I kind of didn't want to leave for stars because they did not come pick up my vehicle and they told me that right away but the reason I gave them for stars is because they are honest people. They are not willing to bend the rules to make money so as far as integrity, this place has it. Knowing that, I would feel comfortable working with them or recommending them to anyone.
Hands down, the nicest guys! We were on a country road, where I couldn’t find an address, on top of the stress of dealing with an accident. They were a tremendous help, stayed in touch throughout the process and got to us quickly. Thank you!!
Owner picked up us & our car after an accident. He dropped us off at a rental car company and waited for us to get a rental car so we could transfer our personal belongings from the wrecked car to the rental. We had difficulty getting a rental from the first place and the owner made calls for us and suggested an alternate rental car company. He later helped us remove the license plates because the car was totaled. The owner was very kind. I would use his company again.
My car broke down and I needed a tow. Scott got there quickly, got me loaded and to my destination. I don’t like having to get towed, but next time I need tow services, I’ll call Bilyeu
towing. You should too.
The gentleman who towed my box truck came out on a Saturday morning promptly took my truckbto seymore for me with no issues . Would recommend this company .

Completely unprofessional and they look through the vehicles they take to their yard and remove what they find that they like even if they just received a vehicle in any case before the allotted time to pick a vehicle up before its considered surrendered has passed.
My car was impounded, even though I offered to tow it with my AAA insurance, out of the parking lot, in which it had run out of gas. The police insisted it must be towed and no we could not wait for anyone to bring gas said it had been there too long,😒 I kinda understand Ozark PD point, they probably thought I was just some homeless person sleeping in the parking lot, and they don't want that for their city. I get it, but they shouldn't assume. So, the police impounded it anyway? Oh well.
I just now have to pay fees to get my car out I guess? I'm not really sure how it works. I have not even had a chance to speak to the towing company, my phone was in the vehicle. Very frustrating but that's life sometimes. I am sure Bilyeu towing is a good tow yard though, I have heard nothing but good things!
My wife broke down whenever I was out of state.. This guy ran right over to her and got the vehicle taken care of and towed to shop for me..

Scott is awesome, I've personally used him from my vehicle, and I trust him with our customer vehicles. (Ozark Chev) Never had a complaint, and never had a problem.
Rude, and dishonest. Due to the fact that I never registered my ATV. They refused to return it into my possession because I "couldn't show proof of ownership". Did you know that after 30 days, they can file for a salvage title......?!?! Hm.... Kinda convenient don't ya think?
