I do not recommend this shop. I will NEVER bring my truck there again or send friends . I rarely post low rating reviews, but this one is needed. I choose this shop for our Semi truck's Turbo issues because of Google reviews and I regret it. They are not qualified professionals. I spend almost $ 900 and a full day for them to swap parts and in the end not solve any of the issues and give up. The truck issues are still there; I need to take the truck to a different shop. This shop may be able to fix super basic issue like flat tires and super basic repairs but when it comes to actually qualified diagnosis and repairs it is too much for them. Example : after 4 hours of them having the truck in the bay and running a computer diagnostic the Manager (" Kamal" goes by " Ken" ) asked me if our engine is a Cummins or a Paccar ??? Huh ?? Did he even care to look at the truck they're working on ? Mechanic broke a bolt and pretended it was already broken ..the Manger said they can have someone fix it in about 1 week if I prefer to wait..really ??I asked for a specific diagnostic procedure, but they decided not to do it because it was too much work ??

It was quick in&out to begin with. Gave me a time frame, showed up within, got in me in without a wait. Guys are nice, and know what they doing. Already had been to two Love's&Speedco, but them wouldn't fix but charge (with a lil bit discount, since they didnt fix anything). But Mid States guys fixed it within an hr and half, not to mention it was cold and loves&speedco so called mechanics would try hours but couldn't help at all. My problem was with my trailer light, passenger side running light wouldn't come on, but brake and turn signal would work. And i know my coworker here got the similar problem with lights'wiring, he today was at speedco here in St.louis for 7 and half hrs as far as i know, told him they wouldnt fix, he just called they let him out without fixing. He gonna come to Mid States tomorrow morning, i know these guys gonna help him like a champ. Thank you Mid States guys!

I recently visited this semi truck. trailer repair shop, and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about all types of trailers. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave a fair price before starting the work. And they Done job quickly

I highly recommend this place. I had an urgent situation, and they helped me quickly and professionally. The price was very reasonable, and the service deserves a solid 5 stars.

We made an after-hours call-out after losing air on interstate 64 and being stuck on a busy ramp. They dispatched quickly and arrived under an hour as promised. He diagnosed the problem and came up with a quick solve to get us rolling quickly. Call-out was $200, plus $200 an hour, and $1 a mile. Reasonable and quick to diagnose and repair. I'm very happy I called. Thank you

This place is awesome!! Very knowledgeable crew of mechanics. I called every shop to check out my freightliner to check out an air leak issue i was having. The other shops was backed up with appointments for the day or I would have to wait a week for service. I called these guys and like I thought they where backed up also. Though, they squeezed me in found the air leak bada boom I'm back on the road at a really fair price. I thank those guys and would send people there anytime. So if you are having any truck trailer issues these are the guys

It was looking like i was going to be down for a long time after my driveshaft fell out, but the guys at Mid States got me rolling again. They did a great job and they've got the connections to help! It's always scary breaking down on the road as an owner operator, but Mid States took great care of me. If I'm ever in St. Louis and need some work... i know exactly who to call. Thanks guys! 🫡

My belt broke off this morning. They took me in right away , diagnosed the issue. My belt tensioner was bad. Gave me their service van to go get a part from dealer with no extra charge. Got me fixed in 1 hours and I am already on the road. Highly recommend these guys.

Been trusting this shop 2 years now for all my service’s for my semi truck. Got my service preformed here and they addressed a coolant line needing replaced. Dropped off the semi truck Thursday afternoon and I was out the shop next day. Quick fast service and even did a service call for me shortly afterwards. Great guys.
