Overall my experience at this location has not been the best. A few times I’ve been burned because the wax was too hot so I wouldn’t recommend booking with just anyone. Jocelyn is the best though. She’s kind, fast, and does a wonderful job every time. I’ve never had that issue with her.

I had an amazing experience with Crystal as my brow technician. She was very sweet and professional to me and even gave hints on how to regrow slow growing hair. Usually I feel very uncomfortable getting waxing done but she made it practically painless and very quick. I was very happy with the results and definitely recommend going to the European Wax in the Edgewater NJ location!

Went to get my stomach and chest waxed . At first I was a big worried about the pain but Janibel made sure everything went smooth . Definitely coming back monthly . She was great

I’ve been going to Julissa for over 2 years and she is absolutely amazing. She is good at what she does and I leave there happy every single time. I go months without waxing and I will never cheat on her.

I have purchased a wax pass and have had good visits before but my most recent appointment was out of this world! Amanda did such an amazing job and it was the first time that there was absolutely no hair left behind. I usually book with whoever’s available to take me first but from now on I’ll start going just with her. I 100% recommend European Wax Center!

I went for a Brazilian wax yesterday and they’ve earned a forever client. I was nervous as all hell as I’ve gotten many in the past and it was painful. I called to make an appointment and asked to be paired with someone who is patient. They did! I went to Amanda and she did an amazing job and was super sweet and accommodating. She took her time and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend this location.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the European Wax Center in Edgewater. I called ahead to let them know I was running a bit late due to traffic and would arrive around 5 pm for my 4:45 pm appointment. Despite my efforts to communicate and arrive within a reasonable timeframe, the receptionist was very unhelpful and very rude. I was late for 10 min only, upon my arrival at 4:55 pm, I was told that I couldn't be accommodated because another customer had been scheduled for 5 pm. She was lying, I was there at 4:55 as I mentioned and no one had arrived after me, and it seemed very unfair that my appointment time was given to someone else. The lack of communication and customer service left me feeling very upset and very much disappointed. I believe it's important for businesses to handle these situations with professionalism and empathy. I hope that the European Wax Center can address these issues to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future. I believe that individuals like her, who are very rude, dont know how to talk to customers can tarnish the company's reputation. Starting today, I will be informing all my family and friends about this situation, and we have collectively decided to discontinue using their services. I personally will not be returning as a customer.

Very comfortable environment with very friendly staff. The wax specialists are amazing and make you feel very welcome and comfortable especially for your first time. Also very experienced and well trained, providing great instructions for care and maintenance. My specialist, Ashley, did a very great job, was very friendly and professional, and was overall great to have an appointment with.

I’ve been going here for awhile and usually see Ashley. She has been so great! She’s very detail oriented and always chats so the appointment feels like it goes by quickly. I’m always happy after my appointments with her. I’ve also seen Julissa at this establishment who is also very kind and does a great job.

Tania is the best. She is friendly, and makes you feel comfortable right away. The place is spotless, clean, and welcoming. She clearly has a lot of experience—the procedure was quick, almost painless, and the results were perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her!
