If you know what needs to be fixed he doesn't waste your time, and he actually charges you fairly for the work he does. When I took my porsche to another place they charged 250$ diagnostic fee, even tho I was telling them exactly what needs to be fixed. MR TAKKA did exactly what I asked and fixed it in 10 minutes and charged only 50$ (I felt bad for not giving him more). Seriously if you know what needs to be done, this is your guy...

In addition to the amazing car service, they helped the neighborhood by ridding a tree of a forgotten bike lock. The tree had grown around the lock, and on the same day they were notified, they went and removed it. This isn't their responsibility, but they made it their business that day, and for that, I am grateful.
Excellent service! Had to replace car door, they helped with rental ( discount and transportation both at the beginning and the end ), it took only 2 days and my car was cleaned inside and outside when I picked it up. All around good job by Matt and his staff
Fixed my husband's McLaren after a small fender bender. The amazing staff at Edgewater motors stored the car and contacted the liable parties insurance and got the repairs approved. We've used them before for smaller repairs, tints, rims, etc. They have great pricing and top notch customer service!
Excellent job in very short time ! Someone hit me on the back , trunk door bumper were all messed up but Matt & his team at Edgewater Motors take it in right away got it repair with all original parts less than a week for a very reasonable price ! Phenomenal car repair shop. The owner and his mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They know their cars! Went to another place to get my AC fixed - it stopped working in 2 months. Come to find out previous shop didn’t install it correctly! They showed me where the issue was, explained how it was installed incorrectly and then showed me how they installed it the right way. I have made them my go-to-shop. I get my oil changes done here now too. Jeep charges 3xs the amount and this place uses the same “high grade” oil. They even showed me the bottle, unsealed it, and poured it into my car in front of me. No nonsense place. Love them! Highly recommend.
I went to this auto repair shop to get a tire puncture fixed. The repair took less than a minute, and they charged me $35 for the simplest patch job. On top of that, they added a tax for using a credit card. I feel this is way overpriced for the service provided. Definitely not a great value for the money.
I took my car there because my tire had a screw in it, and I thought I needed to change it. However, they were honest and just checked to make sure everything was okay with my car. They didn't charge me. As a woman, finding a place where you can trust the mechanic is so important. Super recommended!

I got my car back today, and I'm very, very grateful to Matt for everything he did. I have to give him a big thumbs up. My car was hit, breaking my record of no accidents for many years, and I was extremely frustrated. When I came to Edgewater Motors, Matt's warm words "Leave it all to me" comforted me a lot. He immediately called the insurance company to discuss various matters and contacted a car rental. Soon the rental car arrived in front of the body shop and I was able to return home. The whole process was handled quickly, beyond what I could have ever imagined. When he knew that I needed the car for a trip this weekend, he quickly called me to pick up the car. At this time, what was placed in front of me was a brand new car, not only repairs to the place that was hit, but much more. All the minor flaws that were there previously were repaired. The speed, skill and perfection of the repairs once again exceeded my expectations. I must say that Matt is warm and sincere, and his car repair work is fast and high-quality. I drove in today because I thought I needed a new tire. The mechanic on duty checked them, put air in one of them, said the tires are fine and drove away. I was there maybe 20 minutes. Job done. Excellent service.
Today, December 12, 2023, I had another positive experience with Edgewater Motors. Matt, along with his highly trained team, including Sam, did a wonderful job preparing my car for a holiday road trip. Another job well done! Also, I didn’t leave with the feeling I had been robbed, quite the contrary in fact. The cost was more than fair when compared to other similar venues I had previously patronized. Bravo to Edgewater Motors. We’re lucky to have them in our town.
