Took my mk4 golf here after I was rear ended. Excellent service and they kept me informed. The car looks like it was never damaged. They also installed an aftermarket piece for me at the same time.

This guy took up 30 minutes of our time to give us an astrology reading and tell us for 500 bucks he might take the dents out for us I mean come we came here for an estimate man really......all we wanted was an estimate and took my daughter inside to talk to her about her values and belief system and thats why her car got hit. I mean come on.

This is where you want to go if you want your car repaired right. Not only did they fix my car after a encounter with a deer, It looked like it had been detailed. There were also scratches that didnt have anything to do with the wreck ,but they touched it up anyways. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. I have found my new place to go for auto collision repair and would definitely recommend them to any and everyone that needs their service.

Everyone at Mr. Dent was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The body damage to my car was extensive and they were able to complete all the repairs in two weeks. This place is great! I used another well known facility in Springfield before this one opened and it was a disaster. From the first time I took the vehicle in they were prompt, communicated constantly and got the repairs done fast and very fair priced. It is the ONLY place in the area I would recommend and will ever take my vehicles to.

We had a fantastic experience working with everyone at Mr. Dent. Our CX-5 was damaged after a collision with a deer. We went to Mr. Dent based on some recommendations to get an estimate to determine the best path forward. After contacting our insurance they required us to get an estimate from a different local body shop. We are very lucky that we had the Mr. Dent estimate as it was clear the estimate from the other shop had missing and simply wrong item. Mr. Dent worked directly with our insurance company to sort it all out and the results were perfect.

Kyle and Scott are life savers! My BRAND new 2025 Mustang ended up getting hit in traffic and they made it look perfect, even with my picky standards. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality work and customer service.

Off the Charts good!! . . . . at every level. I had a couple of dents in the rear doors of my Sprinter van. No "skins" available any more, so they had to repair the old school way. They did an amazing job. Everyone from the estimator, service manager, front desk person were friendly, professional and most of all competent at their jobs. I live at Lake of the Ozarks, so it was more than an hour drive, but very well worth it!

Best auto body shop around! I can’t say enough positive about Mr. Dent and how they have always gone above and beyond to address any issue or concerns with our vehicles. Little back story, We had storm damage to our vehicles and they went to another shop, but the other shop work was not good. Took it to Mr. Dent addressed our concerns and they took it from there. They fixed it like new again. We worked with Kyle regarding our concerns and he and everyone at Mr. Dent did a fantastic job correcting our vehicles. I will only use Mr. Dent!!!

I couldn’t say enough good things about Scott and the team at the new Ozark location. I had an incident with a window replacement that caused further issues/body work to be done and a lot more stress than what was originally expected. Scott took the upmost care of me and my situation. My car was repaired in a timely manner and everything was taken care of with my insurance to reduce the stress off me. An overall great experience for a situation I was not expecting to involve Mr. Dent in!

Amazing! My clear coat was bubbled on my Expedition hood and I was sick of looking at it. Their cash pricing to strip it and repaint was affordable enough for me to make it happen. The employees are courteous and friendly and the paint job looks great! I was able to wait a few days until they had a loaner car available. Five stars is really not enough! Thanks Mr. Dent!

I truly recommend Mr.Dent after I got rear ended. They do amazing work there and really took care of us. We live here in nixa and my blazer was on Mr. Dents property during the big hail storm that went through earlier this year, and it did additional damage to my blazer. Took my silverado there a year ago to get repaired. They did an excellent job. This year bought another truck. Had a scratch to repair. All the staff were so helpful and respectful. They called and explained if parts weren't available and when they would be in. They called at every step of the process. Very professional. Will send my vehicles there anytime. After having my new car for less than 6 months, I was involved in a hit and run accident on November 28. At the time that we contacted Kyle at Mr. Dent, my wife and I were ready to pay the out of pocket costs to get our car repaired since we were having no luck with having our insurance adjuster calling us back from any of the voicemails that we left. Kyle took control of the situation and communicated with our insurance company so our claim would get approved. On December 13, we dropped off the car to get it fixed and received our car back today (December 23). Kyle, Logan, and everybody else that we communicated with through this stressful process are an absolute blessing. The car looks better than brand new and the inside was even cleaned and detailed for us. If you are in need of collision repair, I would look no further than Mr. Dent. Unluckily, I've needed to use the services of Mr. Dent Auto Collision repair in Nixa Missouri twice within the space of a little over a year apart. The first time that I became acquainted with Mr. Dent was after hitting a deer with a spotless blue Toyota Tundra pickup. There were a lot of expensive sensors and radars behind the front grill of that pickup as well as the front of the vehicle being the first impression anyone made of that pickup. Mr. Dent happened to be a preferred repair shop of Progressive Insurance so with the extra perks of that association we decided to go with Mr. Dent. The repairs of my beloved pickup were absolutely flawless and convinced me that Mr. Dent had serious auto body repair skills. Fast forward 8 months to when my wife and I purchased a brand-new Toyota Rav4. It was no older than six months when an individual turned into the driver's side back door of our vehicle as we navigated a traffic circle in Branson Missouri. This time I didn't hesitate at all and requested that this vehicle also be repaired by Mr. Dent. And just like with the pickup the repairs were absolutely without flaw. We now once again own a vehicle that looks like it was just driven off the lot. If you're within driving distance of Nixa and need auto body services, I urge you to treat yourself right and give Mr. Dent a call. You'll pat yourself on the back for being the smartest person in your community when you receive a brand-new sparkling vehicle back from their shop. I couldn't be any prouder of the job that they did on both of our vehicles.

So I have this as an issue with my car and they gave me an estimate on how much I will need to pay. It's not as bad as I thought but the fact that they were able to get me the help I needed quickly I am grateful I didn't have to wait forever. So, thanks Mr dent and I hope to get this resolved very soon. We'll see what happens.
