This young man!!!! Holy cow. Timely, courteous, hard working, understanding, reasonable. Well, shoot how about ethical and full of integrity. He didn't even laugh too hard at the old fools half buried tractor. Phone call, tractor pulled out, paid, back to work, all in less than an hour and a half!! C&M will always get my business. PERIOD!!

Clayton was fast Super friendly and gave me a great price on a tow from Ozark up to Springfield would definitely recommend using him For any of your towing needs!!

Professional, precise, and fast response time. Had a nail In outer tread of tire. Went to Oriellys for patch kit as I had important appts n Spfld. One of the workers agreed to help me. Next I know this tool was putting in a bigger hole. It was tough & he had to get a mallet. Then he couldn’t complete the patch. My tire was now totally flat on the rim. O’Reilly’s manager said it was too much of a liability to put my spare on so I could go 0.5 miles to Jiffy Lube and get a new tire. They called him & paid for the tow. He was there super fast and had the car ready to go in less than 5 mins. Was very kind on drive over & I would recommend him to anyone needing a tow. My other fav tow retired here so now I have a new fav! Professional, precise and fast.

My truck was slid off a slab from ice and snow and it was so close to turn it over I had to use a truck with a winch. Clayton used to seperate cables to work it up out of the ditch without anything damaged which was pretty amazing from the situation that it was in. Super nice and very friendly and got me out of the bad situation. You cannot go wrong!

I cannot rate this company highly enough! My friend had a drained battery and needed a jump. Clayton showed up super fast, incredibly polite, helpful and professional! This young man is an encouraging inspiration. He clearly puts his 110% into everything he does. A few weeks ago I slid off into a ditch, car sideways wheels in the air with some bumper damage and a flat tire. He arrived, and very skillfully pulled the car out creating zero further damage. He then proceeded to inspect the car to make sure all was well apart from the flat tire and the bumper that could be fixed. After that, he changed the tire with the spare I had on hand, lowered the car down, didn’t charge me for the tire change and sent me on my way. Through the entire process, he was pleasant, courteous, and easy to work with. From here on out, it is C&M only should the need arise again. Highly recommend!

My mom’s battery died. I called for a tow. Clayton came out with a jump box and jumped the car without having to tow it to a shop! He was a LIFE SAVER! He went above and beyond to help her out.

10/10 the best service I could have imagined. Clayton was outstanding. I couldn't get my car to start, and I didn't know why. I knew it wasn't the battery as it had been replaced this year (2024). Knowing very little about my car, I thought it was the alternator. My best guess was to have it towed to O'Reilly's which I soon found out doesn't put on alternators. Clayton was on route and I called him back a bit flustered and informed him that I don't think O'Reillys is a good option for drop off. He called someone he knew personally in the mechanic business and re-routed the tow to that location. They had my car up and running within the hour. He put me at peace during a very stressful time and took care of me in a manner that I wouldn't have expected! I would highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond for me when all they were required to do was tow.

I called C&M for a tow to the shop for what I thought was an issue with my brakes. Clayton arrived right on time and offered to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which wasn't my brakes) and even set me up so I could drive my vehicle to the shop myself! He spent his time and gas to help me save some money, at the price he could have made by towing my car anyway. Very upstanding and honest man! It's the kind of service that lets you know there are still good people out there willing to help. I WILL be a repeat customer should I ever need it!

Great guy and quick service. I was involved in a roll over accident and Clayton arrived quickly and thoroughly cleaned the scene. He expedited issues with my insurance company and i appreciate his efforts.

I would've rated him more but yes he was reasonable with the prices yes he was more than willing to work with me. He said he would keep my vehicle and work with me as long as I kept in contact with him which I did. Then the day I finally get the money to get it out, I find out he already got rid of my truck. And won't even answer my phone call. So thanks Clayton. But it is what it is.

Great service and a great price. They don't try to drain your wallet, unlike their competitors. They were cheaper than anyone else for the same haul.

Serp belt went out on my wife's car in town on Thanksgiving day. He was working in rogersville and gave us an estimate of 1 hour and he arrived right on time. He also charged us 1/3 of what triple a charged us last time I needed a tow truck. Very nice, very professional. I highly recommend him

My roadside assistance goes through affordable towing they told me twice 30 minutes after waiting over an hour for them to get my car. I finally canceled them and called Clayton a friend referred me to. He gave me a good price and time of arrival. He actually got there before quoted time! He’s a people person, good attitude and most importantly honest.
