Very nice, efficient staff. Best UPS in the area.

Be aware of the fraud! The person weighing the package will put their hand on the scale to increase the weight. They gave me a receipt for a small package that said 4lbs when the item was 7.5oz. I went back, took a photo of the package on the scale and had them reprint a receipt and the package magically got lighter and became 7.5oz. Since my package is 2nd day air, the additional 4lbs would have resulted in $200+ of additional postage. I dropped off a correctly weight package here before and got hit with a 35lb adjustment and because I didn't have a receipt with weight on it, (didn't get weighed so the receipt said 0), I wasn't able to prove the error/ malpractice.

Randol is the best worker at this location I love when I walk in the store and he is at the front of the store with that lovely smile on his face Randol please keep up the great work you doing there happy holidays!!!

Angelica Richards who works there provided exceptional customer service. She is the perfect example of a conscientious employee who goes above and beyond to make sure the customer's needs are met.

This is my favorite UPS! The service is always quick, friendly, and kind. The staff make every visit easy and stress-free — truly the best UPS location.

Shipped a time sensitive item and turned out it didnt get shipped the same day. It is not a rocket science to move the pkg the same day it was dropped off. Apprently, typical lazy workers dont know how to do their job as simple as shipping the same day the customer drops off the pkg. If you charge high prices, at minimum, you need to do your job properly.

I dropped off a return at this location and the package was misplaced. The tracking never updated, even though I had proof I left it with them. When I came back to ask about it, the staff were dismissive and acted like it wasn’t their problem. One employee was outright rude when I asked to speak with a manager, making me feel like I was being a nuisance instead of a paying customer. Because of their mistake, I spent weeks chasing down my return and nearly lost the refund. The whole point of using a drop-off location is for peace of mind, and this store gave me the exact opposite. I won’t be trusting them with important packages again

I think your employee,Angelica Richard’s is a unique human being who took pity on me and helped me immensely when I tried to open my shipping labels from Macy I was told by one of your employees: “sorry we don’t have WiFi and she handed back to me my packages. Fortunately Angelica was nearby and I asked her to help me she responded to my plight I am a senior 88 years young. Naturally I am not savvy with the IPhone but I did bring my IPad with me. Moreover I live on afixed income and must take a Ubercar to your establishment which meant I had to come back but not with Angelica on my side. She immediately started working on my phone and was able to send the shipping labels to herself and printed them out for me . not only did she save me the expense of returning but she was very nice. She is a wonderful human being

This location almost caused me to lose a very expensive return because of a basic mistake. I dropped off two packages. One had a return label, the other needed a store-created label. The labels were put on the wrong boxes, which caused major delays and left me scrambling to fix the situation within a short deadline. I spent hours trying to resolve it and still had to pay extra out of pocket to undo their error. Customer service made things worse. I was promised a call back that never came. When I followed up, the manager denied responsibility, gave me inaccurate information, and spoke to me in a dismissive way. This store made a serious error, refused to take accountability, and treated me poorly when I tried to resolve it. I had to spend my own money and time to correct what they should have handled properly. I would NOT trust this location with important shipments!

The team here is always helpful and nice. John the manager is always respectful as well. I’ve seen the way some customers act and speak to people just doing their jobs. Customer service for me is always great, my packages get there safely, and I have no complaints. :)

Lazy enough to wait to ship packages out days after you leave them with them, stupid enough to mix up labels & apply the wrong one to each package, risking thousands of $ in merchandise. Will not attempt to offer any resolution beyond refunding the shipping fee. Do not come here with anything important, especially if you have more than one thing to ship: You have nothing to lose by choosing a better, more responsible location, and could lose everything by going here.

Efficient, Friendly, and Reliable. I’ve had consistently great experiences at The UPS Store in Edgewater. Whether I’m dropping off packages, printing documents, or getting something notarized, the staff are always courteous, professional, and quick to help. The store is clean, well-organized, and conveniently located — right between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, which makes errands a breeze. What really stands out is the team’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. On one visit, I was able to print, notarize, and overnight important documents all in one stop—such a time-saver! It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer service.

