Kenny is the nicest tow person on earth you can find and he’s in Lincoln! I would always recommend Kenny to anyone who needs tow services. I called him at 4:30pm on a Monday, the roads were slick with ice, and he came to tow my niece’s car in just 15min! I’ve been using Kenny’s services for a few years and I have zero complaints.Can’t find a better service in town!
This is the company I use when Wiestar Towing is not available. They do an ok job, there price is a little higher than Wiestar and they are not as quick, but overall a solid company.
I wish i would have asked for a name, if it was mentioned, I forgot it, sorry. I called several placed and Galaxy was one of the more affordable ones, and the person on the phone was so friendly which is what made me go with them. They arrived every quickly. The issue with my car was that I assumed the ignition was locked, about five different people attempted to start my car and it wouldn't budge. Here comes the tow truck driver and starts it immediately. Since the car started up he didn't charge me for coming out. All around great service. If I ever need my car towed or anyone I know needs a tow I will definitely be recommending Galaxy.
I appreciated the constant communication and the help they provided my daughter when we thought she needed to be towed but just needed a jump. Thank you!
