I just had my brakes inspected, they were making noise. They inspected the pads and rotors, and said they didn’t need replacement! Zero charge! I have a new lifetime place to service my vehicles! They also replaced my fuel pump module, for an excellent price!

I had a difficult time navigating an insurance claim after an accident. Chris in the body shop was very helpful with this and worked to make the whole situation right. I used Complete because it’s who the insurance company recommended. I will continue to use Complete because of the highly level of service I received. A big thank you to all who were involved in getting my vehicle back in the road.
I had to have the oil cooler replaced in my Jeep. When I got it home there was still oil all underneath my Jeep,. I was charged for clean up and it wasn't. When you spend $1,100 you would think the mess would be gone.
We had no work done, but we did have our daughter's car (which ended up totaled) towed there. Very patient and helpful to us in dealing with getting the car there and the insurance company. Will definitely go back if I need work done. Our thanks to them.

Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car here to receive body work on my car door. After arriving I asked the guy at the desk if he had read my claim and wanted to go and see the damage to my vehicle. He said no, that they had a machine that identifies all of the damage. I explained that it was a dent in my door that needed to be fixed and nothing else. He waved me off saying that they had a machine that and it would review the damages to my vehicle. After a few days I opened my claim and saw that their estimate was way over priced because they included damage prior to the claim on the estimate. As a result, my insurance deemed my car a total loss. I called Complete Auto Body and asked if they could separate the claim damage from the prior damage, which was actually 7 years of wear and tear and included items like interior arm rest and floor mat, and they said they couldn't because they are obligated to report the total value of my car to my insurance and that it was illegal for them to separate it. That was a lie. After multiple calls to them and my insurance company I closed the claim without getting the repair. Months later I reopened it and took it to another place who fixed the actual claim damage without issue and did an amazing job. The new place actually said they fixed 6 cars in thr past week that went to Complete Auto Body first. My friend warned me about them and I should have listened and saved myself the headache. Complete Auto Body is horrible. Do not go there.
I had my 2011 Camaro and my husband’s 2017 High Country truck repaired here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They both turned out looking like brand new vehicles! Chris Cox the manager kept us updated and above and beyond customer service! Highly recommend!!!!
My car has been in there twice for 2 different accidents and Complete Auto Body was fantastic! I called the shop because of an issue I was having and spoke with Chris, the shop manager. He wasn’t there at the time I had my car repaired but listened to the issue and we were able to meet in the middle! I was extremely satisfied with the resolution as it had been quite some time since the repair! Chris was kind, courteous and patient! Chris will make sure you are taken care of! Complete Auto Body does good work and they stand behind it! Thank you Chris, I appreciate your hospitality across the board!!
We had a dent in our car door and scheduled to have an estimate. I went in and spoke with Estimator, Walt Schwarzenbach. I arrived after 3:30pm and inquired about an estimate. Walt was rude, abrupt and dismissive. He stated he couldn't help, although they close at 5pm, because, "I have to go pick up my kids"! Against my better judgment, I scheduled an appt with Jodi and returned in 2 days. When I arrived, Walt was dismissive and abrubt again. He said, "I gotta hurry up, cuz I have a meeting to go it". His level of rudeness and disrespect caused me to search for other auto shops. I hope the owner is aware that Walt is the primary cause of losing our business. He is a very poor representative!! (Jodi and Connie are amazing)!
My car was repaired here through my insurance, otherwise I probably would’ve never have found it. I’m so glad I did! They send out text messages to keep you updated every step of the way. My car was repaired earlier than expected, and was returned cleaned. It looks and runs like it’s brand new!! I’m not taking any vehicles my family owns anywhere else. That are amazing!!

