Unreliable and unprofessional. I hired this guy to work on my car during a cross-country move with two small kids and a baby. He took payment upfront, didn’t follow through with clear communication, and gave attitude when I asked for a refund — even joked about me being stuck out here.
He never mentioned any restocking fees or partial refund policy before payment, then tried to keep money without proof of service. When I asked for a proper refund, he got sarcastic and threatened to come to my hotel. Totally inappropriate.
If you're in a tough spot or traveling, do not trust this guy with your money or vehicle. You deserve someone who treats customers with basic respect and follows through on their word.

Told me it would cost between $150 and $350 to change my alternator and then charged $450 and on top of that he charged and extra $50 for a part that I ordered and knew the price of. STAY AWAY, They will steal your money with very shady tactics
Made an appointment for 1pm yesterday. Never heard from him until 3pm after I texted him. He said was running behind, then he texted my son a picture of him riding dirt bikes and said will get to him after he finishing riding. Then texted not going to be able to get to us. Not the way you conduct business. Wasted the entire day waiting for him. Do not use
My son goes to University of Nebraska-Lincoln and was having some car troubles. I called around to see if someone could fix his engine while he was in class and this was the only company I called that said they could. They were kind enough to facetime me while my son was in class and I was able to send payment remotely. Felt real good about using them
My truck wouldn’t move because the front break came apart.. I called Lincoln Mobile Mechanic and they were there and had the new brake put on within a few hours.. It was even a holiday weekend.. I couldn’t believe that they came right to my truck and got me up and going that fast.. Even saved me having to pay to have it towed.. I will definitely use them again!
I bought a new radiator for my little roadster but didn't know how to install it. These mechanics did and they did it in like 40 minutes. I'm very pleased.
They just never showed up. They’re unprofessional and dishonest. I wasted a few days waiting on them when I could have just gone elsewhere. I don’t recommend them.
