We are very disappointed with LKQ’s handling of engines. We purchased a 2GR engine for a 2010 Lexus, and once again, the wiring harness and connectors were unnecessarily cut. This is not the first time we’ve had this issue with LKQ.
Cutting wires and harnesses makes future repairs difficult and risky. If the original harness is damaged, we should be able to replace it properly, but instead, we are left with unnecessary work and added cost. This shows a lack of care and professionalism in preparing parts for customers.
As a business that depends on reliable parts, we expect LKQ to do a better job. Please improve your quality control and stop cutting harnesses that are not supposed to be cut.
Always late in receiving customer orders
My Story: I requested an intake manifold from your company for my car and paid the full amount of $165. The seller informed me that the intake manifold would arrive at your company within five to seven days, but I did not receive it until two weeks later. The reason for the delay was from your company. Who will compensate me for that delay?
Sold me a part drive shaft for my Cadillac the part was in horrible condition and they still sold me the part I called to talk to someone never got a courtesy call back I'm hoping to receive my full refund!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there under any circumstances!!!
Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a part of eBay from them and 7 days later they just refunded me for some reason I messaged them and I never got a message back. Waste of time DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Bad products. I got a radiator for my car. I had to open the whole car put it in its place, attached hoses and all that. When I put worth of 20 dollars water I found that radiator is leaking. Now, I have to open all again go return it and buy a different one. If you are not sure your parts are working don't freaken sell them at market price then. I swear to go I found a brand new one on ebay for less. What a shame
Horrible experience!! Was told the part would be here today then was told it would not be in then spoke to a manager and it would be in. now it wont be in until we close. horrible communication please don't use them
The worst experience I ever had in my life with ordering parts. Placed an order and they double charged me for something I didn't want. They had my card info the whole time, yet somehow they didn't process the payment through for stuff that I did want. Told the lady from the beginning, I needed the parts by this date and now on the time crunch on sorting things out. Unnecessary headache for something that shouldn't have been in the first place.
They can basically get parts from anywhere. The staff is great and will try and find the lowest prices possible. Love this place when it comes to ordering parts.

Wrist experience here! Timwas not helpful at all and star arguing with me when I told him you guys said that you test all the parts before giving to the customer he said yes we do that and we'll help you now get another one because the one you take was broken and he give me another broken one and when I showed him that the don't check and that second one was broken too we will give you money back BUT I LOST $150 paying the mechanic and calling liquid because I trust them!.
I would give their business 1star.
Cheap parts and friendly service. Only issue was that I'd placed the order for a part the day before and the next morning it still hadn't been pulled. I work 3rd shift so that was not at all apeasing to me.
