Angelo was my sales rep and I can’t say enough good things about him or my experience. No pressure. Friendly and helpful atmosphere. He answered questions, and looked out for my interests as I compared models and features. The only minor complaint is that the dealership needs more cars in red and others with the cognac interior 😂 I visited twice and left with a really nice X3. My first and importantly not last BMW.

I bought my car last weekend and the whole process was very quick and easy. My salesman was Melvin. He was very informative and helped me make the right decision. I got a 2026 BMW X1. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the dealership it was a great experience. A week later I happened to get a nail in my tire. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS for the wheel and tire warranty. I came in and they started working on my tire immediately. I was given a brand new tire and was sent on my way. The dealership is absolutely stunning and everyone was so nice and accommodating.

Love this dealership. Got a 2 series for my wife earlier in the year and dealt with Melvin who was very helpful and knowledgeable. This week, received an email from the dealership with some offers. While my X5 had 14 months left on the lease, I asked to be called to see what deal could be done. I love my X5 but had recently driven a loaner X5 hybrid when my car was in for service. I said get me into a new hybrid with similar options as my X5 for less and let's see. I had no idea they would be able to. Basically the same car, with hybrid (and more power :) ) as my current car. We did the deal. Super happy with everything, the team, Melvin, Scott et al. This dealership cares, they build relationships and go above and beyond. Even in the service department and I've had great dealings with both Amy and Joe in there, so a big shout out to them too. Yeah, of course they're there to make money, it's a dealership, but there is no pressure, no coercion and the dealings are very genuine. Oh and my step daughter went in the next day and they got her into a highly specked used X1 and once again the dealings were great. Very happy with my 2025 BMW X1, which is my first BMW! The dealership experience was low pressure and fair, and Brian Bongart in sales was great to work with. I never felt like I wasn’t important because I was looking at X1’s, and I appreciated that! I purchased a 2024 m3 from them and drove 2 & 1/2 hours from DC because they advertised at MSRP. I will definitely be going back to them for my future M cars, the experience was just that good! There Sales Experience is top notch and I’m In sales so I appreciate the amazing service. Big shout out to Carl Costantino who’s been a pleasure to work with on my last 3 Vehicle purchases. My first experience was my Z4 M40I and Carl took pictures texted it to me and sent me everything prior to me coming there. This place is 2.5 hours away without traffic and worth the trip for me from NY to give Carl the business as he’s just a great person. He also then took care of me on my next purchase a M3 Comp custom order and made sure the car was built how I wanted it. The last order the 22 X3M Competition for my wife. He did the same made sure everything was how I wanted it and most importantly the remote start which wasn’t on the 2020 we have. I picked this car up today and have to say it’s perfect and Carl you made the wife happy.
