I purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Turnersville this weekend. I was helped by Luke and he was great. He was fast, efficient and personable—even kept my 12 year entertained while I completed paperwork. This, by far, was the quickest, no hassle purchase I’ve made.

Just bought a Hyundai from here and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The car salesman who helped me was named Ozzi Perez, he was amazing! He was very professionals and personable, he helped me find exactly what I needed and in my price range. I really appreciated that he picked out cars for me to look at in my price range and didn’t exceed it. I felt like I was in trustful hands. They also had a nice coffee bar, water bottles and lots of snacks to choose from which makes me think they really care about their customers here. Ozzi brought over some snacks and water bottles and went out of his way to ask if he could get me anything which was very nice of him. I even felt taken care of when it came down to the buying process with the finance guy (I think his name was Steve). He was very patient and helpful. Everyone here was really professional, an overall amazing experience! I will definitely be buying any future cars from this dealership only!

The market is such that nobody is getting any car cheaply these days. But I got what I think is a fair price, and the staff were courteous and respectful of my time. They're out to make a sale, obviously, but they were transparent and helpful.

I've been having my Hyundai Elantra serviced here since it was new. While I'm sure I could find less expensive service, I am likewise sure I could NOT be treated better anywhere. They care for both the customer and the vehicle but it feels like your satisfaction is the most important. After 13 years of service they just get better.

I have been taking our Toyotas to Toyota of Turnerville for a about a year now and have been very happy with our service there. Just bought new tires and I needed to wait gor the car and they got it done within the time they said. The customer service person was also very nice.

This is the second time we’ve come back and had the same salesman AJ Lear. Always a great and super easy experience. No pressure to buy which is the biggest reason we came back. AJ was helpful and listened to us when we told him exactly what we were looking for and an hour later we drove off in our new car! Whenever it’s time for another we will no doubt be back.

Michael Sulpizi is an excellent salesperson and this is the 3rd car we've purchased from him, so he must be doing something right!! The showroom has a relaxed atmosphere and we'll be going back here for our next car.

I’ve been leasing cars for almost 15 years now and have been to many dealerships, this has been the best experience I’ve had by far. Rick, the manager, is responsive and friendly. My sales rep was Anthony Kinsey. He was friendly, professional, and no nonsense. The whole process was a breeze. I’m so happy i made the hour plus drive out of Philadelphia to come here.

2nd vehicle purchase from this dealership. I would recommend to anyone. We've purchased both from the Nissan section, and both were used. Never had issues with the 1st and expect the same with this one. Good quality staff, helpful and knowledgeable. The faculty is clean, kept well and they have everything you need and always go above and beyond. We dealt with Carmen Pizzo and would highly recommend him if your in the need for a vehicle.

I was really impressed with how nice turnersville Chevrolet was employees did not hassle you or hound you when you were looking at the new cars . The service manager was really a nice guy he was very polite he explained to me everything in detail about the car asked me if I had any questions they told me go get myself some coffee or a drink I had a nice time there the only thing was I thought they were going to wash my car but they didn't but overall I think I will go there for some service for my Chevy equinox so if you're looking for service or to buy a new car I recommend turnersville Chevrolet sincerely ken c AKA Kris Kringle I give them an eight and a half keep up the good work maybe next time I come in I can get my car washed too Merry Christmas happy Hanukkah and Happy Kwanzaa

This would be a 5 star review but I had to take one star away. The reason why I took a star away requires that I explain. I own a Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Volt. To get service done on my car requires a certified technician to be available to work on my vehicle and frankly, there just isn't enough of them trained on my car out there to make scheduling pain free. Luckily, the car doesn't really have any major issues. The only issue I have run into is the heat not working. Overall, I love this car. I had a service appointment for Saturday morning, but the EV tech was not working that day. I had scheduled my appointment on my.cheverolet.com. There should be something on that site or in the appointment scheduling processes that will make sure that an appropriate technician is available for upcoming appointments or proactively works with a customer to reschedule. That's really my only gripe here. The service department did offer to squeeze me in to an appointment the following Monday morning. They were very apologetic.

