Only rating 5 stars because that's as high as they go! Phenomenal service! I called them because I heard they had the best rates, but Randy showed up and diagnosed my failure to start immediately (bad battery which blew the fuse), got it running, offered to follow me to a parts shop AND stayed to help and make sure it was all installed correctly (long story, some faulty connections). Since he didn't actually tow he offered to settle significantly under his rates, I insisted on paying over the full rate instead! Highly recommended!
Roy was great! He even came by my work and picked up my keys and then went to tow my car at a different location. He kept me posted and sent me photos throughout. Great service and good price! Thank you R&L for helping me out on the spot!

Randy was amazing, I was supposed to get my car towed to Omaha for smoke coming from the inside of the car when I was driving. I got three different people telling me it was the heat core, but when they were towing it they found a burnt up cord under my seat that was burning. They said a heat core burning would smell sweeter than burning plastic. So I didn't have to get it towed at all which was a giant relief and they only had me pay a fraction of the cost it was originally. So I would recommend Randy to anyone who is in a stressful situation and needs a their car towed!
Amazing! The price was super reasonable, responds & gets the job done quickly. Took less than an hour to get to my car and tow it where I needed it dropped off. As well as, making sure to see what was the easiest and best option for me to accommodate my needs for my car. Having a car have issues is never fun, but R&L made it way less stressful. Definitely recommend!

A great towing service. Reasonably priced, professional, and Randy was quick to come get my car towed to where I needed it to go. He let me know once he had dropped the car off at the dealership and everything.
From the time I called until my truck was up on the wrecker was less than 20 minutes. He was kind and courteous. He delivered my truck to the service shop and dropped it off just as quick. It is never enjoyable to have your vehicle break down, however this was a great experience.
Randy was amazing! Got to me really quickly. I called for a tow cause I thought it was my starter that went out since I tried to jump it and nothing.. He worked his magic and got it started right away and ran some quick tests and i was on my way to get a new battery. I would highly recommend R&L towing.

I have used a few towing companies around Lincoln, when I had a flat or dead battery, but some charge high prices. Now I use R&L. I got ahold of Linette & Randy for my daughter’s car which needed a flat bed. They came quickly and got the job done with no hassle. Thank you guys for all you did.
I was stuck out in the country in a ditch off of 7th and McKelvey and R&L came out and pulled me out in no time. Very friendly and Professional Service
