I had simple body work done on my Toyota Camry a few years ago, and it took nearly two months to get my car. The work was okay, and the car was returned much dirtier than when I left it. Years later, I had other body work done at a different body shop, and the difference cannot be stressed enough how bad B & J is in comparison. I would never take my car here again, and I tell everyone I know the same.
1/13/26 Updated response: I was a customer longer ago than 5 years, I was sent here by a local BC man named Tom Jones. I brought a dark gray Toyota Camry. My above review was inspired by my having a significantly better experience at a different body shop years after my experience with B&J. I don’t deal with body shops often, so it took me a few years to realize the difference between this place, and a more professional one. I was always upset about the poor service at this shop, but didn’t have anything to compare it to. My car definitely wasn’t cleaned. It was significantly dirtier when I got it back. Workers fingerprints all over the interior material. Smears on the glass, etc.
I want to say thank you to B N J body shop especially to Kelly who kept updated. The beautiful job you did on repairing my car it’s a golden star for me I appreciate your careful, professional work and attention to every detail. She’s back with me after took a long time i finally enjoyed and celebrated the successful repaired of my car. Thank you again so much.
True professionals. They are very helpful, and the services they offer to keep our Vans tip top are off the charts. Very happy with this team. It's our go to for Pinky Promise heating and air conditioning.
Speaking of SAFETY INSPECTION for SALVAGE TITLE, B & J Body Shop is a great place. I was calling so many body shops around Sahara and Decatur but either the don't do it or they want to fix the damage first before doing the safety inspection. Merry, Charles, Mike and Kelly are friendly and great to work with.
Didn't have work done because we had to leave town, but the people were professional and friendly in giving us a solid estimate to turn into the shipping company which damaged our car.
I also 100 percent AGREE with last Review I would NEVER go to this place for ANY repair or business dealings they are EXTREMELY SLOW EXPENSIVE AND do not do even ok work. I wouldn't have them paint my grandkids wagon let alone touch my car again. TRUST US STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS GO TO HENDERSON!! BAD BAD BAD !!

Very nice people! They did a great job on my daughter's Honda. They replaced the bumper, and the paint matched perfectly. They called me while the work was being done and let me know what was going on! Thanks guys! 👍👌

I had some paint touch ups on couple cars, I left one vehicle there all day when I picked it up VERY disappointed in repairs. I had to redo the work myself so not soo noticeable.
You answered my review and said we didn't use your company well go check it's Mr Taylor's car AND my car it was a 2016 BMW 535i that you did a HORRIBLE job on AND you took over 6 months to complete your promised dates to be finished that NEVER happened ruined 3 trips 1 was his Birthday!!! And it's not sarcasm it's called sharecasm just shows you not only cant do proper body work and painting you can't EVEN READ !!
Unprofessional body shop GO SOMEWHERE ELSE STAY AWAY!!! IT took over 6months and 3 times was promised it would be done and it wasn't. Was then guaranteed a certain date and AGAIN wasn't done. We now FINALLY have our 2016 BMW 530i back and the paint is already just chipping off the hood!! Has scratches that WEREN'T part of the accident . This is our favorite car we've ever owned and after 50 years of driving that's saying a lot. Was hoping to get it back like new and unfortunately we're stuck with a cheap TERRIBLE paint job and work. TRUST US GO SOMEWHERE ELSE after we told them the problems they COMPLETELY IGNORED US!!!
After getting hit by someone in a parking lot, I checked here to get an estimate. They had me drop off my car a couple days later to see what needed to be done and returned my car to me after adjusting the alignment and I got scheduled for the full repair. Took a while to get everything taken care of (which is expected due to how busy everyone is) but I am so glad I decided to come here! Got my car back and everything is perfect and they are the nicest people! Thanks!
B&J Body show is the best place to bring your car to I have once had them work on my car and it was a perfect job since then I have been trying to reach out to Mr Charles Williams to say thank you please if there's anyway I can get is contact I'll really appreciate it alot presently I'm not in Las Vegas but I heard about is wife lose may her soul rest in perfect peace
Sunroof shattered and went to BJB shop to get an estimate for replacement. It was believed only the glass would need to be replaced and not the entire frame. Took the car to Mazda for an estimate to confirm and they said both the frame and the glass required replacement at quadruple the estimated price. Took it back to BJB let them know what Mazda said and they had their doubts and asked I leave the car with them for 1/2 day and they cleared out all the glass, did a thorough examination and disagreed with Mazda and assured me of the repair requirement. Ordered the glass, sunroof is good as new, the frame did not need to be replaced and repair looks great, works perfectly, they even washed car and returned in better than they got it. Not to mentioned they saved us thousands of dollars. Two words…character and integrity.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Charles went well above and beyond helping me find the parts I needed, quickly got them installed and even dropped me off and picked me up at the hotel. Would 10000% use this business again. Highly recommend!!! I believe I was given a very fair price for parts and labor. Very great business !!
My first experience with B&J was a few years back I needed some body work on my transit connect. I received an estimate and authorized the work. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed that the main replacement part was obtained at a much lower price than anticipated. They passed that $500 + savings back to me. This combined with five star quality work is all any of us needs to know. Just had some additional work done this week and the experience was the same. I give this business my highest recommendation!
B&J always treats me right. Great Americans as well as putting people first. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quick turn around they did for me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks guys!
Only used his service once. The quality of work was exceptional. Made me wish that I had enough money to redo the whole paint job on my old truck (when I still owned it). The parts they replaced was great and new. Even the insurance rep. was there to help me immediately and made all the repairs painless. The only con I would say it the time it took for them to finish it. Whether it's due to lack of man power and/or a lot of work load (and there were plenty for them to fix). Overall, I still would recommend this place but be patient with the time frame.

B and J Body Shop, is phenomenal! I “messed- up” my tailgate! Fifth wheel mishap....they replaced my entire tailgate, with one they had in stock....actually looks and works better than the original... for less than half what Chevy dealer ship would of charged! Reason they have been in BC, for MANY years....👍
I have taken my vehicle to B & J for two different repairs and I have referred family and clients who have also used B & J. I can recommend B & J for your repairs too.
Charles is so knowledgeable and helpful! He quoted us on my Mom's van and he even came to our house because she is in a wheelchair. She has several places on her van that are missing paint and she needs her head lights cleaned and de-yellowed. All this and more Charles can do and handle! We will be bring my Moms van in for these repairs next month! The price is right and you are in good hands! Thank you Charles!
If you want a quick repair don't go here. But if you want a repair done to perfection, this is the place to go!! I have had them work on 3 of my cars and each repair could not have been better. Thanks Chuck, Kelley and crew.
Great customer service! Contacted Mr.Charles for a Salvage Rebuild Inspection for the DMV. It was fast and convenient. I live in Las Vegas but it was worth the time to drive to Boulder City. Great price! I can not comment on his body work. I ONLY had a inspection done.
B&J provided quick, competent service for me. I had recently "remodeled" one of my hubcaps on the family Grand Marquis. B&J found a matching cap at less than half the price of local auto "stealerships" What's more, it was the owner, Charles Williams who put the cap on lickety spit and had me on my way.
I have no problem recommending B&J. Great service. Great prices. Great people
B & J Body Shop does a great job both for your car and for you. I unfortunately have taken my car in 2x already and as soon as we get the insurance approval it will be there again.
This is not due to poor driving but the color of the car. I get plenty of notice when they are finished and the car comes back looking great.
