Today's service was a poor reflection of a great store with fun finds. I had about 30$ worth of stuff and there was a lady in front of me wanting to buy a $7 charger and had the cashier check for opened chargers so she could see if it was what she wanted. Instead of just ringing me up and then spending time with this lady who had her searching in bins for opened chargers she didn't. I was ignored for service. Self serve was closed and there was no one else to open. Cashier needs to do better. Having me stand in line for 4 1/2 min and the lady hadn't even purchased anything was a disappointment I left my stuff. Do better with your customer service. Who cares if they say hello when you walk in when they ignore you to check out

The store is clean and organized, it was ny first time going to this location and I was able to find everything I was looking for.
A employee was very rude to me and her manner was inappropriate. My daughter was near something that was broken but didn’t break it. An employee with long light brown hair yelled at her for breaking it and was cursing at her. My daughter explained she didn’t break it and it was already broken but she kept yelling and cursing at her. My daughter started to cry and she called my daughter a big crying baby. This is not okay.
Hi, I went to Five Below a few minutes ago and one of the workers were very rude to me and my sisters. She told us to leave the store because we were bouncing one ball. We asked her why and she started cussing us out. I hope you guys fire her because this behavior is unacceptable as she was very rude. By the way, she is a girl with long light brown hair. I will not be going there again.
Amazing associates that go above and beyond for their customers, store is kept tidy and organized- especially for a busy plaza.

We were shopping around 3:30pm today.They blamed my son for spraying the paints.Instead of arguing with the kids ,they should talk with the parents.They should clean their mess first.When I asked my son ,he said he put 2 of them cap to their tops(because they were all around earlier) and he sprayed only twice.But 6 of the paint were already sprayed all around and the paint were all dried.The manager was calling my son as a liar and the other young man employee didn't let me to talk and called me as a liar too.When I asked their video records ,they said they don't have to show me. My first bad experience in a store like that.They didn't know anything about customer satisfaction.
I know for a fact they use to operate on Sunday’s. It Even says open until 6 pm on Sunday’s on the site now. But yet every time I go the lights are on but the store is closed …or sometimes they’ll leave a ghetto note on the door. What’s the point
Very organized and clean store.
I wasn’t looking for anything in particular but I was able to grab a few things. I was impressed at their selection, the staff were also friendly and helpful.
Super clean, well organized. Friendly staff members. Really love the store because of the manager, Christine. She goes above and beyond to help customers. Love this location and will go out of my way to come to this one.
One of the workers, Kelly, was very patient, nice and helpful to me and my family. She worked hard to get us the poster that the little one wanted and did it very nicely. One of the best experiences I have ever had going to a store, thanks to her especially.

Nice staff! You can find things like party balloons, toys, makeup, books, board games, candy, and much more. The staff is nice and friendly. There is self checkout which is nice if you are on the go. It’s a great place to bring children because they have many toys.
Despite having an assortment of merchandise, there's one area that cannot be applaused. With only one operational bathroom, there were no other options with an urgent call. Yet, the state of the bathroom was far below expectations. Flies, filthy floor, no soap and the only roll of toilet paper was sitting on the toilet! Talk about sanitary issues.
It’s certainly open. I found the place clean, and well organized, the staff is still finding their way around but they were all pretty friendly and helpful.
