I use this Firestone to service my work truck and have been in here several times over the last 3 years. I almost always come in without an appointment and am still seen in a reasonable amount of time. I’ve used them for almost everything you can think of on a car/truck and they’ve always been able to help me the only thing I can’t comment on is the pricing I use a fleet account so I don’t end up seeing how much stuff cost. But if you want work to be done quickly and done well this place is amazing. I do all the work on my personal car myself if I didn’t though I would 100% bring it here. All staff and managers are very kind and polite. This place will get you back up and on the road quickly

My mom had a nail stuck in her tire, got the vehicle towed to Firestone to have it looked at and possibly repaired. Firestone told her the tire is not fixable, and she would have to get 4 WHOLE NEW TIRES all around. Sounded sketchy, so I took the vehicle towed Subaru instead. Subaru WAS able to patch the tire and I did not have to get 4 BRAND NEW tires like Firestone suggested. I highly doubt not recommend this place EVER due to the lack of integrity and dishonesty. Management should really retrain and look into their staff who are trying to take advantage of people who truly needs help.
Omg! The crew who got my car back on the road were awesome! They went above and beyond (including getting a replacement tire from another shop)! Can't thank them enough. Thoughtful, attentive and kind! Great job. Truly appreciate them!
Amazing service at a great price. Brought my car here for a service that another mechanic said I needed but they ended up showing me the real issue which saved me a ton of time and money.

The manager, Ahmed, was courteous, knowledgeable and went well beyond my expectations. Needing 4 tires that had to be delivered to the store and my disabled wife unable to pick me up, Ahmed volunteered to drive me home so I did not have to sit 5 hours or more in the waiting area. Ahmed is one of those highly, desired employees that companies are fortunate to employ. Firestone should do everything they can to retain (and promote) such a fine, caring, professional person.
Wonderful experience at Firestone this morning! Got a flat tire and needed to purchase new ones, Ahmed and the staff made the entire experience super hassle free and got me out the door and back on the road in no time! I will definitely be bringing my car back to the team here when I need work done!
Always have great, prompt service from the Firestone Turnersville location! Frequently work with Mike, Ahmed, and I think Brandon is his name as well. Never had a problem scheduling an appointment or having that appointment go super long. Overall, recommend!
SHOUT OUT TO Brian!!! Came over after work thinking I had mechanical issues. Turns out I had two nails in two different tires. He took me in, no appointment and helped me get out and back on the road asap!! He made a crappy situation so much better!!! Great customer service!!!!
Made the appointment for an alignment and wheel balance online, and was able to get an appointment for the following morning. Everything was completed to my satisfaction, and everyone was friendly/courteous. I even found a $20 off coupon. Great experience!
If you are bringing in your own tires please be sure to get an alignment and your tire sensors adjusted. They wouldn't tell you that it needs to be done. Then they only offer the tire sensor for free if I would've bought tires from them. I had no problem paying the extra fee I just wished the technicians gave me all the appropriate information.

Usually only used them for oil changes and they have always been kind and quick, but i’ve recently had them do some additional work on my car - I don’t know anything about cars however they have never made me feel pressured to do anything more than necessary. They always take the time to explain to me what should be prioritized vs what can wait. Everyone who works here is always pleasant to speak with and honest. (especially Mike i think his name is). Highly recommend Firestone in Turnersville.
Excellent communication regarding what is needed and whats not needed. Many places will recommend things that you really dont need, but at this particular firestone they kept it honest. The service was quick and the staff was kind and curious.

Firestone in Turnersville is great. My vehicle was maintenance and fixed in a day. They do quality work for fair prices. Joe was very knowledgeable & helpful when it came to my Jeep. I definitely recommend Firestone to my family & friends!
All VETERANS, first responders, and public officials… I called from Titusville, Florida to Sicklerville, NJ Firestone Tires, and spoke to a gentleman named Joe, who was the manager for Firestone, to let him know my daughter had a blowout. There is nothing more stressful than having a young daughter stranded on the road, 6 states away, with a blown tire and doughnut already being used! Joe asked, what is her situation, and reassured me he would take care of her… he also has two daughters. He not only placed 4 new tires on within an hour, but she also managed to get to work to complete her shift. He didn’t wheel and deal to squeeze money out of my pockets, but focused only with helping her within her budget and circumstance!
I only give good ratings for people who go well above and beyond the call of duty. I do not sugarcoat or blow smoke to prop people up, but only give those few, that do superb work, public compliments. I strongly recommend this Firestone, located in Sicklerville, NJ, to take care of your needs, with premium professionalism and compassion!
