Daiso cannot be beat! Incredible store. It's really overwhelming. They've got everything. Their chopstick section has to have the most varied chopstick selection outside of Asia. They've got stationery, home goods, socks, slippers, tools, headphones, something called a chair sock ?♂️ Great store.

Its not Daiso's own fault, but people should be working together to change the ancient law of state of New Jersey, this blue law prevents people from buying so many stuffs, for what good reason?

My sister, dad, and I had gone into this place and a good time there this was because walked around the entire place and that the prices were wonderful. There were people in the store looking to buy things, and that the people that worked there were nice and friendly.

Lovely products, even simple everyday use utensils plastics are beautiful here. Must try. Kind staff, neatly arranged aisles, Japanese perfection. Really cool. Nice riverfront nearby.

When visiting Japan, I came upon a fun store, Daiso, where music was played and many items were quite inexpensive. Great for fun souvenirs, I thought. The Japanese Dollar store chain, Daiso, and back then, I had wished there had been in NJ. I was quite excited when I found two Daiso stores in NJ this year! Daiso is a Japanese inexpensive variety store that has some pretty good quality items, such as houseware, kitchenware, cosmetics, adorable stationery for those who love to do journals, toys, and many interesting Japanese snacks perfect for yourself or to share. If you enjoy or need help organizing your desk or closets, you will find many organizers to keep your house out of chaos. Quite recently, I was speaking to a wonderful lady who wanted to acquire some ramen bowls. I had rattled off some stores for her to visit but then remembered Daiso carries some nice porcelain dishware. I had visited Daiso in the Edgewater, NJ location and found their selection not as vast as this location. I found an entire section dedicated to dishware where you can purchase beautiful ramen bowls, sake cups, and many other items that can be purchased and not break your wallet. I just could not resist so l purchased some, myself. Upon purchasing my dishware, the cashier was nice enough to not only wrap each dishware separately, but she also used tape to ensure it does not unravel during my trip home. I found the entire store clean, calm, and filled with so many beautiful items, I am going to be stopping by more often when I am in the area. This store is found in the same complex as H-Mart. Parking is easy since it’s in a shared complex.

Affordably priced items and they have a gadget for everything you can think of! Everything starts at $2.25. I bought a special spoon for ramen and little spatulas to clean out my make up from foundation bottles. Since it is in Bergen county, they CANNOT sell certain items like clothing on Sundays - plan your trip carefully.

You can spend hours browsing Daiso. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. So much variety of items to browse and also hard to find Asian household items can be found here. Also has a nice selection of Asian snacks. Very well priced overall.

Daiso is a Japanese brand that’s equivalent to US’s 99 cents store. But items are more unique, diverse and at times, chic. Daiso is also very popular in South Korea and in Korean language, Daiso literally means, pun intended, ‘we have everything.’ Indeed this Japanese mart has literally everything you need for the house and school. Dinnerware, snacks, gardening needs, clothing, stationary, cleaning products, etc., just name it and they have it. However, the quality of their products are suspicious at best. It’s fun to browse through the mart. It’s fun to purchase a thing or two you may need. But beware, these things will not last long.

SHELLY is extremely rude . Price on the shelves said differently than on packaging but the shelves were full of the product and being a store manager I am aware that that is not okay and is false advertising so it is suppose to be given the price that is displayed. I let her know and she said “ well it’s $5.50 and pointed to the price with a smart attitude. And then very rudely said “ well do you want it or not.” So I went to go take a picture of the product so I could contact corporate about it ( due to the rude behavior of SHELLY or else I would have let it go) and my boyfriend heard her say “ well that’s not my fault” when I walked away. Extremely rude and I will make sure corporate knows about this. Shelly needs to be taught customer service.

Nice spot. Plenty of parking. Was busy when we went. They have like dollar store type items but a little nicer

Great little spot to get your little nicknacks for your little projects and not break the bank. The things here are good quality and you might not find them elsewhere. Also, there might not be prices on the packaging. If there's no price on the package then it might be $1.99 but check the signage to be sure.

