Our business would come to this O’Reilly every single day to get parts and we loved coming here but unfortunately today we had a customer come in after viewing one of our vehicles and they had told us “ the blonde hair worker at O’reillys told us not to purchase a vehicle From you guys and where talking crap about you guys” when I went to orileys to go speak to the workers I had spoken to hunter and Carson who where working and why I asked what happened they where all scared and acting like they didn’t say anything but there story was switching every minute. We are very disappointed and upset about how unprofessional that was. Would recommend going eles where .
Came in to pick up a part from Arkansas due to needing it right away. The estimated time for pickup was 1:10 pm. The first time I came in at 12:56 pm to see if it might be already due to the urgency the part I need the associate named Chloe seem bothered I was talking to her to look it up and told me it was here. I sat in the parking lot till 2 pm to cuz I couldn’t go anywhere without the part . I still have not got a notification at this point in time. I went in to ask where my part was and was speaking to another associate named Austin and Chloe was behind him playing on her phone. The associate Austin pulled up my order and it was sitting there in the store this whole time and for how long ? I could not tell but I was clearly sitting in the parking lot in their field of view waiting for it. If I could give zero stars I would.
Noah is absolutely amazing. Every time I go in there he is very helpful and very informational. I have never been disappointed or left feeling that way. He answers every question you ask. Thank you Noah for everything! Great manager!
They had the tire shine that I was looking for. It was cheaper in Amazon. The store was clean and looked great. The staff was cursing and joking around with each other, which I found very unprofessional.
I was driving back to Springfield from work and my car started showing destress. I went to this location and Brandon was the absolute sweetest employee and replaced the parts. I want to shout out to his kindness, professionalism and how absolutely super sweet he was! Love it! I will definitely come back to this location in the future! 😁
Went in to get battery changed out, the younger guy who helped me out was very knowledgeable and professional. I asked if he could switch it out for me as I'd be out of town and he did it, with no questions asked. Much appreciated!
I came in early this morning and got windshield wipers and headlight bulbs because I was trying to get my car inspected...I'm not very handy ...the guy who was working installed both of them for me in less than ten minutes ..I would probably still be there lol ..thank you I passed my inspection
I do more business with O'REILLY than I do with the grocery store! Love the desk guys! I seem to always have a good time going to this O'Reilys. Don't waste time going elsewhere, this is the place to go.
Riley helped replace a battery and was able to diagnose the issue as an auxiliary battery when the car still had a warning light. He put in a lot of work and saved me a bunch of money
Everyone at this location is always very helpful. Noah was extremely helpful with helping me choose the best OEM style wiper blades and even offered to install them. Thank you Noah for the great customer service.

The employees were so nice I had to use your tools and keep coming in and getting different sizes and they were patient with me. They should all get a raise they are 😍 🤩😍
The Sales people were nice enough but I came in to purchase a car battery. There were three grown men standing there and not one offered to take it to my car even though they saw that I was having a little trouble with the weight of it...also, they told me they could not install it for me because it was"that kind of battery" I feel like if you are going to pay two hundred dollars for a battery there might be a real man in the store that would help a lady out...nope.
Wow dont even have dye to detect a coolant leak ,pluse the lack of not even putting the effort to look or help is sad will not do O'Reilly no more period. They could say hey sorry man we just dont have leak detection dye but here are some places that might that would have been a better approach other than ignore me and move on the the next customer note their was 2 of them one assuming the manager yet dosen't seem like one sorry this is why online part's stores are out doing theses business
Stop by to pick up a window switch cover. They couldn't locate in there computer so I bought switch and order cover from ebay. If it doesn't show on computer , the parts store in my opinion can't get it.
The Chinese guy didn't want to help so he kept trying to send is to Willard or the warehkept telling him we live five minutes from here not driving tht far to go to oriylies. So we left
Three guys standing at the counter chatting amongst themselves. Maybe they hate it when a woman comes in cause they assume we don’t know much? Well, in this case it’s true. I just needed a tire gauge, but after my completion of the 3rd aisle check, I yelled over to those busy guys for direction. Honestly, I think they all made a collective sigh before one of them helped. C’mon guys! I only like to say nice things, so give me more reasons!
Oreillys has really good employees that learn or know the auto parts they sell. I have seen the new guys and gals progress to be great help and even managers over the years. Both Ozark locations will help you out!
