I recently purchased a Certified pre-owned GLE-350 and the entire process was a 5 star experience thanks to Lamont Saunders, the Sales Rep. He was knowledgeable, courteous, honest, he answered all my questions and more importantly he worked with his manager to give me a price I thought was good. He did not rush or pressure me like many other dealers do and he took time to educate me on the features of the car. Dear Mercedes-Benz Englewood Service Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received on Friday. My husband made an appointment for 12 p.m. that day because our car had a leaking rear left tire. I arrived on time and waited patiently for over an hour and a half before anyone even acknowledged me. After a long wait, I was told the car would be inspected and that it might take some time. I ended up waiting a total of about three hours in the service area with very little communication. When I asked the front desk how much longer it would take, I was met with unhelpful responses and was told no manager was available to assist me. When I asked if I could at least get a rental car while waiting—since I had already been there for hours and I had to pick up my child later—they informed me that they do not provide any rental car service, which I found surprising for a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Eventually, after several hours, I was informed that the tires I needed were not in stock and nothing could be done that day, despite my lengthy wait. I left the dealership having wasted nearly half a day and ended up stranded over the weekend when the tire finally blew out on the highway. I had to pay $350 for towing to another dealership in Edison, which is completely unacceptable given that my car was supposed to be serviced properly in Englewood. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider reimbursing me for the towing cost. As a customer, I expected a much higher standard of service and communication, especially from a Mercedes-Benz dealership that should be able to offer a rental option in such cases.

Very congested and unorganized! Also hard to find the entrance in. I was told to park on the side under this window to have my tires checked. Another car pulled up and parked a little back from me on the other side. About 4 cars were able to pass leaving. All of a sudden I felt my car move. One of the workers while moving a car hit my car. He then started to back up, then moved forward to continue on. As he was passing i said to him you hit my car. He says" it was only the tire" as if no big thing. I then jumped out to see if there was any damage. He sat in the car with his head locked and leaning on his hand, as if my actions was bothering him. He NEVER apologized! I saw no damage. By this time a man came over asked what happened, then he apologized. I hope I will never have to set foot in that dealership again. I always have service done at a dealership. Pepe in White Plains, Ray Catena in Union, and one in SC. Never has there ever been an issue. The notice to check my tires came on, as I was heading to the mall, is why I stopped there. Other than that, the young man who checked my tires and put air in them was very good, polite and professional.

We had a great experience purchasing our brand-new 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC, thanks to Dave Cerqueira. He got us connected to Sales Rep Tommy Kalajia. From start to finish, he was honest, straightforward, extremely patient, and always professional. We had a lot of questions and needed time to go back and forth throughout the process. Tommy never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Despite the back-and-forth, he remained transparent and respectful the entire time. We had a specific monthly payment in mind, and Tommy worked with us until we ultimately got where we needed to be. I can’t help but write another review about Jieun. After I bought my hybrid, she went out of her way to find a Mercedes charger on Amazon that would work with the Tesla charger I already have at home. Later, when I was confused about how to use the car’s navigation system, she took time out of her day to come down to the service center and explain it to me again. What really impressed me was how much she cared even after the sale. Thanks to her, I felt taken care of, and I was reminded why Mercedes has such a great reputation. :-') I appreciate her so much!!

The location is clean and the workers there gave great customer service. The waiting area has a great coffee machine that makes really good cappuccino. They even have an area for children to wait with toys and a television.

I had been thinking about getting a new car for a while, and Jieun made the whole process so much easier. She asked about the style, color, and features I wanted, and over the next month she showed me different models while explaining the details of each one. She even took the time after her shift to send me information so I could look it over at home. What stood out most was her patience and consistency. She met with me again and again, walking me through the cars and re-explaining things whenever I needed it. They were very professional got me and got in.. I have a 2012 smart car that I had for a long time like 5 years going on six fully paid off. And I kept having issues with the transmission and the lights blinking blinking d, blinking r, etc etc needless to say I was instructed by my mechanic to take it into Mercedes-Benz because they're the only one that can fix it. And I'm glad I did because I had a broken front under panel and a torn engine which both needed to be replaced and a transmission software update it did not clean my car at all. But to be fair it was already somewhat clean so there. By the next day I had my car back and I was able to go pick it up and yeah they drive better and everything I'm very pleased. So if you have a smart card they still service smart cars at Mercedes Benz do not hesitate like me and wait till the last minute bring it in thank you Mercedes Benz thank you John Powell and whoever the mechanic was thank you thank you a thousand times..
