I recently took my vehicle to the Toyota body shop for repairs and was shocked by their quote—$11,500 for damage! Afterwards I went to another reputable shop estimated at only $2,300. The price difference was staggering. To make matters worse, Toyota’s body shop included charges for replacing the entire roof of the car when the damage was only on the side. This felt like an unnecessary and unjustified addition to the bill. I expected fair and transparent pricing from a Toyota facility, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The inflated quote from the Body Shop Estimator (SO) left me feeling taken advantage of. My advice: Always get multiple estimates before agreeing to any work here—you will almost certainly find far better value and honesty elsewhere.

Great experience fixing scratches and minor bumps on my Toyota. Manager Luis went over the whole process and explained specifics of insurance coverage and cases when it's possible that i'll have to pay out of pocket. I didn't have to in the end, but I appreciated the upfront approach and setting of the expectations. I also ordered an external detail of the car and was pleasantly surprised with the results.

I brought my 2018 Toyota Tundra to Parkway Toyota Collision center. After it suffered some body damage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of the work they delivered. From start to finish, the team was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. The repairs were flawless—everything from the panel alignment to the paint match was spot on. You'd never know there had been any damage. It’s clear that they use high-quality materials and have skilled technicians who know exactly what they’re doing. Not only was the work top-notch, but the truck was returned to me looking even better than before the accident. They even cleaned it inside and out, which was a pleasant surprise. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this body shop. It is clear that their primary objective was to extract as much money as possible from the insurance company. A repair that should have taken no more than one week ended up taking 25 days. Despite receiving payment from the insurance, they still attempted to hold me financially responsible by referring to a document I allegedly signed — without properly informing me — even though they had assured me that they would notify me in advance if anything were not covered. When they contacted me, I explicitly instructed them not to proceed with any work unless it was fully covered by the insurance. Nevertheless, they performed additional work without my consent and later demanded extra payment. Even the insurance adjuster was frustrated by the unreasonable demands made by this body shop. I sincerely hope the quality of the repair work is acceptable because I have no desire to deal with this shop ever again. Unfortunately, this experience has made me regret choosing Toyota altogether.

Had an amazing experience with Parkway Toyota. After my windshield was broken into, they quickly came up with a temporary fix and didn’t charge me for labor. Luis and Sean, the managers, were both incredibly nice and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

I had a simple side swipe of quarter panel, driver door, pass door minor scratch. When I got the car I noticed impurities in the paint. The tech tried to tell me it was there before but come on the whole door was painted. There was impurities in fender, driver door, and the partial blend of passenger. The side swipe was driver side fender, driver door, and blend with clear on passenger side. They took the car back in a tried to buff out but the impurities are inside the paint. Honestly it was disappointing because I chose to go to out network shop to get better quality and go with a Parkway Toyota repair shop. I expected the car to painted with OEM quality. The front staff Luis was very nice and understood my concerns. Sean was very nice too but he wasn’t there when I picked up the vehicle. Now I have to figure when to bring the car back or even if I want to go through the trouble of going back.

This was unfortunately the third time I have had my Toyota Prius repaired at Parkway. I don't want to keep coming back - not because the service and craftsmanship aren't top notch - but because I am tired of people not looking before . . . opening a door, driving a fork lift into the street or pulling out of a parking spot while I was driving by! Each time I have had the folks at Parkway repair the car, and they have done an impeccable job. The attention to detail, from the thorough explanation by Sean, the body work by the craftsmen, to the cleanliness of the car when I picked it up, has always impressed me. It was a pleasure to get back into my now 14 year old Prius. The super at my place of work spontaneously remarked that the car looked like new! It did. Thanks to all at Parkway Toyota Body Shop. I recently brought my car to the collision center after an accident. They did a solid job on the repairs, but I had a few concerns about the paint job. I shared my thoughts with the team, and I was impressed with how professionally they handled my feedback. Without hesitation, they scheduled a loaner car for me and took my car back to address my concerns. Just two days later, I returned to find that my car looked fantastic, and I was very satisfied with the final results. Special thanks to the manager Louis, Sean and Chang Lee for their exceptional service and dedication to making sure I was completely happy with the work. They did not rush me and listened to all my concerns and addressed them accordingly. Highly recommend their commitment to customer satisfaction!

Parkway Toyota Collision did a wonderful job on my car. They were very friendly and communicative. They also worked with my fleet company behind the scenes and made the process seamless.

