I came for a quote for a paint job, the guys that morning were very rude and even joked about my car! They are unprofessional and cherry picking customers!
Came in same day for carco inspection. Fredo was super nice and so was the receptionist. Asked for some quick advice on a used car from someone else as a new used car owner and got great advice. Everyone’s super nice here.

I called in to schedule a CarCo inspection for my new auto insurance. The lady on the phone told me I could come over as soon as I wanted.
So I went to the shop within half an hour of making the call. I was so impressed with their office space. The nicest and professional office space I have seen for an auto body shop. They had lots of recognition and certificates of achievements hanging on the walls. They are also certified Geico repair location.
For my inspection, one of the mechanics came over within few minutes. He completed the inspection steps in his phone and gave me a receipt at the end. I also received an email confirmation from Carco. All of this was at no cost. I was done in 15 minutes. That was really a smooth convenient service by the shop.
Best body shop around! They kept me informed the whole time. Customer service was fantastic. Had a quick turn around & even finished a day earlier than expected. Matched my paint identical to the way it was before. Highly recommend!

I was incredibly happy with the work they did on my JEEP!! It was done a week before it was promised!! I received texts with updates on my car and when it was ready I received a phone call. Staff is very nice!! My car was nice and clean when I picked it up! I would DEFINITELY recommend!

Dealing with repairing my X5, after an accident, wasn't going to be enjoyable, though these folks, Ethan and Pam, made it a positive experience. They were knowledgable, professional, and even nice. The repairs were done perfectly, on time and I was kept informed. First rate shop and people.
My car had rear damage on one side from a recent collision. Andrew and his team did a fantastic job in fixing the damage and completing ancillary repairs. In addition, Andrew and Car Kraft fixed a couple of small things that they did not ask any payment for. This was very considerate. It turns out, this is the third time I've had collision repairs done here (none of which were my fault ... really!). Thank you for your fine work each time.

Exceptional customer service from the moment I pulled into their lot. I received regular text updates throughout the repair process. My car was ready ahead of schedule and they even arranged the return of my rental car for me. I will definitely return here if I ever need body work again.
The people at Car Kraft have been wonderful to work with on two different occasions with two different vehicles. They are knowledgable and kind. They were professional to work with each time. The first time we used them, the car had extensive damage and they were communicative and fixed the car quickly. They even told me about a rental car company that would pick me up right at their shop to make it easier. The second time we used them, they did not charge me for looking at the car to determine if there was an issue that needed to be addressed. They are honest and very helpful. Started with only getting the adjuster estimate, but immediately got convinced that this is the place that I should put my car in

During the ordeal getting our Audi repaired after hitting a rock that destroyed its transmission, Car Kraft stood out for its excellent customer service and straight forward advise. We trusted the quality of their service since they were a part of the "Select Service Provider" network of our insurance company backed up by a lifetime warranty on repairs under this program. Full disclosure: due to business arrangements under this program Car Kraft did not end up performing our repairs but the great customer service from the front office staff (Pam and Ethan) was greatly valued. Special thanks to Ethan for his in depth technical knowledge that he shared freely as well as his always prompt responses to our calls. It was clear from our dealing with all the staff that this is a business that takes special care making good customer service a priority.