Visited this daiso on October 30th decided to buy these biscuits. I didn’t really like the taste and they tasted weird so I only had a couple before I put them away. Decided to check the ingredients and my eyes spotted the expiration date it expired well over a month ago. Do the employees not check the dates before putting items on shelves or what? Disappointing

A very nice Japanese lifestyle store that sells decent Japanese goods. There is a large selection to shop from and price varies. Service is very good. The place is clean and organized.

Love this place! There’re alot of useful household items from here. I always love browsing in this store. I also love how they had 2 self check cashiers available, but signs weren’t too clear so no one really know. I never shop for snacks here because I feel they’re a bit pricey especially when there is a supermarket literally right across the street. But i love browsing at all other items!!

I love this store. Its like a Japanese $2 and over store with lots of super cute stuff. Everytime I come I buy alot of cute random things and then when I go home, I realize I really don't need it but it was just too cute....hahaaa. My kids love this store too.

A neat-freaks delight. Like what heaven must be like for tidy people. Like a dollar store, but super organized and neat, and with things you will actually find useful. I don’t really know how they do it, but I’m glad they do. You will find a lot here that you won’t find at other discount stores. The best thing about Daiso is how you feel on the way out: Peaceful, calm, unstressed. Whoever is in charge of designing the user experience at Daiso deserves an award (if they haven’t already gotten one). I recommend looking through the snacks, stationary, kitchen, and storage.

The hour drive was so worth it! However a lot of things are still made in “China” choose wisely when shopping. I was so excited to shop here. I figured everything would be made in “Japan” which was disappointing to notice that most is made in “China”. Aside from that it’s great stuff for the value!

I have always wanted to go to Daiso. And when I found out this place was on our way home I asked my mom to stop. Now this Daiso is a bit more expensive than other stores. $1.99+ instead of the $.99 Daiso's in New York and Texas. I know that doesn't seem like a lot but for 30items I spent $80. Unfortunately the candies weren't priced so I found out from my receipt they cost $3.99 each. I wouldn't have bought them if I knew that. However I did find a lot of useful items. The Mickey mouse car hooks, I wish I bought a few more. The cat clothing hooks, Bag clips shaped like cute animals, and a plastic cat ice cream scoop so it doesn't melt your ice cream as fast. I definitely would love to come back here but unfortunately it's a 2 hour drive from where I live.

Great little "Japanese dollar store". It is not really a dollar store, but they have really cute and cheap items from Japan. This is a chain if stores that is widespread in Japan. Perfect forcute little presents, little kitchen gadgets and japanese snacks.

Fun little variety shop. Lots of unique items and an easy to navigate layout. They had lots of snacks and housewares. We liked their Hello Kitty selection too.

Nice Japanese convenient store with a variety of items. They have stationary, snacks, drinks, kitchen supplies, tools, clothing, beauty supplies, toys, and etc. They let a certain number of people in due to COVID-19 and there’s hand sanitizer at the entrance. On Sundays they don’t sell certain items such as electronics, clothing, and etc. Overall everything is pretty cheap and the prices usually range from 1-5$.

Expect the unexpected! Accessible, clean, organized. COVID-19 compliant. Well staffed, tidy. I swear there's something for everybody, and wonderfully affordable. Bags cost $.20/ea. so bring some. You can also buy some cool reusable bags there.

Great store selling Japanese snacks and other essential household items, anything from toiletries/towels to kitchenware to school supplies. Got this Japanese cafe au lait drink and bag of chips from the store.

Neat store with all kinds of knick knacks as well as the usual home goods, all at reasonable prices. You can mess around and easily end up spending $100+ here. Excellent overall experience, highly recommended.

Finally a Daiso store opened in the area. Grand opening was crazy busy but organized and lines moved quickly. Most items in the store were $1.99. It feels like any other dollar store to be honest (except 2 dollars in this case) and mostly items were made in China with some rare made in Japan items. I've been to Daiso out on the west coast and it had a more luxurious vibe than here.

Love this place. Most things are $2. Plenty of Japanese snacks and kitchen/housewares. I hear it’s much larger than the one in Flushing but it’s not as big as the ones in Cali of course. There’s parking in the back separate from Mitsuwa. Will require multiple visits to really see everything in there.
