Gavin, the store manager, and Jon are super knowledgeable and helpful! We had a flat tire late in the evening that was badly damaged. The VIP tire shop next to it was closed. They spent over an hour working with Fix-A-Flat and bead-glue, etc to get us back on the road for the night. You guys are my hero for your efforts!
Horrible winter weather and my car battery died. Made it to O'Reilly's who got me in immediately, confirmed it was a bad battery, replaced it, and had me back on the road in under 1 hour. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff!
Stopped by for an oil change on a highly customized supercharged Challenger SRT8. They were very flexible and accommodating, confirming the oil and filter needed, and used great care to remove and replace the oil filler, which requires an 14AN wrench.
It took about an hour, but we'll worth the wait.
Another shop told me my car battery was weak. I went to O'Reilly to buy a new battery, but I had them check the old one first. They said my current battery is fine. They could have easily sold me a new battery. That's integrity.
I know absolutely nothing about cars! I went in there today concerned because my oil light was on and the two gentlemen that were there were so kind and helpful making sure I got the right product and making sure I knew how to fill the oil so I could get safely home. So often in life customer service is just not what it used to be but the guys that work this location went above and beyond to be kind and helpful to someone who had absolutely no idea what they were doing!!

Done business with both Oreillys and VIP. What I really like about this location is that the personnel are fair and honest. I dont ever worry that they will try to price gouge or take advantage of customers. It is hard to find trustworthy service personnel in this day and age.
Went late on a Saturday Walked in right passed to two counter guys without a look. Got to the counter. Got my brake parts. Couldn't find our shop on the list for some reason although they are at the shop daily during the week. Got home ,all the wrong parts. So I travel back to the store with the old parts so we can match them. Fun
Has the majority of parts on hand, except for the ones I need. Lol. Just go in with the understanding that the middle priced merchandise will be delivered later that week and you'll be fine.
This was the first time for me visiting this store. I came up to New Hampshire for work purposes and I use this store to order parts for my job. The staff was very helpful and professional. Would recommend for any automotive needs.
Wouldn't go back here if they give me the parts for free. I knew exactly what the part number I needed and they told me that last did not exist. I had the packaging of the other one I bought the day prior from Autozone. Maybe you should hire more than college aged students that know more about cars...
Fantastic experience yesterday. Dave was totally committed to helping me solve a frustrating brake situation on my "plow truck". He took extra time with me and made me feel like I had a new BFF! O'Reilly Merrimack NH is my hands-down favorite Auto Parts store!

Always helpful, prices are decent and almost always have what i need in stock. Just had to buy 2 serpentine belts for my Grand Prix GT 3.8 Supercharged and total price was $39
I called the Derry store looking for them to price match on a competitors price, He flat out told me no.
I called the Londonderry store and was told that yes they do price match but not on that battery, which is false information because the warranty for the batteries are the same, two years. She even told me that if I could get the battery for the competitors price I should just go to the competitor because that was a better deal.
I was about to just go to the competitor but a friend of mine really went to bat for O'Rilley's and suggested that I talk to Scott at the Merrimack store.
Scott upheld O'Reilly's values and policies and provided me excellent customer service and price matched the battery.
I will continue my business with the Merrimack store.
Great, fast (the girl probably should not have sneezed into her hands and then kept on typing or handling anything as that is how colds are spread, and yes you could tell she had a cold). Washing hands keep most of the people safe!!!!!
Dropped of my wifes car to have a headlight replaced and mistakenly left without a quote or estimate, was not asked to sign anything. Returned to pick up the car with headlights still not working and over $100 bill, without any call for approval. This should have been a 20 min job if the techs knew how to work on a newish vehicle (2012) with a can bus system. Girl at the counter was rude when I asked about the excessive charge. I even contacted corporate with my complaint and they told me the store manager would contact me.. never happened! Long story short, will never go back, and will tell everybody the story.
Excellent and competent staff who locate exactly what you need and will go out of their way to assist a senior citizen and install the new part for you even when they are not required to do so. Greatly appreciated the much needed assistance.
Closest parts place to me. Prices are higher than other places and customer area is on the small side. I still usually check there first since it is the shortest drive. Staff is friendly and I have gotten some decent deals on special order items in the past although not recently. Tried to buy a lift through them but didn't make financial sense, mail order prevailed unfortunately.
Parts at a price the competition can't match. But that doesn't make a five star rating, the customer service going the extra mile does. Highly recommend this place.
