I saw a review that said these 5 star post are from family, well I assure yall I am NOT family LOL. I had a blowout in a rental that had no spare tire ( I don't advise ever excepting a vehicle without one) while traveling with my kid to Vegas. This happened in the early afternoon between 2 places that are historically known for being sundown towns. I was truly blessed and in debt to the hwy patrol Captian that put me in the hands of Big John's Towing. They truly went above and beyond. It was going to be a long while before my car could be picked up and it was hot out. They allowed my child and I to sit in the office A/C, charge our phones, offered water, and was just overall pleasant throughout our total fiasco of a day. We didn't have to ride back out with the tow, we were carried to the tire shop up the road once the tow was heading there. The car made it in time to be serviced. There was no damage to the vehicle and the cost was fair. Customer Svc 10/10!! True gems. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. May I never get stuck again LOL but you guys will forever be remembered as the best!
Big John’s Towing really helped me & my husband. We hit this big metal piece in the middle of the road that punctured our oil canister so we leaked all our oil out on the road. Everywhere estimated extreme prices or an hour plus wait. We were just past the Hoover dam when all this happened & stuck on the side of the freeway. Big John’s came out quickly (quoted 35 minutes but took less than that) & saved us. They took us to the closest dealership we found so we can get repairs & back to heading home. He even helped us get the metal thing out from under the car before getting on the truck. Thanks so much for all your help & getting us off the side of the road!
Big John saved my daughter in law on the side of the road. Not only did he come get her but he dropped her of at a reputable shop on a Saturday to have her alternator fixed and she could continue her way on to family in Washington State. In the day and age where there are people who try and take advantage, he’s a real hero. Semper Fi Big John. Hooo Raaah!
My car started tweaking on the 215 and I had to struggle to pull it off to the side lanes. So when I tell you that it was by God’s design and God’s design ONLY that I had Richard’s card from a previous interaction? I MEAN THAT. The response time was quick, the turnaround time even quicker! Richard, thank you so very much for being good at your job & helping a girl out!!
The crew at Big John's was great. I'm from out of town and broke down on the freeway which is never fun... They helped me find a mechanic that was close. Special thanks to my driver Richard, for helping me keep my stress level down. You guys are awesome!

Great Service! My truck broke down in the In and Out parking lot near Sunset at 9:30pm. Gave them a call and they showed up within 25min. They took care of me and were very kind.
No clue how and what they did, but my car got impounded and towed by them.
Got my car back with a broken front fender and broken passenger trim.
No clue how that even happens. I’ve added before and after pictures. Insane to be honest.
Also the fact that two of their 5 star reviews are by their own employees says a lot.
My car was involved in wreck . Medical episode. We're the ambulance had taken me off to hospital. Big Jhones Towing towed car to his impound yard . The car full coverage insurance Geico . He failed to notify the insurance company of the wreck car he towed . So why was he allowed to sell it . I am finding out the details. And will post my review after . I contacted insurance.

Bro we were stuck 100 feet from the road down the hill he got us out. In half the time all these other guys said, for a good freaking price!!
