My experience with Turnersville Collision has alway been superb. I have unfortunately had two different BMWs in for repairs and they do a flawless job! They are BMW certified and the quality of their workmanship shows why. I would definitely recommend this shop for any BMW repairs.

I’ve tried a few other places the insurance companies recommend and those repair shops ALWAYS leave my vehicle worse than when I drop it off. At Turnersville Collision it’s just the opposite, they get it right THE FIRST TIME!!! The staff is knowledgeable/professional, I’m kept in the loop as things develop and picking up my vehicle is the best part. I will ALWAYS choose this repair shop first.

Had a pretty ugly accident with our Silverado… but Kevin and Mike were great to deal with, and the Tech who performed the repair did a superb and quality repair. As a former Chevy Technician (at the auto mall) I was very impressed. Thanks so much to my former Penske family for a quality experience and for superior work.

From start to finish this team and TCC did a great job. Lorraine is a conscientious and clear communicator. The finished outcome was like they put my car (a new I4) through a time machine. Much appreciate the effort and care they put into this service! Definitely recommend.

There aren't enough stars to rate my experience! Lorraine provided concierge service throughout the process. I dropped my car off and a rental was waiting for me at Enterprise up the street (shout out to Williamstown Enterprise for also being awesome!). I received regular updates as my estimates were approved and work was being done. My brand new car was pretty banged up and when I picked it up, it looked like the day I got it from the dealership. I thought this was going to be a huge headache but it was seamless, efficient - I highly recommend Turnersville Collision - really great folks and quality work.

I have to say that throughout the process, Joey was very professional and kept me informed during the repairs. My car looked beautiful when it was delivered to me as well. Its no fun smashing your car and needing a body shop, but if you do, I highly recommend Turnersville Collision.

1st off, the drive in area is spotless. Joe was great with my estimate... then follow thru when I eventually scheduled my repair thru the repair. I dealt only with him throughout. I hope I never have a collision repair again, but I recommend them. They were on my insurance company list, & everything was handled effeciently thru them and the ins co. My only complaint is "Turnersville Collision" should be on the outside of the bldg, not just Hyundai. I got lost 2x looking for them in that massive multi auto lot.

It just took waaaay to long. I'm happy with the quality of the work, everyone was polite and helpful, but I would have appreciated a call letting me know why it took a total of 5 weeks from estimate to completion. I only got information when I called and asked what's up.

The team at Turnersville Collision Center was very helpful, they communicated with me about how repairs were being performed, and I was very pleased with how they handled the job. Kudos to Joe and the team!

They did an excellent job repairing two deep scratches in one of my doors caused by highway debris. Not only was the job done well, but they detailed the entire vehicle inside and out. It looked brand new by the time I picked it up. All of that for a reasonable price, and cheaper than some area body shops. I absolutely recommend this shop!

Amazing detailing work done on the Exterior of my Tucson getting rid of the months old sap stuck on my vehicle!! Upon inspection of the stuck on sap Kevin (Collision CSR) advised me up front it may cost a little more than first quote due to possible paint damage from sap. I was already prepared for the possible extra cost. No damage was done and was not charged any more than initial quote. Have another appointment scheduled for my other vehicle that has the type of sap.

These guys are the best! Friendly and compassionate! A team on your side vs. the insurance company! If your brand new car is totally damaged, they will make it look brand new again! At a fair price and very reasonable time frame! They are my go to place, sadly I've had to use three times now but would not go anywhere else!

I'm a returning customer for automobile detailing at Turnersville Collision Center and they didn't disappoint me! Very professional and competent staff. My automobile looks brand-new inside and out even though it's eleven years old and has over 96,000 miles on it.

Turnersville Collision Center was very responsive to me after my collision. The staff waited for me although it was before a holiday to bring my car over recognizing my distress. The great job they did to fix the car was only surpassed by the great service that I received, from everyone especially Lorraine who walked me through the process and was infinitely helpful. I think I have the name right, but I wanted to give a shout out to Kevin for being so calming when I first called. If I made a mistake with the name, it's okay because everyone was so gracious. Okay I would recommend this service center to everyone.

Hi. I was treated so well when I recently brought my car to the Turnersville Collision Center! Joseph Morris (Estimator) handled my repair and was wonderful! He explained everything, told me what to expect, how to handle some of the insurance paperwork, how to get a rental car, and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Despite having the unfortunate experience of having to have a car repaired due to an accident, the repair process was seamless! Huge thank you as well to the bodyshop for beautiful work. Thank you! So appreciative!

I recently brought my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Ltd. To be repaired after being hit by another car in the area that I live. I was only going slowly because it’s the parking area for my condo. There was much damage on the left front side. The mechanics at the collision center did an excellent job. There is much AI in new cars so wiring is unbelievable. I’ve had it back for about 1 month and every thing that I use works and I mean everything! Aside from the great work that was done no one was hurt in the accident. The employees that I came into contact with were great. They got my rental car for me from Enterprise. It was clean and comfortable to wait for the short amount of time that I was there. Aside from the fact that I love my car the Turnersville Collision Center is where I would go again if necessary.

Thank you Joe Kidd for your assistance. I had the car door on my 2023 Chevy Tahoe slightly damaged and I stopped by for an estimate as I wasn’t sure what the cost would be. Joe took a look and had me slightly open the door. He pulled the side bumper panel out which flattened the area in question and it was perfect. He also took the time to touch up the area and I was truly amazed. He could’ve given me a huge estimate that I wouldn’t have needed. Great company…thanks again Joe for your professionalism.

I was in to have a recently purchased car repaired after the side view mirror was hit. I was impressed with how much they handled to make the experience worry free. They worked directly with progressive and all the payments and paperwork were ironed out before I showed up. Drop off was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were well coordinated with Enterprise for my loaner. The waiting area was comfortable, quiet and clean. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I do I trust I’ll be in good hands!

By far the best collision center in my area. They were able to get my car fixed in a timely manner and I had no issues contacting them. I was able to pick my car up with ease and leave the rental at the shop. They kept me up to date about my car and I would recommend coming here.

This is my second visit here due to two car accidents. They are beyond friendly, knowledgeable and their work is impeccable! Our cars look like they were never damaged! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

My 2018 Nissan Titan needed the roof repainted due to paint flaking in the drip rails on the roof. Turnersville Nissan arranged to have it repainted by Turnersville Collision Center under my factory warranty. I was given a loaner car and my truck sat in the Collision Center back parking lot for 2 weeks. Finally it was repainted and I went to the dealer to pick it up. At first glance the repainted roof looked good. After taking it home and looking further I noticed that the windshield trim was not put back properly and was bunched and twisted on the top of the windshield and hanging off at the bottom. There were also glue stains on the back pillar of the rear window, light scratches all around the front windshield and grease stains all over my headliner and sun visors. Whoever did the final inspection of the truck must have been blind - or didn’t care. I have had good experiences here before but will not be going back. Spent 2 hours detailing my truck the next morning and was able to get most of the stains out of the visors and headliner and remove the glue from the paint. Would be more upset if that wasn’t the case. Make sure you examine your vehicle closely when you pick it up - there might be a problem with the quality control here.

I had a accident the beginning of the year in Jan and I finally received my girl back April 29th, the process was extremely frustrating from the rental company to my parts on back order But I can honestly truly say that the collision center did a AMAZING 🤩 job on my car and Rob Carson was the most pleasant patient person with me with my phone calls and status updates I’m so pleased with the experience I had
