Sal was my salesman, he listened to my wants and needs and made the deal happen. He was friendly and easy going, no pressure. The dealership even called me back to resign the paperwork a few days later as an even better rebate became available which reduced my monthly payment. Would highly recommend.

Just got a great experience. Salvatore, Lou, and Al, were AMAZING. They were pretty helpful and very transparent when it comes to making a big decision such as getting a vehicle. I am absolutely thrilled with my 2025 Honda Accord. The car offers a graceful and smooth ride, making each journey comfortable and enjoyable. I am especially pleased that Honda reintroduced the lights on the side mirrors to enhance safety. I like the fabric seats, which I find visually appealing and more comfortable than leather. The light-colored interior adds a touch of elegance. Having a sunroof once again allows more daylight to fill the cabin, adding to the driving experience. Overall, the car's functionality and driving performance are excellent, making it ideal for quiet and relaxing drives. It is important that I express my appreciation for and to Mike Downham. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of working with him and he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Though the process may take several hours, the experience is always worthwhile. My sincere thanks go to Mike and to those who chose to bring him onto the team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star I recently purchased my 2024 Honda Pilot from Honda Turnersville, and I couldn’t be happier! I originally went in to look at a 2022 Honda Accord, but after realizing it didn’t have the leather or heated seats that my previous 2021 Accord had, I decided it just wasn’t the upgrade I was hoping for. That’s when I spotted the Pilot — and it was love at first sight! ❤️ A huge thank you to Alec, my salesperson, for being such a good sport through the whole process. He was patient, not pushy at all, and really took the time to help me find something I truly loved. He made everything smooth and stress-free, which meant a lot to me — especially after my old car was totaled in an accident. I also want to give a special thank you to the sales manager Lou, who worked with me to get the price right where I wanted it. I didn’t go in planning to spend too much, but they made it work and I drove away extremely happy. I absolutely love my 2024 Honda Pilot — it’s beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I never write reviews, but I am beyond frustrated. I bought my 2022 Honda HR-V on February 1st after a horrible car accident left me scrambling for transportation. My salesman was John Sacco, who is no longer even employed at this dealership. I was told the car had been in one minor front-end accident and was fully repaired. Day 1: Within hours of purchase, I noticed the trim was coming off and my driver’s door was squeaky. On February 3rd, I returned to the dealership to show John and confirm I wasn’t imagining it. He gave me a “We Owe Recon” slip to have it fixed. March: I brought the car in for repairs. When I got it back, the trim still looked poorly attached — like a press-on nail ready to pop off. I brought it back again. April: Service Manager Dawn told me it would take about a week. • Week 1: No update. I had to call. Carlos, my service rep, said I’d have my car by the end of the week and was fine to keep the rental. • Week 2: I called again. A random employee said I’d have it by Friday and hung up. • Week 3: Carlos admitted he didn’t know where my car was. A friend called the dealership on my behalf and spoke to managers, who revealed the part was on backorder — something I was never told. After that, Dawn called me, admitted they had installed an off-market trim to avoid a longer wait, and offered a “free oil change” as a goodwill gesture. May: I finally got my car back. The trim still looked bad. At this point, I just wanted out of the lease. I even shopped around for another Honda, but another salesman advised against it due to the financial hit I’d take. Final attempt: I went back to Dawn one last time after speaking with the salesman. I, also pointing out loose bolts under my hood. She claimed techs looked at it and fixed it — they hadn’t. She said she’d order the part for my trim and call me. It is now August 10th — over 6 months since purchase — and I have received zero communication about my part or a real fix. I’ve had this car in the service center more than any vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve reached out to corporate, but I am still stuck with a vehicle I regret buying. I look at my car everyday and wonder why I bought it since the trim and fender are constantly coming off. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing dealership experiences I’ve ever had.

This was one of my best experiences at a dealership. I contacted them when I saw the new '26 Si's coming out and the whole transaction was incredibly smooth. I was able to talk through out the door pricing via email, text, and phone call which is a must for me. Showed up to put a deposit on the car and between looking at my trade-in and signing the single sheet of paperwork I was in and out in 45 minutes. Amazing. When the car was delivered I was able to pick it up and was out the door in about 90 minutes. That's with all the paperwork too! They weren't pushy with up selling warranties but clearly explained everything and gave you the option to take it or leave it. It was honestly a refreshing interaction throughout the whole process. If you have any hesitations dealing with dealerships please know that these guys do a very good job and aren't pushy at all. I very much recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new Honda. Ask for Dan O'Connor. He was great to deal with.

I purchased a Civic type R at Turnersville Honda and it was an extremely smooth experience. All of the staff were very friendly and they were reasonable in working with me to reach a price I was comfortable with. The salesperson I worked with, Darius Phillips, gave me the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a car. Despite being his first week at Honda, he managed to get me in and out the door at a great price on a type R within a few hours. Would gladly work with him again if I ever return there.
