Absolutely the worst dealer to work with I’ve dealt with many dealers throughout the years and this takes the cake. Communication is absolutely horrendous, no one knows what’s going on or how to structure a deal. They through in 4k in dealer fees which is also ridiculous and that doesn’t even include tax title and reg or doc fees. They are a shady dealer after pulling my credit and get me numbers after 4 weeks after I saw the car they tried to fudge the numbers to make it look like the dealer fees where not add but what they did was added almost 6 percent into the interest from the original interest that they gave me. Everything about this dealer screams scam and shady. I left a refundable deposit on the car and when I called to get the money back I was basically hung up on until today when the sales guy called me trying to make the deal and when I said I wanted my money back they said I never told them that good thing I made a dispute on my credit card because I knew they weren’t going to willingly give me my money even though they said it was refundable. As for a name brand dealer they are putting a lot of shame to the name and I would highly recommend to stay far far away from this dealer and especially Amir which is there sales manger. He was the one that trade to through every curve ball and say that all dealers have fees but when I bought my 65k car at a name brand dealer I paid zero is dealer fees. Many people work hard for there money and I strongly recommend you do not take your hard working money to these scammers and shady business practices.

Stay far away from Infiniti of Englewood. This dealership is completely unprofessional and financially irresponsible. I traded in my car in November 2025, and more than 2.5 months later they still have not paid off the loan on the trade-in. The loan remains open with the bank, creating unnecessary risk and stress for me that should never happen in a legitimate transaction. On top of that, the vehicle I purchased had material issues that were not properly disclosed, raising serious concerns about transparency and ethics. Once the deal is done, communication becomes evasive, accountability disappears, and follow-through is nonexistent. This is not a paperwork delay — this is a basic failure to settle a trade-in loan in a timely manner. Any dealership that cannot promptly pay off a customer’s lien should not be selling cars. If you value honesty, financial stability, and basic professionalism, do not do business here. I am now forced to escalate this matter because of their inaction. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

I should of read the reviews, but my son's was put thru the wringer. Advertised price 19.999$ added a fee of 1800.00$$ because that was the CASH PRICE. added gap insurance $1200.00 never told him , said it was free. Dealers fee documents 875.00$ thats 4k added to the price. Without saying anything, knowing my kid is trusting everything they tell him. Why not? You would think honest people wouldn't act this way. I told him every dealership is out to take as much money as they can. Infinity of Englewood is no different. The salesperson, finance, secretary, they are all in on it. Thats why eventually dealerships will disappear, no more middlemen to charge you more , rob you more. If you do go there , dont take their word, make sure everything is on the contract. Double check . They probably think it's his fault for not checking. Outstanding people over there.

Made a reservation with Carlton Edwards to check out my potential new car, and his customer service was second to none. He was very precise and detailed throughout the process and provided accurate information about the car. As his name suggests, “Carlton,” the “Car” in his name symbolizes a phenomenal salesman. I have been shopping for a car for a while, and I’ve met with many other sales reps who didn’t even acknowledge me, but being in his space, I felt heard and respected.

Had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was top-tier, professional, and truly attentive. Shant and Antonio were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. It’s rare to find service like this these days. I highly recommend this dealership and especially working with them if you want a great experience.

I strongly advise caution when considering this dealership. What appears to be a straightforward purchase quickly turns into an inflated deal, with unexpected add-on charges exceeding $5,500 above the advertised price. This practice feels misleading and undermines trust in the Infiniti brand. It’s disappointing to see such tactics being tolerated, especially at a time when Infiniti should be working to strengthen its reputation. Transparency and integrity should be the foundation of any dealership experience—unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I had no intention on getting a car. JC was an excellent sales me he didn’t pressure me to buy the car he went over thing throughly so I took some faith and Let God allow JC to help and got approved for a E450 I was hesitant but It was God telling me to take the car. I sold my vehicle to this dealership a month and a half ago, and they still have not paid off my auto loan. I have visited the dealership in person five separate times, called over a dozen times, and texted the manager several times without any response or resolution. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on how this business operates. When a dealership takes possession of a vehicle, they have a legal and ethical obligation to pay off the existing loan in a timely manner, yet that has not been done. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this dealership. Their delays and lack of professionalism have caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.

Recently had my car totaled in Sarasota, FL. Found a newer CPO version of it at Englewood location and worked with Ana remotely to ensure the car was in excellent state before making the purchase. We accompanied our son to see a 3 yr old Genesis g70 he was considering as his 1st 'new' car purchase. This place is an hour away so we had him call and double check that the price listed ($30,995) was correct and it would not be a wasted trip. Their used car lot had some really beautiful higher end cars. The test drive with Shah was very relaxed and stress free. The buying process not so much, though they never are. Without agreeing to anything extra we closed the place paying almost 40k for the advertised 31k car (negotiated down to 29k). Just know that there is a minimum of $6k in "non negotiable" dealership fees added to the price and you will need to decline thousands more along the way. It's been a week and we are still waiting to hear how we would even use this "tracking device" they supposedly installed and charge you $1995 for. Had we not wanted to end the painful task of car shopping we would have walked. A follow-up phone call, email or response to my texts about some concerns would've gone a long way. Not even a 'thank you for your business'. Overall the tactics left a bad taste in my mouth.
