I made an appointment and checked in super fast to get my phone's screen fixed. In less than an hour, my phone was back in my hands, and I was out of there! I totally recommend them. Brett was friendly, knew his stuff, and was awesome!

Phone screen broke on Friday, had it replaced good as new on Saturday morning. Can’t believe how quick and painless it was! No sending it out to Apple or having my weird uncle fix it. Great service. 10/10 would gladly shatter my screen again.

I called the store 7 times back to back to ask a question before I drove out of my NO ANSWER!!!!! That was frustrating. I just drove 20 minutes to the closest store to me to get my key cut because it states they cut car keys and they DON’T. I called one last while I was parked outside because there was absolutely no one in the store and the guy just sat there and IGNORED THE PHONE. So I walk in and he finally answered my simple question THEY DO NOT CUT CAR KEYS AS FAUSLY STATED ON THEIR SITE! Thank for waisted time!

I've been there twice now for cell phone things and both times, the reps have been efficient and helpful. This most recent time, Jasmine replied quickly to my email inquiry, offered to get the battery for me express and was kind and so helpful. The process was quicky and easy!

The prices here are about what you’d pay at other locations the staff however is considerably better than you will find at any similar retail store. In both friendliness and knowledge they are top notch.

I wound up here because I dropped my phone, cracking my screen..... badly🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Luckily my phone insurance through T-Mobile covers local screen replacement and this was the closest shop to me. I put in my claim with Tmobile online, choosing this location for the repair. I literally closed my computer and called to set up my appointment. I started explaining that I needed an appointment for an insurance repair and the gentleman greeted me by name before I could finish.. Now that's some service right there! I knew from that moment it would be a great experience. We arrived and were greeted with a smile and steller help. We were given an estimate of an hour for the repair which they completed quickly. When I cracked my screen today, I thought it was going to be a nightmare to get it fixed. I couldn't have been more wrong! If you need a phone screen fixed, I HIGHLY recommend 👌 they did a wonderful job.

Saved $50 on a comparable car battery over Advanced Auto, AutoZone, etc. for my Civic. Install was quick and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I forget the young gentleman's name but he was very kind and his customer service skills shone through. I'd definitely visit again!

They didn’t have what I needed and offered a solution that still didn’t work. Offered a refund and didn’t refund full amount. Now have to drive back store to get refund back on my credit card. They also NEVER answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold for very long wait times. When I went in store they weren’t even busy! Customer service is nonexistent!!

This was my first time at Batteries Plus, and I am so impressed with the customer service I received! I purchased a new car battery and was able to have it installed for FREE. They removed the old battery, installed the new one, and had me on my way out in about 15 minutes. They also kept the old battery to dispose of properly. The employee who completed my install (I believe his name was Brett) was incredibly kind and was clearly working hard to make it a quick and seamless process. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Tyle is a fantastic manager and tech-guy. I know him professionally. The store is well-maintained and all types of batteries are available within our budget. Even if you want a battery with a three or five-year warranty, simply follow Tyler or staff through the procedure. They will provide you calm and logical responses. Because Tyler is always plus with the batteries (always give right suggestions about batteries), that is why I will call him manager of the “batteries plus”. I just came from the most amazing Batteries plus store at 5501 rt 42. They were so customer friendly. I highly recommend coming to this location if you can. You won't regret it! Had my phone repaired with no hassle what so ever. They honor their work, and it's done fast and well.

I needed a replacement car battery. I spoke to a rep at the store on Friday and he recommended a battery they had in stock but the person who does the install was not in until Monday. I purchased the battery and went Monday morning only to be told that they can't install the battery because of its located under the seat. He gave me the option to do it myself with his tools or to get a refund. I know there are lots of cars with this setup. I did not drive 3 towns over first thing in the morning to have an experience like that. This was my first time using this location/company and will probably be my last unfortunately. I asked for a refund and was taken care of elsewhere.

I had an appointment the same day. Great customer service from the guys working today. The time to fix my iPhone was quick. Pricing was almost 1/2 of what other places wanted. I would recommend to anyone who needs their iPhone repaired.
