I thought i had to get a new battery since a couple of people tried to help me jumpstart it but it wouldn’t jump start. I called this towing company, he arrived quickly and he was very friendly. He actually jump started it very quick and easy. He taught me a couple of things on how to take care of my car and some other quick fixes to my car, which i highly appreciate. Not a lot of people give you service and a lesson at the same time. I definitely highly recommend them!
My car was broken on Saturday car has problems with transmission or engine not able to driver home. So I park the car on street and call Hyundai Genesis roadside assistance on Monday to tow my car to drop off Hyundai dealership to repair which turn out to be a hell Monday. I was outside with the car waiting from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm but Tow car never came and end up canceled Tow and pay cancelation fee to Hyundai Genesis roadside assistance which I never get. So next day I call S&M towing company and make reservations to pickup Wednesday and David give me 40 min head up before he comes and he got there on time and give me nice ride to Hyundai dealership. David is expert in tow service and I was really happy to call S&M towing and I recommend them when need towing.
If you need towing look no further!! Very nice and professional than ever!!! If I could give more stars I would! I highly recommend S&M 's service to and for anyone in need of a tow!!! Best in town best and around in general!!
Amazing towing service ! I had a flat tire coming home from work on one of the hottest days. I gave this company a call. Shonari the owner said he would be there to assist me in 15 minutes. Great guy and very helpful ! he replaced my flat tire and gave me a ride to the dealership at a very fair price. Highly recommend their service for a fast and reliable experience.

Life has a way of throwing you curve balls, and today was no exception. One of my employees called me saying they needed my help and that they where with family and their suv had broken down (no AAA, nothing). 21minuets later, no joke no exaggeration, his family was home and the SUV taken from NYC to NJ. Nore is a life saver! My mom's car wouldn't start and she was in Englewood for work so she wasn't familiar with the area. She called me hysterical. I looked up the closest towing company and S&M Towing was first on the search. I called and Nore immediately headed out to help! It took him less than 20 minutes to get to her and he was able to quickly give her a boost! He even waited for her to get in the car, warm it up and ensured her car was back up and running and watched her pull off! A true gentleman with excellent customer service! We truly appreciate him and will definitely use his services in the future if needed! Thanks again bro!
The driver/owner, Travis, is a great guy, very reliable and friendly. He knows what he is doing and did a very thorough job. He answered my call and showed up very quickly. He was very honest with his arrival time. When he tells you he is on the way, he IS on the way. If you are around the area, he can even drop you off your house. I had used his service twice in the past two days and really happy with my decision. I hope I will not need towing soon, but if I need, he is the FIRST guy I call.