Very clean store. The workers were helpful in assisting me because I didn’t know much about shipping anything. I’ll definitely be back! Trust!

Angel and Carlos were so helpful they even stayed after closing for me even the driver Carlos stood and waited for my packages. Very sweet and helpful

As business reason, having used The UPS Store frequently, I am very happy to take this opportunity to speak about the UPS Store in Edgewater in NJ. I found the service Provided by the owner and his employees are more than superb . There are enough staffs to render speedy services and offering multiple options for price as well. I have never experienced wasting time in a line. I am going to keep using this store and strongly recommend you should this store without doubt.

Carlos at the Edgewater UPS Store is the man! A huge line, going outside the door, 5 mins to closing time. There are multiple angry customers - who do due to their user error are just not getting their way. Carlos was the most patient UPS store employee I have ever witnessed. Even though the customers were angry, Carlos remained calm. Not only that, he was able to recommend nuanced actions to help the customer. Carlos needs an award for being the most patient, best UPS employee of the year.

*In response to the owner's reply- I stand by my review and experience while a customer at this store. There was no malicious intent when providing this review. As mentioned, the complaint was brought to the attention of staff and taken to the USPS. Both responses were highlighted in the review. Your lack of professionalism and unhinged response speaks volumes.* If you are interested in renting a personal mailbox here, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. After several pieces of sensitive mail I retrieved were already open (checks, hospital letters) I immediately suspected someone at the store was opening and reading my mail. When I complained to two staffers, I was told that the Asian guy who is the store manager is the only one that handles mail going into the personal mailboxes (he was not in the store at the time I complained.) Oddly, he was always in there after hours when I would pick up mail at midnight which I always thought was weird. I hate to accuse or assume he or someone at the store tampered with my mail but upon making the post office aware and showing them the evidence, they confirmed that the mail looked like it was opened and also stated that they never complete mail delivery if a package or letter is open and it gets sent back to the sender. Plus a hospital or employer would never not properly seal a check or letter. I immediately closed the box a few days later. I would not advise getting your mail sent here.

The service was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and warm and kind. Overall make customers feel important! Angelica helped me and she was really great, she was really helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me!

Recently needed help with a very large package and Ivan at the front desk was SUPER helpful. Both on the phone and in person- Answered all my questions and took the time to look up what I needed. The transaction at the store was super seamless and I appreciates his dedication! Definitely recommend

Retracting previous review. They have recently replaced the staff with much nicer, efficient and professional group of people. The staff at this location is amazing! They are friendly and professional and move the line quickly. A special shout out to Angelica who never hesitates and goes above and beyond to assist. She is kind and always provides outstanding service with a great, big smile!

I haven’t used this store in years due to poorly trained staff and management but decided to give the store another try because it’s my local UPS. Wow ! What a difference. The store manager John and Jesenia were both such a delight ! Very helpful and friendly. Despite how busy their store was they were still gracious enough to pack my item in front of me for personal concerns. My package was delivered today just in time for my nieces birthday. Thank you so much to this staff! I will gladly be doing business with this store from here on out.

Got here around 2pm to find a sign saying that the store will reopen at 2:52pm. There was a line of customers outside waiting to be seen. A lot of Amazon returns were turned away. We were told that this store is not accepting Amazon returns rn. To make matter worse the employee had a bad attitude towards the understandably frustrated customers and even had some smart *ss comments for one of the ladys waiting in line.

It was good experiences. I always use this branch when i want to send something by mail. Ofcourse it provides more services than mailing one, like printing or buying packing materials. They have fast and friendly customer service. Plenty of parking spots outside.

This store gets 5***** because of and due to Pauline. She is the best UPS has in their system.
