My husband was a victim of a hit and run in a parking lot that left the bumper of his car with a hole in it and the bumper displaced. After speaking with Two Brothers and getting their estimate, we brought the new bumper in, they painted it to match the car and put it on. It was just a few days process and now it looks new again. Would definitely recommend!

They totally took advantage of my 68 year old mom. She had a minor accident and car was towed here. She was told the steering wheel doesn't turn and the frame was bent and that it was totaled. All she had to do was drop off the title. She had surgery so it took approx 2 or so weeks to go see the car to get her stuff out of it. When we went, she was not able to see the car until she gave title. Then when getting her stuff from car, she started it and saw the steering worked fine. They lied and what's worse is if she wanted to keep the car it would be $1200 to which she didn't have. If it was known the car was fine she would have gotten it way sooner instead of losing her car to this place that turned around and sold it

Simply the Best IMO!!! I can't even begin to explain how amazing Two Brothers Auto Body was! From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. Two Brothers made a crazy stressful situation so easy, and I'm beyond grateful for how they treated me and my car. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you once again

Had a GREAT experience !!They were very helpful with transporting and servicing my car after my auto accident. I was pleasantly surprised at the turn around. Recently got into an accident that caused damage to my car, and I was referred to Two Brothers Auto Body by my sister and brother in law. Jay made the process incredibly easy - it took such a weight off of my shoulders! I hit a deer, and had some considerable damage done to my car (I was quoted 4-5k worth of damage from a few places). I was going through insurance, and Jay helped me file the claim with Geico as well as set up the rental car with the Enterprise next door too! On top of the amazing customer service, my car literally looks better than it did before my accident. Definitely 5/5 stars all around!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I really want to share my experience at this place for anyone seeking top-notch service at a fair price. The owner, Jay (just like me!), was incredibly friendly from the start and took the time to explain every detail of their work. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. If you’re looking for an auto shop, I definitely recommend this one.I got two quotes from other places before arriving here, and they were quite expensive with job estimates of 48 to 72 hours.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jay and his team for the incredible work they've accomplished. Had a bad accident, bumper was off, front was so bad, they pick the car up, hooked up with my insurance & in 12 days it was finish like they said. Wonderful crew. If your around, definitely come here for body shop work

I had my car repaired at this auto body shop. They did a GREAT job completing the auto repair!! Job was also done timely. There was some finishing dust that was very obvious upon touch that had to be re-polished off with a buffer. A regular rag or microfiber did not work and when I brought it to both owners attention they polished it off satisfactorily. Pricing is also very affordable. The owners are very nice and service is professional. Nice air conditioned waiting area with complimentary beverages as well. I recommend they get a printer. They could not properly print estimates or financial receipts at my time of purchase. I highly recommend this auto repair shop,

I got into an accident with a deer, and the whole front part of my car was just crushed. I was very stressed because we own one car and have five children. I'm new to the area and don't really understand how things work here, so on the recommendation of a friend, I came to your auto body. You made sure to reassure me and give me confidence that everything is fine and under your care, and that you will continue the process with the insurance. You made sure to keep me updated throughout the process on everything that was done, and all with kindness and niceness. The car was ready to go within a week and a half (!). When I came to pick up the car, you made sure to send it for cleaning - inside and out! The car looks really new that I didn't recognize it. There was no bureaucracy and everything was quick and easy. I really enjoy seeing the vehicle for my driveway - like new. Thank you!

I had a few hiccups in the beginning, but after speaking to the owner, he was able to resolve my issue and get my car back in a timely manner. The body work done to my car was phenomenal so it was worth the wait. Would recommend them.

Best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. Once my car part arrived, I dropped it off and the very next morning my car was ready to be picked up. Jay is very professional, honest & runs an exceptional business.

They have had my Porsche for the last FIVE months, and for the last two months, they have been promising to deliver the car; I have to follow up every week to find out the status, and there is a new excuse every time. I am dealing with a person named Jay. He claims to be the owner, but I have only seen empty promises from him as an owner. Also, his followup is terrible; I rate it 0 out of 5. Someone from my office or I have to call him repeatedly for a response. I would not recommend this place. After explaining to him that the lease on the car has already expired and that I am still making payments for an extended lease, he has no sense of urgency. Update: February 6 2024, Jay has turned it around and have gone extra mile for speeding up the process and made things right after this much delay. Good work on car.

Slow service and follow-up. I used this company twice in the past 3 years. I am extremely happy with the service. Much better to go through them for insurance coverage repairs than the dealer They are much faster, and they are people you can communicate with. I knew every hour where the repair process is. I would definitely use and recommend them.

The sheer kindness, the amazing customer service, great care and detail to my car and overall experience, 10/10. No research, I had to pick a body shop last minute with no time to decide, and yet it was the best choice. I was worried about how it would turn out or how the process would work out but at least after a few weeks, all my worries went away and I got the best results I could ask for. All my questions were answered and I was constantly reassured everytime when I called.

Between myself and a few friends we have sent multiple cars here and have never been treated anything short of family. The quality of work is top notch, turnaround times are honest and upheld, updates and communication is never a concern. This auto body shop is fantastic and punctual my car was done in 10 days fully painted and detailed. Two brothers scheduled me a rental vehicle of my choice and I have the rental for every day my car was being repaired I will always recommend this shop to anyone and there paint matching is perfect

I wish I could give them all the stars possible. Went there just for oil change. Very busy. I was asked to return at 5 pm. Went back and got the best service. In and out in 15 min. I am highly recommending this place.
