Great experience with EST Towing Agency. GEICO initially sent a flatbed, but it couldn’t tow my car because the wheels were locked and it wouldn’t shift to neutral, so dollies were required. EST arrived quickly with the right equipment and handled everything very professionally. My Alfa Romeo Giulia is low to the ground, but they towed it carefully with zero scratches or damage. Highly recommend!

I was dealing with an issue at my property where I was having a hard time finding a tow company with equipment heavy enough to tow box trucks. I reached out to this company not only did they have the equipment. They came out to tow the trucks immediately. Elijah has great customer service skills and was very easy to talk to. He assured me that he would be able to help me and did exactly that. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a vehicle towed !

I called expecting a long wait, but they gave me an accurate ETA and actually arrived when they said they would. The driver was polite, calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. He loaded the car carefully, explained everything, and got me to the shop with zero drama. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises. If you need a tow, call these guys.

Spent some time on my computer looking for the company name because I wanted to write this review. Our car was securely parked on their lot overnight. Eli and his partner were such gentlemen, they both were patient with me. I got our car back with no delays at all. Thumbs up!

Frustrating and unprofessional experience. My vehicle was towed from private property where I was authorized to park. I attempted to retrieve it on Saturday, but they refused to release the vehicle and held it until Monday. The location is difficult to access, communication was poor, and the delay resulted in unnecessary charges. Lack of transparency and professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

Very poor experience. My vehicle was towed from private property where I had permission to park. Even after contacting them on Saturday and attempting to retrieve my car, they refused to release it and held it for the entire weekend, forcing me to wait until Monday. This caused unnecessary additional charges. The location is not clearly accessible, and the process was not transparent. I consider this an abusive and unprofessional practice. I do not recommend this business.

Despite getting my car impounded and having it sit there nearly 100 days these guys were still generous enough to release my items and give me cash on the spot for the title. I’m more than happy. If your a property owner and need impounding services these guys are real professionals