Re: New Car Purchase: Came in looking at several vehicles/makes/models of the inventory available. Got set up with Charlie Borny - Great salesperson, low pressure, had all the information I requested and if he needed to look into something, he got the info i was looking for immediately. Great setup generally, regarding the automall and model selection, as I was able to stick with the same salesperson throughout the process, so little pressure regarding which car I went with.

Fast service! Also very thorough and honest! They took my car in as soon as I arrived and kept me posted throughout! They didn't try to push any "unnecessary" services on me as most dealerships do.I highly recommended them! They are about an hour away but I definitely don't mind going the extra distance because I know I am getting great service! There is a Toyota dealership 20mins from my house but i will never step foot in that place ever again! I made a HUGE mistake dealing with them in the past and will never go there again!

Went in for an oil change and that was 5 stars, they took my reminder discount post card and the associate who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. I was then told me brakes were at less then 3m red and should be replaced right away. As my brakes were under warranty and had been replaced just last summer by a different mechanic, I called in a replacement. When the mechanic replaced them there was still half left on my pads. I understand up selling but come on guys. I was made to feel it was a safety issue and it was lies the whole time. Very disappointing..

My wife and I came to Turnersville auto mall (Toyota) and met Stan today. I am a no nonsense guy and want to be in and out. I had a number in mind and expressed I didn’t want any games. Stan came with a great price below what we expected to pay and answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Ask for Stan you won’t regret it. Great job Stan honesty in a business not known for it. We will be back because of this experience.

I was impressed again. There are several dealers that will work with you. I had a almost impossible task to achieve and it was achieved. My niece had a great credit score but no money down and no trade in. We got her a great little car she could afford. Excellent service.

Their service departments are great. Sales is another story. The customer knows what they want, and after car hunting for so long, I know I didn't want an automatic. I wanted a manual. Every salesman consistently would not let me learn about the active selection of what was available. I did end up purchasing a vehicle of a brand available here, at another other dealership because of this. However, with the service department closer and more able to be handled here, this is my location of choice. I'm glad they know how to drive stick, they take very good care of my car, and they're always very prompt and nice in the service department.

We had a nice salesman named Mike Fabi at the Chevrolet dealership. We stopped over at the Honda dealership and no one helped us or even greeted us. Sad. Well, we walked back over to the Chevy lot and Mike took good care of us. It's that simple to lose a sale. We came to buy a Honda SUV. I guess we gotta go with Mike!!! He's the man! Bill in finance was very patient and helpful! Will was super nice too! Thanks guys!

Went to Chevrolet dealership to have my car serviced. Although i had an appointment, they kept my car for over a week without looking at it. They turned off the check engine light and said my car was fine. They never even looked at my cat to determine the problem and charged me $150 for nothing! The check engine light came back on the next day and i have to take it back!

I ALWAYS go to Honda of Turnersville to lease my real estate vehicle. I have leased 3 vehicles from them personally and I have recommended them to other clients and family. Last count, "we" have collectively leased and/or purchased 8 cars from here and THAT'S HOW AWESOME THEY ARE! My salesman - Kevin Moore - is such a nice guy! The managers are awesome and so are the people that help you with your paperwork. You will not be disappointed.

Lee Milstein was awesome! Straight out of the gate, I told him what I was looking for, what I needed, and Lee knew exactly what direction to go. There was no haggling to be done, to get the best price on exactly what I needed. The entire staff worked together to get me into my vehicle, and Lee has personally followed up several times, to see how I like my car, and if I have any questions! I've even gone back, several weeks after bying my Cruze, to have him explain some of the more advanced things, I hadn't found yet! Simply the best! I've never had a better car buying experience! I highly recommend Turnersville Chevy!

Speedy service, nice workers. Brought my car in at 7:45 got out at 9:15 and they had at least 6 other cars ahead of me. They're waiting room is nice and roomy with a TV to watch and even a massage chair with a credit card reader if you want a nice little massage while you wait. They have coffee and tea set out for you and vending machines in case you get hungry or want a soda. Great place to get your car serviced. Oh and they have shuttle services to and from your house.

Usually it's a nice experience but the service department wasn't in a good mood. I dropped my new truck off so they could take care of a scratch in the bumper and was met with well where is your paper work and very short answered comments. Also had to wait an hour and a half for a rental I thought was going to be there when I got my appointment time.