Matt was incredibly helpful and flexible when scheduling my services. He mentioned the strut replacements would take about four hours, but I was in and out in no time! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this shop — not only for their efficiency and professionalism, but also for their strong community spirit. They host a big trick-or-treat event for the kids and are proud supporters of Backstoppers. It’s great to see a business that gives back while providing top-notch service!
Last year I purchased my first new vehicle. With my luck, not even a year later back in July, a deer jumped out of a cornfield, leaped in front of my car and crushed the whole front of my vehicle. The deer was okay, but my vehicle was not! I was very upset and also worried because in the past, I have been screwed over by auto businesses and/or dealt with unpleasant people. However, from the moment Complete Auto Body got my vehicle, they were extremely professional, compassionate and committed to not only help me with my vehicle, but to make sure I am happy with the results. They fixed my car and it looked beautiful again! It only took about 2 weeks, which was way quicker than I thought it would be for the damage done. When I called up to the shop originally, Jody answered the phone and is a joy to speak with. Then Walt was very helpful and professional. He walked me to my car and went over everything with me. Bonus they really detail cleaned it too. This whole experience that was a negative for me.. They turned completely positive! Thank you Chris, for your dedication and great business! Because of you guys, I can be comfortable to bring my car here for anything in the future and expect nothing but great results and kind people!
Once again Complete (Hart) came thru with repairs on our vehicle on a timely basis. Took the extra steps to ensure our tire issue was still under warranty and got us a replacement and saved us some money.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable repair facility.
Experienced a bad hail storm while traveling in Wyoming. Was able to get an appointment scheduled for the day after we got home. Walt and his team did excellent work from start to finish. Took my car in for an inspection. From the moment I called to set up an appointment to the moment I picked up my car everyone was super friendly. Drop off was a breeze. Everyone in the place was fun and the place is super cute and clean. Although I only got an inspection, I would totally take my car here again and recommend it highly.
Super friendly staff. They were great on fixing up my RAV4 and getting it back to looking like it was before all the hail damage. It took longer than they thought to get fixed but they kept me up to date with all the fixes and everything. And Chris at The body shop is fantastic. Great guy
They were great! Very quick and excellent work. Every place i called couldn't even get me in for a few months. They were able to take me in in only 5 days and had my car back in less than two weeks (we had to wait for a part to arrive). Walt was always on top of things and communicating with me along the way. High recommend them!
The best of the best! My car was hit by another driver. I called the following day, after putting in my claim with insurance, dropped it off that evening and had it back in one week (technically 5 days but they're closed on the weekends). The body work is impeccable! Also, really appreciate that they deal directly with State Farm insurance. There was a total of 3 calls during this time (initial call, call from my insurance and call to tell me my car was complete), with them dealing directly with them, I didn't have to wait on calls or responses. Everyone that I did deal with though was very pleasant.

Got my car back from hazelwood service. Had to get tons of gaskets done and the engine taken out. My car used to shake when it idled and when I was at a stop light it didn’t at all! It was crazy. Matt and Tim were great help with keeping me updated and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I’m very glad I took it where I did and I know if I need any other work done I’ll go there. They sent me pictures as requested as well! A great shop to get mechanical work done! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be telling everyone about it if they need anything done!
This place was amazing!!! Wonderful customer service and quick thorough work all around. Had my daughters car for maybe a week or less had no issues everything was phenomenal. Will definitely be back if need be in the future and will send anyone to them because they’re absolutely the best.
Oh wow!!! The work looks amazing(PERSHALL location) for body works on my vehicle. I was impressed with the results of the finished work. Not sure if they inspected my whole car. But the damages to it were replaced and repaired. I did have to call about 5 times for my logo's to be replaced on the side of my car. This is why they received 4 stars. I shouldn't had to go through this because it's a very detailed part of my car that should not been over looked.
Also went to another location for an oil change (HAZELWOOD)!
I absolutely love my experience and service. I was taken care of. I was always updated. The women are amazing. I was told a week for repairs and it was done in three days for a accident that messed up my trunk. The whole experience was a breeze. I already knew before hand that they would do a good job. But I didn’t expect greatness. They went over and beyond. They even cleaned the outside and inside of my car. Repair estimate even went down 1k after my initial estimate. Thank you guys so much. I will be call soon as I submit this review for a diagnosis
Car was wrecked in Chicago on 3/27/2021. Chicago shop half fixed the car. Sent car to Complete in June. Car was taken back to Complete for several issues: braking system, windshield still cracked, Chevy grill is not properly secured, windshield steals are not properly placed it’s now 10/11/2021 and the vehicle is still not properly fixed. Customer service definitely was poor...I was left sitting in the vehicle with no air because they couldn’t find my car key. Was not offered anything to drink. Had to ask for some type of compensation for the hassle and was given a $50 coupon for service....car was supposed to be detailed also and wasn’t!! I would never recommend Complete Auto....might I add, I am a professional driver (CDL) with strong knowledge of vehicle safety! My 2019 Impala was not properly repaired but was given to my as if the vehicle was properly completed....
