Stopped at the Boulder City location to replace a rear turn signal bulb. Colin helped me out and was fantastic! First time stopping at AutoZone, and I will definitely come back in the future! Thanks again Colin!
Seems to be a high turnover of employees, new faces every time I walk in. If you just need a part then it's perfect. If you need advice to go along with that part this is probably not the best choice.
Great people and service. Im 65 years old and as soon as I walked in the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any help finding anything. After my purchase the man behind the counter offered to carry my bags to the car for me. Will definitely visit again!
I came here to get a battery for my car & Matthew was so helpful. I had no idea what I was doing & he helped & educated me. I didn't realize that the employees come out and help you. 10/10 service. Will be coming back here in the future. Thanks again Matthew!
Gentleman at counter was very rude when I asked were something was then when I couldn’t find it and asked him for help he walked out and just pointed at it (in a different spot then he originally told me) like I was stupid only reason giving 2 stars is due to the fact another employee called him out
I want to thank Urial at the Boulder City , Nv Auto Zone. The battery in my truck barely started it on a very busy morning. I got it to Auto Zone and a great gentleman named Urial immediately took care of it. He tested it, found new battery, removed and replaced it in 20 minutes. The new staff will up-sale and add on accessories without request, I bought a battery today and noticed that I was charged for a install kit $3 I did not request. I've been shopping at this AutoZone for 10+ years and have always felt comfortable with the sales
people but recently they have given me reason to distrust them. I will take my business elsewhere.

Great service from these guys every time! Isaiah was extremely professional and helped us change out our battery in 109 degree weather. (Give this dude a raise!) Best Autozone around! So glad they are in Boulder City.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Isaiah! While driving from Prescott, AZ to Reno, NV my car threw 3 dummy lights just south of Hoover Dam. Isaiah went beyond out of his way to help me to find exactly what my car needed to get me back on the road. He's an angel, for sure!
Never have I ever had a bad experience here. The staff changes often, but just how they keep the knowledgeable staff they get is beyond me. They are solid and not going away from our city. Convenient, close to main highway good chance you'll find what you need.

While I did not know what to do with my engine issued car, Kevin and Michael these two helpful staffs figured out and I was able to get to Las Vegas. They were so impressive how they treated customer. Thank you again!
Hands down Best autozone I’ve ever been to. Anthony took it to the next level and lent me a personal tool to help me free a stuck bolt. Kierin was a great assistance as well. When I pulled up I saw 2 customers getting hands on assistance in the parking lot and went inside to be greeted with high energy ready to help from the other specialists. Great staff all around.

All ways greet you when you enter. Usually by my first name. They have helped me so many times locating unusual and hard to find items. Feels like a hometown parts store should.

I had an amazing day until my battery light came on and I couldn't turn my steering wheel so I asked my husband say a prayer for us and we made it from the Lakes all the way to Autozone. We entered the store and first employee I see was a big Hawaiian brother and he greeted us with a smile and said how may I help you? My husband & I told him the problem he came to the car and open hood tested my battery and my battery was no good looked next to the alternator and the belt looked like dental floss he couldn't believe we made it this far. I told him it was all God he was so helpful that he even called a friend to help put my alternator belt on then he checked again to see if the battery was bad sure enough we needed new battery so he came outside and put a new one in my car. When I say God was looking out for my family and I. Thank you JESUS♥️ Thank you brother for being compassionate and for being professional, helpful and overall AMAZING SORRY I FORGOT YOUR NAME BUT CAN NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY FAMILY ♥️ I do remember him saying he works only on Wednesday at this Store. Management he is the real deal THANK YOU FOR MAKING A BAD EXPERIENCE GREAT ☝️
I really like the people!! A few nights ago I was sold the wrong plugs but I switched them out for the right ones fairly easily. They don't have much in the ways of heat tape though, I had to go next door to true value for exhaust tape...
