Went in to get tires balanced on my new pickup. Koda and Shawn were great. It took a bit, but only because one of my wheels was bent. They ended up still being able to make it work, rotated the bent wheel to the rear, and even pulled my brake shoes to remove debris. No upselling at all, just did the work without being asked. Can’t recommend them enough.

Couldn't be happier with the quick and friendly service we received. We explained what we needed and were told they could have the tires in just a few hours, although we couldn't come until Saturday. Booked our appointment and on Saturday they got us taken care of. If you're looking for a place to buy tires, don't hesitate to contact them!

I’ve gone to Mitchem Tire in Ozark twice recently, most tecently to buy a new set of tires. I’ve found both the quality nixa product (tires) and the customer service (employees) to be second to none (well maybe their NIXA store) Having lived in Nixa for 18 of our 25 years I’m still partial to Nixa, but either tire store (like their schools) will bring you the best….you have my word. I can’t thank Brian and Josh enough for the amazing service! My friend and I were in Branson when I noticed my breaks were making a funny noise. They got us in on a Saturday! They took the time to show me everything that was going on and even sent me pictures. Now we are on the road back to Michigan!

Brian = Amazing and in fact every person I encountered there today was nothing short of amazing. There was no inflated quotes, just a simple problem (thankfully) and a simple fix. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Traveling from Minnesota noticed tire losing air rapidly. Pulled into Mitchem Tire for help. They were about ready to close, but the manager, seeing there were 8 of us in the can, would not let us leave until the tire was fixed for safety. Employees joyfully stayed also until it was fixed. Great customer service. Highly recommend Mitchem for service.

Love the guys in Ozark! My older Yukon needed new pitman and idler arms. They got me sorted out in no time. Always friendly service, fair price, clean establishment. I've been a patron since 2007. Sam, at the Kearney store in Springfield is great but if you're in the Ozark/ Nixa area, go see Bill or Bryan.

I’ve bought tires and get my oils changed at the Ozark location. Every time I have been in all employees have been pleasant and transparent on what was done or needs to done for future maintenance. Every time has been smooth from beginning to end. Last time I got an oil change it was last minute and they were very accommodating. Got me in and out. I appreciated how no one tried to up sell me and how professional everyone was. I will continue to support and take my business to Mitchel.

Have to say I was very disappointed with this location. I brought my wife’s vehicle in to get 4 new tires. We spent over 1000$ on tires. I brought my wife in when we dropped off the car. She gave them her keys. It was communicated many times over that it was my wife’s car. When I brought her back over to the shop to pick up her car they refused to give her the vehicle and claimed that she was trying to steal her car. Title is in her name. Registration is in her name. Shop was told everytime we spoke that it was her car. When she got upset at being called a thief for trying to pick up her own vehicle that she dropped off a few hours earlier. She said she wouldn’t come back to them. Which the employee followed with good. Don’t come back ever. This shop showed a complete lack of competency dealing with a customer. They claimed that I had an account with them which I do not. I have never done business with them before my wife’s care was brought in. They made some very big errors and blamed it on the customer. That’s piss poor customer service and the fact that the employee was not fired for the way he acted when he made the errors is absurd. I can not recommend anyone to this shop in ozark. And I will probably never do business with any of the Mitchem businesses if that’s how they roll. Good job guys. I’m sure the other mitchem businesses appreciate you giving them a bad name as well

They were so busy, but within a 4 hour period they provided me with a great bid, scheduled me for later in the day, and put the new tires on my vehicle. I was impressed by their professionalism, patience, and service to everyone who came/went, and called while I was there during their busy, busy time. Will definitely continue to use their services.

I have been coming here for many years and I recommend you to everyone I know. The customer service is outstanding! Rodney and Bill are the best. Not only do I use you for tires, brakes and various repairs, I also have come by because I hear a strange noise or just need air in my tires. They always come out to help with a smile.

Had to take my car here because I didn't have a jack and had a flat tire. They were able to change it for me and are going to patch the tire. Saved my rear end today and was able to make it to work (an hour late but I made it). They didn't even charge me to change it! The guy working the counter (I think his name was Randy?) Was very nice. Will always use them for my tire needs

Mitchem tire has been great. We’ve taken our car and truck to them for tires and they have fixed a few things on our car. They’re always very friendly, upfront about pricing, and have given us the best price compared to other places I’ve called. Would definitely recommend for tire purchases and auto repair.

Great service! Bought tires for my truck here a few years ago, very satisfied with the tires. I have them do my oil changes and tire rotations (rotation is included when you buy tires from them) Bill and Rodney are great to work with whenever I come in. Only thing to be aware of is on busy days they might not be able to do an oil change and rotation, either come right when they open or call ahead, Bill usually will fit you in if you tell him what day you’re coming in

Very satisfied with them! Elizabeth did a wonderful job on my new tires! Everyone is super friendly. This is my new auto repair shop. No more driving to St. Louis to my old mechanic 😆👍 Fun fact: the Michelin Man's name is Bibendum. "Bib" 👍😆

The front right tire on the Jag suddenly went catastrophically low so I drove over thinking it was probably a puncture or valve stem but it was a separation. . One of the probably "quite a few" soon to appear problems and why I got at a lower purchase price than I expected. Lol. But the folks didn't bat an eye and I replaced both front tires for less per tire than the previous cars name brand service tire cost, a " small foreign car". They have done tire stuff for the previous small car also. Nice folks, reasonable prices and reasonable time. Recommended, :)