Unfortunately my car was in an accident and I decided to bring my car to Toyota itself to get it repaired. I thought oh that bringing it to the dealers auto body they’d get the job done right. They did somewhat honestly. I’m truly grateful for them fixing up my car from the accident but I had called to ask them to fix my car doors that was damaged previously. I called and spoke to Sean and he emailed me an estimate after and I called back to confirm I wanted the door fixed. My car had been there for 1 whole month to be fixed from the accident. I had called 2 weeks before going to pick it up and to my surprise the door I asked to be fixed was the same. They only fixed my bumper not the doors I requested to be repaired. I should’ve just gone somewhere else and not sure why I didn’t honestly. Luis tried to help find a solution for it cuz there certainly was miscommunication and it was not on my end. They kept my car for another 3 weeks to fix the doors and it’s fine as long as the color matches perfect. The thing I had to hold my phone in the car was thrown in the trunk. My cars so dusty from the inside like they threw flour in here. I’m just honestly disappointed cuz I expected better. I paid them about $2k and tbh I don’t know what they did cuz I do see the door handle is missing paint. If I paid for the door and paint I don’t understand why it looks weird and like scratched. On top of that they damaged my tint and now I have to get it redone. It’s peeling and scratched and if I ever need my car serviced I’ll be going elsewhere. They took about a month which is wayyy too long. Also they don’t call to update you on the repairs both times I had to call to ask, there’s too much miscommunication.

I replaced rear trunk door and bumper almost two years ago,, and I saw something on trunk door which is little paint issue about two months ago. I went back to the shop and they repainted that area. Very impressed!! And I m very happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH LUIS?!!

This is the best body shop, hands down. The employees are very kind and helpful and they do quality work. Sean, my savior, helped me with my car situation as another Toyota had denied the customer support program on my car because my car was originally purchased in Puerto Rico. Sean worked closely with me to make sure I would get it done, and he did make it happen. Got my car back with an EXCELLENT, dare I say PERFECT paint job. I am over the moon of how happy I am with the job done and also, with the amazing customer service I was provided.

Unfortunately, people keep hitting my car... and I've had to take my wheels to Parkway Toyota Body Shop on two separate occasions. In both instances, PTBS did a phenomenal job and I've driven away feeling like I have a brand-new car. The crew at PTBS is also very friendly and personable, which makes the pain and inconvenience of needing to have your car repaired in the first place a little easier. Despite all this high praise, I do pray that this is the last time I ever need to have them take care of my car... Of course, I may need to move out of NJ to guarantee that ??

A body shop can be used for either an insurance covered repair due to an accident, or to repair self inflicted damage caused by brushing too close to a garage wall or other stored item. When I had an insurance covered accident, Luis, the manager, made sure that I got Toyota parts. He and his workers didn't cut any corners on the job and made sure that the colors matched perfectly (it is a 4 year old car!) and even touched up the bumpers to really give a "new car look"! He handled all of the paperwork and the insurance company check covered the total expense. When I scraped the paint off of the passenger door side, Luis worked with me to try to give me the best price that would cover the cost of the painting since I was paying "out of pocket". The job was superb! It goes without saying that Luis made sure he had all of the parts in house before starting either job. This ensured that I would not use up the rental car allowance while out of stock parts were unavailable due to shipping delays. His crew is very friendly and knowledgeable; when he was unavailable, Chang, one of his guys, was very helpful in suggesting the best way a certain repair could be made to minimize the cost without sacrificing the car's appearance. I would strongly recommend that Englewood Toyota Body Shop be used for any vehicle damage repairs!

Was not sure what to expect. I had to search for a little to find someone as they seemed to be renovating, but when I did they were awesome. Everyone was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I was able to get the appraisal for my sideswiped Sienna taken care of quickly and easily and will recommend for sure going forward!!

I brought in my Subaru Outback for a repair to the front bumper. They did an outstanding job repairing the damage and I think they threw in a few little touch ups. The front of my car looked good as new. Why didn’t I get into a small fender bender before this?? Luis is very nice and is amazing to work with. He helped me out with some timing issues in picking up my car. Overall I highly recommend them! Thanks for fixing up my old but beloved 2011 Subaru!!

Had my 2018 Camry repaired here November 2018 for a collision. Upon first glance everything looks good, but when inspected further I can see that while the body work itself is okay, the paint job is really subpar. So much so that I had to bring it back to be repainted and I can still easily find flaws in the work. If it wasn't so far away from my home I would take it there again for a third time.

I am so thankful and happy that I came across this body shop ! My car was hit and scratched up while it was parked. Was given body shop options and it made sense to go to Toyotas Body Shop. They were honest and professional and really made me feel special. I have to thank James for the amazing job and I have to thank Parkway Toyota for the amazing job and service. 10 Stars!!!!
