Friendly and courteous service although I wish the employees had a little more "mechanics" experience. (That's just my view and not meant in a negative way.) Good store to get what you need for your car.

Had a flat pulled in to the parking lot my tow service took 2 hours. The staff here was absolutely amazing friendly and felt like they randomly checked on me. Was so nice

Store does not honor warranty on parts. Go anywhere else but advance auto. Management will fight you and you will walk out with nothing. Once you buy one of their garbage parts, you're stuck with it.

1 Star – Very Disappointed Be careful what you buy from Advance Auto on Pike. I purchased a battery and quickly realized it didn’t work. I tried to return it within 10 minutes, but was told I couldn’t because it had been “installed.” No one mentioned that policy before the purchase. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was referred to someone named Deric, who was rude and dismissive. He said, “You tried it, it’s yours.” How are you supposed to know if it works without installing it? I also noticed the battery was dated 12/24 — clearly not new. He tested it but never showed me the results or a printout. Just said, “It’s yours, oh well.” Very poor customer service. I’m not happy and won’t be returning.

Derrick was the man, walked in with my toddler, he quickly found me everything I needed and even sourced parts from another store to finish my list of things I needed that day.

They should have made sure that I had the right park for my vehicle because I gave them all the information on my vehicle.

Great employees they know their stuff in willing to help good service and good quality products this is the place I go for my needs for my vehicles

Derek the manager of this branch was so helpful and kind when I was looking for items for my Jeep. I came into the store when he was on the phone with a customer; he was very patient with them. And once off the phone jumped to assist me.

I stopped at this advanced auto parts on 11–3–2023. I was trying to return a battery for my brother’s truck that I purchased the previous night that did not end up fitting his truck. Three people looked at the battery and said they did not know what they were doing and they were new. A gentleman then Came up without even looking at the battery and said that’s not our battery. I then said yes it is. He said nope. Not our battery insinuating that I’m trying to return a battery that does not belong to them. He was about to start arguing with me over if it was his battery or not, then he actually looked at the battery and saw it said advanced auto parts on the sticker. Then after he looked up that I actually bought it at an advanced auto parts. He then decided to say there was signs of wear even though the battery was brand-new.. then I said forget this, took the battery and returned it at the next advance and they took it back with no problem. That guy just wanted an argument and I wasn’t giving it to him.

Literally walked into this place for a blinker light asked the guy if he can replace it as a courtesy he said yes (usually my original advance does it for me) . He literally was scratching my car with the flat head trying to remove the piece to get the light out. I stopped him and told him forget it. I go to mavis and they did it for me and the light wasn't working. So I'm thinking my issue was wiring. I go get a diagnostic check on my car which was $180 and come to find out it was JUST THE BULB!!! The guy literally sold me the wrong damn bulb and made me do extra unnecessary stuff to figure out what was wrong with my car. What an idiot who works there ! Smh

These guys are great. Very respectful and helpful. Got receipt electronically also. I don't like to return stuff but it was simple no questions asked.

Good store. Brought a easy pass holder for my car. It turns out the holder was less in the store than on Amazon

Stop here on the way home from Ocean City was having problems with my truck I was fortunate enough to take the back roads home instead of the expressway so I could stop at auto parts stores and get the stuff I need it to continue my journey at least to get my truck home to a repair place thank God for Advance Auto and the nice people that work there.

There’s a lot of auto parts stores in south jersey but I find myself going to advance a lot more often than autozone these days. Autozone just always seems to be out of 0w-20 oil! I love their package deal for the synthetic oil and filter; you can’t really beat it and I love knowing that I am putting premium fluids in to the car instead of whatever Jiffy Lube throws in there. I could wax endlessly on the benefits of performing your own maintenance on your vehicle but this is not the forum. They have a customer in me for life! PS- They offer free oil disposal

Prompt and courteous customer service. They were not at all condescending even though I’m a grey-haired white lady—probably not their usual customer. I just showed up to buy wiper blades, and I was overjoyed when they offered to install them, no charge. I could probably have figured it out, but I’ve never done it before and was not looking forward to trying on a cold, dark night.

I went to the store to get a battery for my car keys. I wasnt able to open it, and Irvin helped without hesitation. After we got it opened, he replaced it as well. He was really nice.

All of the employees here are great! If I'm not sure which part to get for my truck, they have no problem coming out to my truck and looking under my hood!! Every location I have ever been to is the same way! That's why I prefer to go to advanced auto parts!

In and out. The guys there treated me kindly and professionally. They explained what product was best for what i needed done and the prices were great!

It was great I bought a steering wheel cover and windshield wipers the employees are so helpful they even install it for me no charge 👍👍👍will definitely come back 💗

This location has always treated me right and they know their stuff! I drive out of my way and pass a few of their competitors on the way to deal specifically with them....that says it all!

There alright came 28 minutes away for a part they clarified that had, come in asking for it looked for 5 minutes couldn't find it. But the guys are nice so they got 3 stars.

George, Joshie Pooh and Derik "Cheddar Bob" are the best! Very knowledgeable and ready to go above and beyond for the customer. Irvin "The Godfather" signed me up for Speed Perks and I've saved hundreds of dollars through that program. Cleanest auto parts store bathroom in the tri county area!

I've had good experiences when I've come here for cleaning supplies for my truck. Located right in the Black Horse Pike near Lowe's.
